This place needs better staffing. Theyre generally good workers but the store gets trashed because theres only one person on the floor and theyre at the register.I constantly see employees waltz by a busy line without saying a word or looking at anyone - communication needs work.Update: Nothings changed but they have a great selection of organizer/storage items

Was very quick. In and out. They were clean and not busy at all.

First let me start with I’m handicapped. Someone that allowed two people to go in front of me because they only had 1 item each. I had a basket of about 80.00 worth of stuff. I forgot my card at home. I asked if they could keep it in front of the store for about 15 minutes. That I will be right back. I explained I couldn’t walk the store again. I was back in 12 minutes. I asked for the cart. The cashier stated the manager called as soon as I left for a return. I will not go back to that store. And if this is what dollar tree came to I don’t think I’m going back to any of them. I was the third person to shop in that store when they opened.

A male cashier kept running to the stores office and out causing major delays and as I was exiting, a guy walked out with items unpaid. But the area isnt all great so its expected

Went for a few stuff for gifts less then 5 items and the line was all the way to the back of the store. With two cashiers. Then while I was finally at the register a customer skipped the line ahead of me. Then a vagrant walked out with a full cart of stuff. No good customer service and no security

Employees ignore you and some dont wear masks. Bad management

Customer service is really depressing. I understand its not easy dealing with customer but the cashier just made me want to walk right out the store and go to any other store. Prices are fine. In the end its alright.

Usually a mess at this location and the staff is friendly but they dont know where anything is. Transients frequent this location and sometimes pan-handle in the small parking lot.

Closed 8pm. Accept card only. No cash. They should updated google for their costumer to save time.

Fantastic shopping! Just got pocket knife with 8 tools, including scissors for $1. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The employees are super nice & very helpful; especially the evening mgr, Roxie!

Great visit today. Always good values and today, Cassandras smile and personable attitude made my day. My son and I visit Dollar Tree on Mondays and Thursdays. May other stores continue with quality customer service like this young lady.

Horroooorrr!! I went to get some things for my baby shower ... and I ask for the restroom key .. because I need to go really bad !!!... and they said that was out of service ... they have 2 restrooms and both were out of service 😖 and when I came back close to the restroom, was a lady coming in to the restroom ... I don’t know why they always said that the restroom is out of service!!! I will never come back !!

Love a good dollar store. This one could use some TLC. Its always kinda messy. It would have gotten a higher rating but it doesnt seems like the staff is very invested in their store. Otherwise, its big and has lots of things to choose from. So thats a plus.

Had a very helpful young lady find me a shower curtain and answer all my questions courteously, and the security there was very friendly as well. Good experience for my first time going there. the place looked good for a Dollar Tree, everyone was priced well :-P

The place was a mess. Rows full of debris. 2 checkout lines open with 4-5 in each one then 1 shut down leaving all patrons to 1 checker. Patrons had to ask for additional checker. No bike racks.

They keep the place organized for the most part, but could use more 2 people on cash registers when it gets busy. Im sure they could use more staff.

Most of the ppl r very nice here. If u dont visit on Tuesday - Thursday there is limited stock available. It is a very busy store and sells out of alot of items quickly. Its not located far from the college and a high school

Well stocked to be half the size of 99 cent store, however you know everything is 99 cent or less.

I love Dollar Tree but it was in the MidWest along time ago.

Really a down and out place. Dirty, dark, and poorly stocked. Ive been in other Dollar Trees that are maintained waaaaaay better than this one.

This is the only dollar store in the area that is true to its name and there is nothing over the dollar. Although the store is very small they seem to have a decent variety and the staff are generally helpful and seemed jovial.

Worst dollar tree in the world. Employes are rude and look like junkies. I saw the back storage room and the health department need to shut down this biohazard of a place and they let homeless people come in and pay them enought to get high and stock shelves very dirty and noticably has not been cleaned in months. Do not waste time with this dump

As sooon as i walk to store the only thing i saw was negative atitude, complaints, messy and unorganized, with only ONE cahier. Theres not much in stock and workers dont show a presentable mannner to the customer.. it upsets me how i had to wait 25 minute in line just to pay next thing i heard a lady was complaining to one of the workers saying she was gonna report it to the company service.. the boss of these storeneeds more reliable workers and presentable. And of course more of an organized stored well in reality is a 1 dollar store which benefits from people but now im willing to risk another shop as long as is clean!

I came to buy some stuff and a man parks his car right in front of the store Entrance, HANDICAP blue lines. He walks in the store gets a Windex and towels, yet walks out w/out paying, The manager says nothing bcs the man is 3x bigger than me. Then he sprays Windex, wipes clean, then drives away.
