Seems like all the comments are older people lol, For someone in college honestly this wasn’t bad if you’re going on a quick trip with not a lot of luggage. They charge for a carry on BUT if you make it fit into the slot they won’t. I had a backpack with 5 pairs of outfits, camera and more and managed to make it fit and not get charged. My total price was $57 for a round trip to Denver, definitely worth it. Yes the seats are uncomfy but if you’re looking for comfort why are you going so cheap in the first place? All staff were nice to me, didn’t have a problem. They even moved people from between many rows to make sure we are social distancing a bit more, so every row had an empty seat.

Now let me start off with that I didnt personally fly in this instance. However, a good friend of mine just recently did, and it was the worst plane experience of her life. They put the passengers in danger knowingly and treated them horribly. So why would I fly with them knowing their carelessness? Anyway, I bring my friends story to you so you can see for yourself. I will never fly Frontier, and neither should you

Upon arriving in Denver june 3 2019 at 6:48 AMA wheelchair attendant picked me up and dropped me to eat at Elways.i gave a good tip because sheSaid she would come back in 1 hour to pick me up & never did! 🤨 the restaurant manager called for a new wheelchair. They then took me to Concourse C to get a spa treatment, since I had 12 hour to kill with a layover waiting for 8:49 pm flight! Again The wheel chair attendant said they would pick me up in 2 hours But AGAIN never came back. THIS TIME when The manager Of the spa called“”no one Ever came to get me!!! “” 😡we called 5 x within 3 hours with NO Response!Finally A Southwest wheel chair person saw my problem & offered to took me over to my gate!!I was so Thankful to him and he wouldn’t take a tip!This was NOT acceptable of Frontier and very negligent on their part!In addition my flight was delayed 4-5 times & gate changed five times during the night, with no one to move me in my wheelchair every time the gate changed!!Finally at 11pm at gate. 44 they said they couldn’t FIND A PILOT for Our airplane!!! Everyone listening to the attendant at the gate was Shocked they repeated this statement several times NO PILOT is available for this aircraft as of yet !!! they had one but needed two!!! A Captain apparently .. the guy in the picture we saw go from one gate to another several times wondering what flight he was suppose to be working . so much confusion Very Concerning!BECAUSE OF Employee issues ... Due to plane being late in Calif I had to get a hotel, because rental cars were closed!!! Cost me stress and money !!When I mentioned this to the Frontier Staff Trey said they couldn’t do anything for me !!HELP is not available at frontier BE Mindful of their Cheap Unethical Service !!!I will Never FLY with Them again!!

Of all the airlines Ive ever flown on, I will never fly frontier again. They have the most uncomfortable seats of all the airlines, they offer you nothing to eat or drink, even if you want to pay for it. The employees at LAX are rude and apparently dont know any information about the 1-2 flights they have each day. Spirit > Frontier

$55 Hidden Carry-on fee!!! I booked my flight through Kayak.com. So there was no way of knowing about any carry on bag fee. This was the first time in my 23 years of flying to get charged ANYTHING for a carry-on. I asked the lady at the ticket counter if this hidden fees are normal and she said, its on the website. I will make sure I never fly Frontier Airlines again.

I had a flight at 118pm. I bought the tickets on priceline & with the confirmation & emails stating being 1 hour early would suffice i was rushing from return a uhaul truck from vegas to LA. With 45 mins to spare i tried getting my tickets however there was NO ONE at the desk of frontier airlines. I tried to obtain them via kiosk but to no avail. I then called CS & getting hung up on 5 times before getting the runaround by not only the agent but the supervisor. They repeatedly told me there was no HQ nor corporate number or contact whatsoever in which to file my complaint. I will never again fly with frontier & will leave negative reviews on all platforms because of my infamous experience.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! They cancelled my flight without any prior notice. Costed me a lot of money to book another flight with American. The customer representative did not show any sympathy at all. Will never fly them again

I cancelled a flight due to COVID-9 and received a credit. They ended up cancelling the flight the day of anyway. Gave me 90 days no exceptions to book a new flight or be out the credit...I have been advised not to fly so I just have to lose the money I originally spent on the flight. I will never fly Frontier again and would never recommend them to anyone.

The staff at LAX are not helpful or friendly. You have 1 hour and 15 minutes - EXACTLY- to get your boarding pass. They come out exactly 2 hours Before flight leaves and then they shut down 45 minutes Before flight leaves. Get in after that and have to talk to a human? You are SOL. One lady missed her flight bc she was having issues with the kiosks and no one available to help her. Need to get dropped off earlier than 2 hours and think u can talk to an employee NOPE - can’t do that with Frontier. Did I mention their employees are not friendly? Left there thinking they were evil. Saving grace was the stewardess on the flight was very nice.Also, be careful they will charge you for your carry on - so keep that in mind when purchasing a ticket. Yes, for your carry on. All food has to be purchased on flight - no free snacks.

Be worn frontier airlines only care about your money and not its consumers. During this covid-19 crisis decided to cancel my International trip to Guatemala not because of my lay off but also because the safety of my family . I tried to explain them the situation and how even our passports were not going to arrive on time and if I did not book a flight within the voucher time all funds would be lost. They technically only give you five days to book another flight after there website shows you cant choose an option for travel. Never doing business again with this company and suggest you do the same. No wonder this company has a bad reputation of reviews everywhere you look

This past weekend , I had to fly out of town for a funreal and almost missed my connecting flight due to a Frontier error. I had their digital ticket and arrived at the appropriate gate, but at some point it was changed and never announced over the speaker. I took a photo of the digital ticket by chance and we looked at my sisters printed ticket, because we were concerned that something may have changed since it was close to boarding time. Shocked that it was different, we took off running to the other gate. When we arrived we only had 10 minutes to spare before they were closing the gate. My sister, with asthma, was having trouble breathing due to this event so I initiated complaining to the gate attendant. I said I have a digital ticket and it was never updated, so you all not update information? She replied, well on the board. I then replied, well, I am going to have to submit a complaint because this is outrageous that my e-ticket sent me to the wrong gate and we couldve missed the only flight going to North Carolina today for my aunts funeral.Ironically, 4 minutes later I checked my e-ticket after complaining to her and my e-ticket was updated with the correct gate. I took a photo of that with time stamp as well. I believe the error was on behalf of the staff. I fly Frontier all of the time and I was extremely disappointed in them. This was not a flight for pleasure, we were burying my aunt; beyond that my sister almost had an asthma attack due to their error. Not okay Frontier, not okay.

Terrible. Flight 7162 from LAX to Las Vegas on 26th and 27th of December 2019. What a joke of a company. Delayed our flight by 2 hours then got us to board the plane. Then when we were all buckled in told us to get off the plane and then promptly cancelled our flight. Stuck in LA with no compensation and no help. Moved to a flight at 6.45am the next day - which then got delayed for over 1.5hours. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. They will not get you there on time (or at all)

Cancelled my connecting ight from Chicago to Syracuse. Was told the next flight out is Thursday. Today is Tuesday. Was told I had to buy another ticket for Thursday for $400+, oh but theyll give me a $100 voucher for that flight. Whoop de do. Whatll I do for two days? Wanted to charge me double for my bags, said it was a round trip flight. It was a one way flight with 2 stops. Total rip off of an airline. All they will say is sorry. Dont do anything to help you.
