Was brought to the shop by Cory for an alignment and oil change on my charger. Was greeted by Jack as soon as I walked in and he already knew what I needed and had me checked in quickly and easily. The staff came to discuss with me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my car setup for performance on the track. The alignment tech was extremely knowledgeable and discussed different options with me in terms that I could understand. Staff also found previous issues with my car and gave me options for correcting them. They had my car done very quickly and it drives better than it has in years. Pricing if was very affordable and they were upfront about all cost before work was done. The work was performed in a timely manner and checkout was smooth and seamless. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will bring my car here from now on.

These guys are great. They did a great job on my car cause it handles like a dream now. They were willing to do several checks for me for free too. I’ve had my fair share of car woes the past few years, landing me in several car shops. I have left each one feeling taken advantage of from being a young female and treated with little respect. All About Tire and Brakes is the first place I went where I was listened to, offered thorough explanation, and efficient service. I highly recommend to any individual, but especially ladies out there!

I called on a Monday with a nail in my tire, trying to see if it was repairable, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The person that answered was very friendly and gave me the information needed. He said if I got there right when they opened on Tuesday that he could probably have me out in 30-45 minutes. I got there at 7:30 Tuesday and was out at 8:05. The repair was quick and very reasonably priced in my opinion. I picked this place because they were close to my house and I didnt want to drive too far with a nail in a tire, but Ill definitely be going back for future service. Clean facility with friendly staff.

I couldnt have been more impressed with Jack for his professionalism and concern for getting us taken care of. I am from out of state, traveling through the area, and realized my oil level was too high. He was extremely professional in dealing with us and expeditiously got us in and out. If this business was in my hometown, he would have won my future service, hands down! Refreshing.

My gf got two tires done here about a year ago. A month later, one of those tires came off the rim, which is when we discovered that the lug nut on that wheel had been cross threaded with power tools. Got the tire back on the rim and reinflated, and brought the vehicle back for them to fix their error. After several hours in the waiting room, was told that they had repaired the issue. Affected tire wouldnt stay inflated, discovered a pinhole leak in sidewall. Tire shop that replaced it says the same lug nut difficult to remove. Today I paid to replace all four tires - new tire shop days they cant get rim off because the lug wont come off. Took the vehicle to Meineke, who had to drill through the rim to get it off. Will never use this place again.

First time I have visited them for a service & a tire set purchase.They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and they beat the prices of other places around town by $20-$30 per tire.Jack was very patient and suggested different tires, as well as talked about all of them with the knowledge you expect from a professional.Overall I would suggest them to anyone looking for an easy, honest vehicle service, which is basically everyone.

I can not say enough about the guys at All About Tire and Brake. After shopping out a set of tires for my truck, they were not only the best priced, but were also able to get the set I wanted faster than the four other shops I called.

Super friendly staff. Went in to have a tire mounted. I was tild that they would have to go and pick it up from the warehouse. I was asked if I needed it right then. After explaining that I had the trailer on a block, I was advised that they were going to get the tire on the same date. Fast forward, me and the wife went and ate lunch returning the same time the tire arrived. Five minutes waiting and I was on may way. Michael and Steven were great to deal with.

All the guys here take their work serious and are very competent. All questions answered. I worked with Jack, he gave me much time while making my decision whether to put Nitto or Toyo on my truck. I went with nitto ridge grapplers. The guys also changed my oil while it was back there. This business’s prices are very competitive even with the big online retailers such as tirerack.

Terrible service the first time. Second visit was even worse. Tried to make an appointment through the online appointment system, but never received confirmation as I was told I would. Waited 2 days and emailed to confirm, still no response. Took the car in at requested appointment time anyway and was told they dont really take online appointments despite what their website says. They said an hour or two, so I left it there at 11 and told them I would be back at 4. Came back at 4:15 and it wasnt even started yet. All they had done was reset the oil life indicator. Gave them 5 hours and they still didnt bother to get it in. Not a good way to keep customers.

On the way to nearby Maumelle Park, I had a problem with some old tires on my popup.Jack, quickly diagnosed a tire tumor and ordered the tires.Hes got the energy and confidence I like to see.Id do business here anytime. 👍

Didnt give me the total price quote I asked for...3 to 4 different times...different totals..I think $750 was excessive for brakes and rotors...will Definitely not go back...didnt give me an itemized amount of work and what was done to brakes...

