Horrible the women slaped my hand multiple time and cut me and I started bleeding nails didnt even last a week they were so thin never would go again

My manicure was rushed and very rough. The manicure is nothing more than a nail painting. My nails were left jagged and uneven. The pedicure was mediocre.

Unprofessional. Owner napped in pedicure seat while women worked. Rushed my moms nails because they were arguing on phone and shopping for shoes at the same time. Nails are not great quality, did not do entire process like they should have done. CHARGED FOR A FULL SET WHEN I *GOT* A FILL! Nails are less then meh quality, not worth it!

I went to get my nails and feet done and there was only 3 ppl in there working one guy stop working and went to the back Nd didn’t even ask did I need anything then the man and lady that was working didn’t even acknowledge me they were working on other customers and didn’t even say there will be a long wait time how it was I feel like they should have more workers also be a little more professional because we are all paying customers I read ratings before coming and they were totally right about this place I came from Florida and I will never go back to that shop again I rather drive the 45 min drive to another shop very disappointing

The man that works there is so rude and unprofessional with his attitude they painted my nails and they messed up in the same day terrible service would not recommend paint job was rushed and splotchy.

They did a nice job on my pedicure. Very attentive, good price for a scrub and mask spa service. The staff was really nice.

Their pedicures are hard to beat! Great foot and calf massages during pedicures! Tools used are sterilized! Been going for years, have never had a problem with infection, unlike many of my friends who have gone elsewhere!

Terrible service

I put one star because you have to put something just to review. I’ve gone twice and both experiences didn’t go well. The owner is rude and does whatever he wants not what the costumer ask for, if he see more people are coming in he rushes his work and does a very poor job and will refuse to correct it. I got a pedicure not even a week ago and you wouldn’t think I had one done to being with. I feel bad for his employees because some are actually good at what they do and seem nice but unfortunately their manager gives the whole place a bad name.

Everything was going OK til she started to file my nails and then when she kept filling my left index finger when I told her to stop because it hurt she kept going till I jerked my finger and said ouch..she took little bit of skin off..not sure what happened but they use to be very friendly..

They typically always do a great job on pedicures! I just wish they had a better color options and better nail polish brands. The options they do have are not organized well and are very limited. I hate to spend money on something that won’t last very long.

Went here yesterday with my daughter for pedicures. Hers looked good. Mine was a slopped up job. I complained and manager was rude. After $50 for pedicures my daughter had to fix mine when we got home. Nevet again.

Never had my nails done before I was asking a question the man told me to basically Shut Up he has done this over 25 yrs he knows what hes doing!! RUDE is what he was. He got really up set when I told him the corners were too sharp and to round off more. WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Best pedicures EVER! Ive tried other places and ALWAYS regeret it! Wont try any other places again for pedicures! Nails on the other hand not so good in my opinion! But pedicures are to die for!

Very disappointed with the rudeness of the OWNER (man). I waited for over 25 minutes for a pedi....just to be seated in a chair with cold running water.....then a walk in walks in and the BOSS sits her right besides me and right on the spot starts on her feet. Like hello....why skip me? Ive been a customer here for many many years and you have been the same rude man from day one. ONLY REASON I go back is for my awesome nail job ur manicurist gives me. Sorry i fogert her name...(not his wife) the sister, she does an amazing job every single time. Sadly i doubt i would want to give his business any more of my time nor money! Rude...unprofessional and just RUDE!

Rushed threw the whole process and my nails were peeling after 24 hours. Lasted about 5 days. Not worth the $40 i paid.

Very rude and hateful as soon as I walked in. I walked right back out. I went to spa nails 5 instead, where they were very pleasant and I felt like a valued customer.

Only 3 people working, had a long wait but well worth it.

The girl who did my nails cut my skin while trimming my nails. Then she filed my skin a couple of times while filing my nails. Would not recommend this place.

Lam was very professional and personable when I came here to get my pedicure, provided a nice massage was very conciencious of how I was feeling! Excellant service, would recommend to anyone! 1000/1000.

I didnt get the feeling it was the most sanitary salon. I paid $40 for my nails and I still need to trim up my cuticals on my own. Looking at my nails from underneath or the back side, you can tell they did a sloppy job trimming them up.

Very rude!! they are fast but for the same reason they dont want to take time on the job they are messy, and then get mad when you ask them to correct the mistake they made...

The manager was very rude and disrespectful towards me here. Also, I wasnt satisfied with the manicure at all. I had a fill and gel and the young lady made them extremely thick and they werent pretty at all. I wont be returning here.

My friends and I went here to get our nails done. The nails were sloppy and rushed. All three of my friends nails are smudged and chipping even though we got them yesterday. Would not reccomend.

Awful. Extremely rude. Gone three times and each time my acrylic nails were done crooked. Lady was in a rush and not trying to fix them. She just shooed me away rudely.
