Great experience! They were extremely helpful from the beginning and to the very end. Logistically my move was complicated as I could not move out and move in on the same days. They were patient with my questions and made sure the solution we came to would work well for what I needed, at the pace I needed. The free month storage unit was a life saver. They were easy to reschedule with (twice!) and the vehicles and storage facility was well maintained. It was relieving that this part of the move was not stressful at all.

If you dont get insurance on your belongings you are a target for a break in they will cut off the part of your storage door your lock is supported on and when you file a complaint u have to call the police yourself they wouldnt do that for me ( (THE MANAGER AT THE TIME WAS RUSHING ME TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE HE SAID IT WAS TIME FOR HIM TO GO HOME evaluate your on missing property also if you are trying to get all your money back from what there workers have taken. you will get nothing back they will fight and argue plus give u the runaround to keep from giving you any refund back I had a storage for 22 years with them my home caught fire what little I did salvage to put in storage they took that it was a total nightmare!! Please BEWARE customers check around for a better storage place PLEASE BE SAFE THAN SORRY !!!!!

Actually this is a great place, may be unsafe when dark if you consider the neighborhood. I was using the self pick up with the app for the first time and when I found the truck I reserved, its lot has been flooded. The man at the office got in the water and pulled the truck out for me, for the record, I took that picture, he is the employee of the neighborhood of all times if you ask me. I forgot a plywood sheet and I called them next day, they found it and they made it available right in front of the store. Here we have a really good people but the flooding at the behind of the store should be fixed. Thanks!

Everything for my rental went very smoothly, especially for a first time move. The manager, Cory, was very helpful in getting everything set up and gave advice on what equipment should be needed (truck size, appliance dolly, etc.) Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend.

Excellent - very helpful staff. They fill propane bottles. Parking is a little tight, but thats true for most of the places west of University Avenue. Its really not so bad (the parking)..

Anthony and Steve were fantastic! We got a same-day rental and they helped us get a larger size truck than what we initially thought we needed. Would rent from here again!

They lied to me about the price, followed me to the gas station with his motorcycle scammed me for a few hundred extra dollars on top of the original price and this location very nasty .

Awful customer service. Terrible parking lot. The staff yelled at me when I politely asked where a safe place to park would be. I will never return and Ill spread the word of the poor customer service and disrespect.

The units were in such horrible shape, the roof leaks and the rain molded my furniture. The customer service was so bad. They could at least provide storage units in good repair.

Awful experience and well never use Uhaul again. I reserved online a 5x8 trailer and requested 2 furniture dollies and a certain drop-off location. Arrived at Col Glenn pick-up (changed from original location) and they didnt have the 2 furniture dollies. With movers reserved and waiting for us, WE had to go to two more locations to pick up the furniture dollies because they couldnt come up with a solution. They also changed our drop-off location without telling us - but said we could call customer service and change that. Customer service said theres nothing we can do because apparently the nearest UHaul locations were not accepting new equipment. Apparently every location is independently owned so they dont work together to actually provide customer service regardless of what they promise when you book online.

Dena or what ever her name is has the worst customer service. She refused to answer simple questions and stated that i should just come to check out the units myself. Which of course I was going to anyways if I was told what size units were availible. No one wants to make blank trips when an employee could belp the process. Moving is already stressful enough as is.

Gentlemen working was very helpful at getting me what I needed. He took the time to make sure I had the right equipment for the job.

These are the words that come to mind when dealing with this location, they are disorganized, uninformed, ineffective, inefficient and lacking in customer service knowledge.

Not initial pick up spot but happy it changed they didnt have what I reserved because the other dude didnt return truck not uhauls fault but they gave me a bigger and better truck at same price very friendly and fast service 10 minutes I was on the road thanks
