Unfortunately we waited 2-3 hours. They need more workers. My pedicure lasted 10 minutes and my feet are still rough. My niece acrylic doesn’t come all the way to her cuticles. It was not a good experience at all. They need more workers and to handle business better. They just kept accepting people walking in the door even at closing time and the people working are just so drained and overworked. The two women were super nice I just feel bad for them. They are rushed and overworked and the business suffers and turns into bad quality.

I got a full set acrylic manicure and pedicure. They didnt cut my toenails. And 1 hour after getting my acrylic manicure one of the nails snapped. I went back in and they told me to come back tomorrow. I live over an hour away and my mom took me there for my birthday. They were so rude and refused to help me. The man also didnt put any lotion on my hands after and made me bleed on my ring and pinky fingers. Ill never go again

I took my sister to get our nails done, we got acrylic nails. My acrylic nails in general look cute, but the man didn’t do any work in the cuticles and he didn’t moisturize my hands to finish up. The lady that did my sisters nail made her bleed while filing her nails and right after getting home, she noticed cracks in the nails already

The gentleman that did my nails was very nice, very professional, he was great, he is also the only nice thing I have to say about this salon. I waited an hour and a half which is fine they were busy, I paid $45.00 for a full acrylic set which is also fine, but the quality was very poor, im two days out my polish is already chipping, there is a bump in one of my nails and I already look like I need a fill.

My nails are scratchy and the gel polish is sticking to my skin. They didn’t clean any products between costumers and my nails do not look good. The service was not really professional and they couldn’t do two of my wished designs. The prices were cheap but for that service expensive. Never again, don’t go there.

My husband purchased a gift certificate to Spa Nails 5. I was greeted immediately when I walked inside. Picked out a nail color and services followed.I was able to sit close my eyes and relax. I enjoyed the pedicure spa and manicure services I received. Very friendly staff.

The man is very rude . Charges for things that you don’t ask for . Also he made me wait 40 minutes just to tell me that he couldn’t do my nails

This was the most comfortable I’ve ever been during acrylic nails job. I got a fill, pedicure, and gel color. Each of the three in the shop worked on me. I think it’s the best my nails have ever looked. So glad I came!

She made my toes bleed I finally yelled ouch and told her to stop, then I asked for slightly curved nails, I got pointed, the nail polish was hurried, did cover entire nail and is now peeling, after only 2 days of being done. I wont be back

I usually love going here!!!. BUT my visit yesterday, 3-19-18. How myself and my daughter who is 11, was treated is absurd!. I came in because my thumb nail, broke, while i was simply cleaning underneath my nail. Which i JUST had filled Saturday!. I go in show the gentleman, and he had me sit down. I also told him how my daughter wanted her nails painted and brows waxed. He said NOTHING to me, NOT A SINGLE WORD to my daughter while painting her nails. She thought she did something wrong, for him to not smile, not make eye contact, not even SPEAK to her. But AFTER doing her nails, walk over and have a chatty session, with another customer. RUDE!!!!

My wife and girls love this one over the others. My only complaint is that so must everyone else and even though they always say itll be a 30 minute wait it always is double and triple that just to get started. Hire more people please.

I only rated this one star because there is no zero stars!! Waited forever and by the time it was my turn i got an angry man who was rushing and blaming me for his mistakes! He had to take the polish off twice and redo it and then after the polish was on and still soft he ran a file down the sides of my fresh nails. The end result was wonky misshapen coffin nails and a cut across my cuticle. And I paid 45 for ugly painful nails!! Never going back!! Thumbs down for sure!!

We were told to go sit in the pedicure chairs, after 20 minutes someone came and ran water for us then walked away. I tried to inquire about a manicure and the man made a disgusted face and shook his head as he walked away. There was maybe 3 other customers in the salon this whole time. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

They got me in even though it was close to closing time. I work in a factory and my nails have lasted me two weeks. They were nice and friendly. Loved them and will keep going back.

This was THE WORST experience ever, pedicurist was inexperienced, the manicurist was rushing her so that she could hurry and get out 7:30pm on the dot. While the manicurist was trimming my cuticles in a rush, she cut so deep I had to wait 2-3 minutes for the bleeding to stop. After choosing my gel color, it looked completely different from the sample. I asked for a different color and she angrily got up and picked another color, which didnt look the same either. Feeling completely unsatisfied and rushed, I said I would leave and just have the top coat. Which they charged me the full set price. This is unacceptable customer service and I suggest no one ever come here.

