We went to get an oil change, which went awesome and the service people were great, and I was looking at jeeps. Now we mentioned more than once that we were interested in buying so this to me was a no brainer. I was outside taking pictures of the one I wanted, sat outside on the bench and even went inside and sat. Not once did anyone ask to help or even show interest in selling me a new vehicle....Guess they do not need new business....

The team at Mike Anderson and especially Kelly Ayers worked very well with us for our purchase. We spoke to Kelly and explained what we wanted and he went to work finding our vehicle. The car was exactly what we wanted, the trade price for our car was fair, there were no hidden prices or “extras”, everything was straight forward. Kelly explained all the features on the car and helped pair phones so when we left everything was ready to use. When we picked up our car it was spotless inside and out, full tank of fuel and all the paperwork was completed ready for us to complete our purchase.

My only issue was that no one was wearing masks. There was a sign on the door that said masks must be worn, but no one (not even the staff) wore one. My dealer told me I could take mine off, but I said no, Im diabetic, Ill wear it. He then offered to wear one himself. Otherwise the experience was smooth and relatively quick for buying a car. I had been to several other dealers before this one and Mike Anderson offered me the best deals and the most incentives as a Stellantis employee.

Was able to stop in without a reservation and get a oil change that comes with a free 4 point inspection, the lobby is stocked with free popcorn, coffee, and bottled water while you wait.Great hospitality and great price for the oil change :) If i was in the market for another vehicle I think this place would be a nice no pressure place to do business, check them out!

We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango from this dealer. Drove over 100 miles one way to come look at it. I first inquired about the car over Cargurus, I got a very timely response from Kelly A. and he was more than happy to send me several pictures and even a video showing off the entire car for me. The car had some small issues that they promptly took care of and they had it detailed and full of gas when delivered Kelly even followed up with us after the deal to insure that we were happy with our experience. Found a car I liked, filled out the application online and got an email right away. Called and spoke to Brandy Neely and she asked us to come in for a test drive. We went in the next day after I got off work and took it for a test drive, went back and filled out paperwork, and took the car home a few hours later.. We bought a 4 year warranty, i hope the service dept is just as friendly as the sales staff.

If there was a way to put negative stars i would. These are the worst people i have ever known. Double check EVERYTHING is on paper. They will lie to you with 0 worries. Youre not even a customer, youre a check!

I only got an oil change so I dont really have experience with any sales. But these guy were phenomenal. I was able to get in and out in less than 45 minutes. They were very helpful in pointing out things I should look at getting served in the future, with bo pressure to do it now. I definitely recommend them for any service.

Parts department has terrible service and knowledge of their products. OEM parts are far from what you would expect. I had them order me a simple part when it showed up it was incorrect and I was not allowed to return it. I will never go here again nor would I ever recommend to someone I liked.

Bought a truck from Kim English a few months ago, and just got to writing a review. Kim and the staff went over and above to get me the deal I was looking for. The deal was smooth, and we are very happy with our purchase.

2010 Nissan rogue Axle issues. I brought it in for vibrations, you couldn’t fix it, told me it would be okay, and to bring it to a Nissan dealership, I went the very next day, on my way the back axle snapped. How did you not see the issue, you shouldn’t of tried to fix it then if you could not, or told me it was safe as you did, you put lives at risk. If you really did your inspection then you would of know this wasn’t safe. Will not be doing anything through them ever again. Have had other issues also.

I went to get an oil change, I provided the oil and the filter and yet somehow they still managed to crew something up. I pull away after receiving my oil change and not even a half mile down the road my abs, service 4wd, and traction control lights turn on? I had no issue with any if those things prior to my oil change, but after my oil change I have all these issues? What they heck did they do under my truck, just start pulling wires?

Stopped in for a headlight replacement. Got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Quick friendly service.

I had my car detailed and it was by far the worst detailing I have ever seen. The seats and carpet looked as if shampooing was never done. The back seat still had crumbs on it. My steering wheel was wet with something that made it slippery. I did call back and he said call us in the next 2 weeks and we will touch it up.

Horrible customer service. My aunt purchased her van here and has had service done to it. She had a flat tire and she brought it in on Saturday. There was no mechanic on the clock and the employees here could have given not a care to helping her. Surprised there isnt a warranty to get her a rental or have the decency to help her or at least show some thoughtfulness. Not impressed.

I drove in unannounced with a problem with my car. The service manager and another employee worked on my car until it was fixed. I really appreciate the immediate attention that was shown to my problem.

If an option for 0 stars was available I would rate t at that, sadly its not. We came here to look at purchasing a car. We were very set on buying this specific car. We made and appointment the week prior, drove two hours north from our home to come look at a car on their lot and also called when we were 10 mins away. As we arrived the salesman we had hardly said two words to us. Then took him 15 mins to even get the car for us to test drive. As he came to get us to drive the car he yet again said nothing to us and was rude and sarcastic the whole time and Just pointed at the car instead of escorting us, not sure what that guys problem was. The car was not as advertised, has 3,000 more miles than what it showed online, although we were still interested. We waited to hear about getting approved and was told 1 1/2 hours into the wait we were approved and someone would be with us shortly. 45 minutes after that No one ever came to get us ( we were literally the only customers) so we just left, after being told we were approved to buy the car. As we left the salesman we had watched us get into our car and as he watched just turned right back around and continued talking to another salesman on the lot. Didnt care to stop us or ask us what was wrong. I think, based upon my experience, that this is an awful dealership and wouldnt recommend to anyone. I could only imagine the trouble that someone would have to go through if they had a problem with a car that was purchased from this lot.

Stoped in for oil change and tires rotated got air filter replaced also cabin filter didnt know it had one probably could have gottenair filter cheeper at Wal-Mart

My husband and I purchased a used Dodge Dart from here in September. We were told that we had to bring our vehicle in to have a GPS unit installed within one month. I arrived early in the morning, per their instructions, hoping to use a loaner car for the duration of the installation (we had been told it would take several hour). The woman handling my appointment seemed puzzled and requested that I sit in the lounge. She came to get me several minutes later, with the key fob to what she told me was a blue van. I walked to the nearest van and an alarm sounded. I clicked the fob only to hear a ton several rows back. They had assigned me to a van that had to have been owned by the nastiest and most careless people in the county. It was embarrassing. It was rusted out, the seat was broken and lodged at a forward angle, and there was a dark, viscous fluid pooled in the cupholders and floor. I could not adjust the seat AT ALL(see attached pictures). During the time they had my vehicle, they did not fix the airbag issue that we noticed at the time of purchase, nor did they align the steering, as also promised. Not two weeks later, my frony tire is showing pressure issues. We took it to be repaired (at a tire shop) only to find that they had not included a key to the locking lug nuts. My husband was irate. They asked for us to leave the vehicle with yhem, yet again, while they figure out how to remove the lug nuts. Luckily one of their own mechanics was standing nearby and came out to the car and fixed it on the spot. We then were able to take the tire to be repaired. If youre looking to purchase from a reasonable, certified used car dealer, look first in Lafayette (Bob Rohrman), or Indianapolis.

This place is awful! I called them to ask about a car, they told me they still had it and nothing was wrong. I drove 1hour and a half out to this place only to find out that the transmission in the car is bad and it had flat tires. ON top of that the sales rep. Was very rude when we went in to ask about it.
