The services Ive had at this location have been great! My first rental I got a 15 truck and Nick did a great job helping me. I moved my entire apartment no problem. The truck was good, but the process was even better. When I returned a different person (I forgot her name) had me sit in the truck and help. They checked me out while sitting in the truck 😄. The second time I rented from this I-Haul I used the U-Haul phone application and did a rental all by myself! I literally did the entire process by myself and got the keys and moved. Then I returned the truck by myself too! I will always rent from U-Haul! The entire facility was clean and I felt like they really cared about helping with my move.

So, Im prepping to move. Two weeks before I go I learn I need electric work on my car to make the trailer lights work. I have an appointment at 8:15 AM at this place. I get there at eight. At 8:30 they get to my car. They tell me itll take no more than an hour. Two hours and a half hours later my car is done. Thats cool. I understand stuff pops up. Whatever. Except I go to a different Uhaul to get the trailer and the lights arent working. Apparently, the cable wasnt attached to the battery. Two and a half hours of waiting, a hundred bucks, and the thing wasnt even plugged in. One star for you.

This place is awesome. The manager Stephen Gilbert saved my trip! He was able to get my wires working so I could leave for Florida on time. Great customer service. Excellent place. If you need U-Haul in Little Rock go to the 65th st location.

Majorly over charged me. tank wasnt full. they said i put 66 miles on a truck that didnt leave city limits. i literally had the truck for 3 hrs. horrible

They gave me a 12 year old truck to move across the country. No air. And break downs. Not good