I love, love, love everything about spa nails!! I could stay there in the pedicure chairs all day :) i can stop in any time to get my eyebrows done perfectly and the staff amazing!!!! Id give them 10 stars if i could!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never go back and I suggest no one else go there either. I went in on June 28 2019 with my husband. Paid $115 for 2 pedi and 1 mani. I had 5 star jewels put on each of my ring fingers, 10 in total. The next day I woke up and one fell off. I went into the salon and had them glue it back on. Later that day 2 more fell off. I went in and had them fix it. After she fixed it she told me she didnt have anymore star jewels, so if they fell off there were no more. Over the next couple days 4 of the jewels had fallen off. I lived with it for the week. But it looked like hell, you could tell where the stars fell off because of the top coat. I went back in on July 7 2019 and asked them to take the rest of the jewels off and repaint those 2 nails without any jewels. They did that but when the guy was putting the top coat on he told me not to come back. I told him I would pay for the redo of those 2 nails. He said No just dont come back so I wont ever go back and if you are thinking about going there, dont. They were nice until I had them fix my 2 nails.

Only reason I even gave 1 star is so I could review. The guy freaked out and yelled at my mom when she asked him if he was able to do a design on her nails. She has never went to get her nails or toes done and she wasnt understanding what he was saying. And when she said she didnt understand the terms he was using for her nails he got frustrated and yelled. Ended up causing a huge scene in the salon while others watched and made my mom feel very belittled. Even the lady who did our toes was telling him he was out of line and he straight said he didnt give a f***. We left in the middle of pedis and didnt even give them the chance to touch our hands. Very unprofessional. Would probably consider going else where. Not worth 105 dollars for 3 pedis and 1 normal manicure (my grandmother). Was very UNSATISFIED. The only decent part was the lady apologizing trying to make it right. No one deserves to be spoke to like he was speaking to us.

I have come here for a long time. The service and quality has dropped so much it is sad! My daughter and I spend a lot of money here and they just dont care. Nails have been absolutely horrible lately!! Even when they arent busy they get you out as fast as possible. They just absolutely do not care about their quality of work anymore. It about nothing but your money. After getting my nails done today 9 of my nails are truly shameful! I will NEVER go back!!!!

I love how well they take care of my nails, hands, and feet, this is a great place to relax in a massage chair, and the gel mani/pedis look good for weeks without chipping! Everyone is friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this salon.

This place is ridiculous. Paid for gel nails, extra money, pay for a design, 2 days later 3 of my nails peeled off. Came in, got them fixed. 3 days after that, 2 more peeled, came back & got them fixed. Day 8, 4 more nails are chipping/peeling & they told me Id have to pay to get them fixed. Anyone willing to travel to Kokomo for their nails, I suggest Elite nails.

Really great staff had me on quickly and took Thier time doing my nails .usually I I never have anything good to say but ti believe they are getting better with talking with thier guest and taking time in thier work .

Nails were done well. The gel nail paint stayed for a month inspite of doing regular chores around the house. Didnt care too much for the pedicure though.

I absolutely love this place. Its my favorite. The service is amazing. Free water with any paid service. The pedis are amazing. May seem expencive but well worth it. Well well worth it. My husbend even goes with me for pedis and he loves it. The people are friendly!!! I cannot praise this place enough!! Even if i go to bigger cities like kokomo or even indy this is the ONLY place i go.

Well, i have waited over an hour to get into a chair and there are 8 people waiting currently. There are murky floaters in my luke warm pedicure water and i see them because they didnt turn my jets on. Lol usually it isnt like this and the workers are kind, but this is the second time in a row that i too have had luke warm feelings from this salon.

The people are nice, but they are very understaffed! Even on a weekday during the day , expect to wait up to 45 minutes for a pedicure.

Took my girls because my youngest is in Little Miss Cass County to get mani/pedis without an appt, they got us in right away and did a great job.

Flies everywhere. Was getting one of my broken nails fixed. Lady ends up going over my real nail with acrylic fill or whatever. It was supposed to be coffin and it ended up shorter and uneven.
