I bought $60 worth of stuff and was wondering why my bill was so high. Reviewed my receipt at home and found that my coupons didnt come off that I saved. Went back the next (since I went right before closing the day before) day, brought everything back to be rescanned, then repurchase minus the coupons but they said they werent doing returns. The least they can do is ask if you have any coupons to make sure you get your discount instead of getting over on someone.

Was cash only that day so it was a pain but othwr. Wise great

As many DG stores in this area..its the best selection and service.

The lady at the counter she was very clean as me and my grandson was poaching the counter to pay for all items she was cleaning the cabinet the counter I mean and everything it was very nice

Always a wait when it comes to check out!!. Sometimes I just go to Walgreens down the street even though that’s farther away from where I live and more expensive. The store is always unorganized, messy, needs to me straighten up every night . Workers seem lazy and were rude to my little sister once when she went in there by herself. Definitely understaffed. Always out of thing. Sometimes i just don’t go here because im afraid they won’t have what I’m looking for. Cant keep a worker new people all the time .

Im a huge DG fan. I shop them all the time. This particular store I will not be returning back. If this wouldve been my 1st DG experience I would never go into another. It was under stocked enough I thought it was closing down. Thats a result of not poor but terrible management. There was absolutely no organization to anything. And, at least half if not more than half was just sitting in boxes on the aisles, I had to move huge items around just to be able to walk through. I could go on and on. If this was my store I would be embarrassed. DG needs to get some real management out there to clean this mess up before it does close down.

I will not go back to the one on baseline road in little rock Ar. The guy cashier had a very nasty attitude I was there on May 22 in the evening. Never again will I go there.

This service here was very unprofessional I was completely ignored basically and had to speak over the Cashier while he played his music very very loudly. Then the manner he spoke to me in was completely outrageous. I know for sure I will not be shopping with that Dollar General again. That gentleman needed to learn a little customer service and manners not to mention.

The parking lot was trashed!! Couldnt get around in the store for all the truck carts in the way!!! Best part of the trip was the cashier was really nice and polite!!

There was a young lady sitting behind the counter in regular clothes, not a DG uniform listening to loud rap music that was full of cussing. The lady who works there was outside smoking and came in and was rapping along while checking me out. Not the most professional setting today.

Offers Apple Pay but you can’t use it. And then told them I was coming back for my things and he just put my stuff back up.

Always nasty and for 2 days in a row same man on the phone the entire time i was there and i was there over 20 mins. Unprofessional