Very bad customer service i ordered a tire they called me said they have it i sat waiting on one tire for 4 hours then finally decided to ask what is going with it for them to tell me they dont have the tire (dont understand why they let me sit so long and didnt say anything) at the same time I asked for them to change my breaks they said nothing was wrong with them a week later they went out completely so I took it to another shop they told me Im lucky to be alive that the rotors are nonexistent i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone if I could give them no stars i would

Nice folks, but its a Monday, on Friday I had it set up to have tires put on Monday. Tires werent there got there when they opened and left almost 4 hrs later. I should have been told they didnt have tires there. I would have spent my money somewhere else. I have one day off and I spent half of it there.

They have worked on my vehicles for years. Always great to work with and great prices. Michael and Jeremiah do excellent work I am always happy with. Just had my Chevy there and we added everything but the kitchen sink to it. You won’t regret working with them. Michael will make sure your experience is a good one. Thanks guys

I place a high value on customer service, and All About T&B has exceptional customer service. There was an issue with my recent service here, mostly due to lack of communication. Within minutes of sharing my issue, the owner called. He reached out to resolve the concern, and apologized for the experience. He showed sincere interest in understanding what happened and how he can make it right. What makes this place shine, is that he went on to explain he also wanted to be sure he understood the issue to help his staff to get better. Given past experiences with dealerships and other indy shops, this is an exceptional level of customer appreciation and service. It is what makes a place worth going to. We discussed the issue and he went out of his way to make sure my issue was addressed. Thank you Mike, and Ill be your way again with my vehicles.Summary of previous review: I have taken my truck in for a patch job and tire rotation it went well. So I came back with my other truck because of an issue with a repair from another place. The car seemed to pull to one side and I wanted the alignment checked (a $24 service) and ideas if they saw anything wrong that could cause it. They checked and performed an alignment, a $69 service. There was a communication breakdown between what I needed and the service provided. In the future I will be more explicit and recommend customers do the same.

Last week I decided to give this place a try-- so glad I did! Steven and Michael are some of the nicest, most honest people youll ever meet. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road again as quickly as possible. Their prices are extremely reasonable too. A+ experience all the way around with top-notch customer care. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. The only thing is, it should be called Not Just About Tire & Brake! At any rate, they are the best at what they do. Fast, friendly, and Quality work! Came in to get a flat tire fixed. After I sat down I realized I had forgotten to ask them for an oil change as well. Went back up to the desk and it was no problem. I had a nail in my tire so i got roadside assistance to come change the flat. After that i googled some places that did tire repairs. This was one of the places that had the highest ratings. (I’m big on reviews.) So i got up early and went to see if i could get the tire repaired. The guy that helped me was tall and had dark hair, i don’t remember his name. He was very professional and welcoming. Got my tire out and had them to look at it to see if it could be repaired. Maybe 15 mins. Later, he called my name because the job was done. I paid for it, then he asked if i wanted to have them put the tire back on, in which i said sure. So while they did that, i asked if he could price some tires. He got a couple quotes from online which were pretty reasonable for the type of tire and the mileage i could get off the tires. I definitely recommend them for all of your tire needs! When it’s time for my brakes to be replaced, this’ll be my first choice!!

Cant say enough about this shop and the awesome heros they have running all over. Ladies dont worry these guys here would not and do not try that intimidation sales pitch...and they genuinely enjoy hearing you describe the noises your car maybe making, and that includes your many attempts to sound just like that, you know, knocking or screaming noise, you cant remember when it started, or what you were doing when it happened but it was a strange noise coming from your car. I have to admit my dad is also a mechanic but I always come here. They let me drop off the car for maintenance and they know when I have to pick it back up so I can get my son picked up on time. I have had my car towed here for a major repair and got it back the same day and I was on the road in plenty of time, as usual. I send all my co-workers here and family members. So believe me when I say this top notch shop is worth the drive or the tow fee, their workmanship gives me the confidence to safely get me and mine back and forth everyday from jessieville/hot springs village area to little rock. They go above and beyond so I can go the extra miles!!! Prices, I have not heard one person complain about them.

These guys helped me on the last snow day. I ended up hitting an ice patch that caused me to slide into a curb and destroyed my wheel. The guys at All About Tire & Brake helped me get my spare down and installed onto my truck and helped me get on with my day. The kindness and help they showed in a time of need will have me coming back.

I had a flat tire a couple of mornings ago on my way to work, happened to be rainy/wet weather. Some very nice gentlemen from AATB came and changed my tire, and then were able to patch the tire at their shop. One man even offered to take me to work/pick me up if the tire couldnt be patched. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and had me on my way in less than an hour! Very reasonably priced, too. And, if you purchase your tires from them, they will fix your flats for free. Overall great experience, I will be using AATB in the future!
