I wasnt a big fan of this place.... But now after the remodel and the new employees 💗 its my favorite dollar general I shop here over any store!!

Do not go to this one! One of the employees told a plow driver not to help a semi truck that was stuck in their parking lot! A semi truck. That literally makes their job possible! Obviously they have forgotten where their merchandise comes from! Must think it magically appears via a unicorn! No respect. No consideration. No offers of assistance to the very industry that ensures they get a paycheck! Absolutely disgusting! Shame on this store and their employees! FYI, that semi driver got permission last summer to park there. We all know why this happened.

Nice store. I was looking for toys for my grandkids. I found a nice 16 inch sized stuffed Minnie mouse doll. Sturdy & reasonably priced.

One employee at the register while theres an line the employee is outside or on break! Not a specific employee but it seems always when theres a line forming!

This store is pretty basic. The staff is always nice.

Friendly workers and the items are accessible. Theyre in the right spot to access. I bought popcorn for movie night with the family and 10 pack of ivory soap. This the only soap I can use and the only store that I can get it from.

It is cheap and they have lots of stuff in stock. They have paper towels and frozen foods plus ice cream. They have cookware, measuring cups, and spoons. They even have holidays stuffalso.

Cashier told me apple pay doesnt work here, told here thats ok I use Samsung pay. The look of shock on her face as I put my pin in and gather my stuff and leave with a friendly good bye from her. Clean store.

What I like most about the Broadway Dollar General store is its very well organized . The manager and asst. treat you like family. Very good store to shop and someone is always on hand if you need assistance.

Very rude employees at this location .. caught yourself talking rudely about customers in front of customers and then when I told them thats not how they should talk if front of customers they wanna laugh make jokes and chase me out the door like im a thief and tell me to leave or they all calling the cops. Gtfoh will not shop there ever again if you are so not happy with the customers that shop there fond another job cause without your customers you 2 in fact wouldnt have a job.. will call corporate

Im in town for a bus tripStopped in to this Dollar general and I was totally amazed at how nice neat and clean it was. So well organized. And stop manager - Kendra was so friendly. I wish this store was in my town.

Lacking in product..a bit messier than normal but I think they are hiring and the employees are on point

I dont dislike the store but I dont like walking in and most of the employees have no mask, as well as many customers. Mask guidelines are not followed or enforced here.

The store was very organized and I knew where everything was so I got my paint and food I needed and the price isnt bad

Cashiers and other employees all seem very friendly. They greet you when you walk in no matter how busy they are. The line however, can get very long and it seems they only ever have one person on the register ( which I feel bad for her), and the way the displays are set up in the middle and line forms rude impatient people just cut in front of you. Ive only been in here about 3 times because it was right there, with all of the surrounding stores Id rather go to one of them. ( No fault of the employees)

A little messy and too much like a mase. Takes way too long to get what you need. These stores are not a quick in and out. Be prepared to waite in the check out line. Stood there nearly 10 min with just 2 people ahead of me. Though theres is a pleasant staff the system tired. And over worked.

Slow, slow, slow..1 register, 20 waiting in line..this store went from great to LOUSY customer service. Go somewhere else, dont waste your time.

Good selection for a dollar store, cheap stuff, not recommend for eggs/milk/bread ect (expensive in thoes foods)

Dollar General on Broadway and 36th Street is courteous efficient and familiar with their products and where they are which is helpful when you dont have time to walk around the entire store theyve just had a major rehaul of personnel and the Personnel is good now

This place is the worst Dollar General in the area always cluttered with products all around the store every day of the week boxes of stuff crates just messy you cant get around with ease its dirty. The employee just rude they ignore you or give you attitude. One time I asked why is it always like this in here. She said its Truck Day! Really? 👌👎
