The salon is nice but the service is beyond subpar. We were rushed during our services and for a basic manicure I got a very “basic” nail technician. He did such a terrible job of painting my nails. It is terribly expensive and as a previous reviewer stated, you definitely do not get what you pay for. I could have done this myself and way better. Smh. Waste of time and money.

Pedicure area was not clean. I cant speak to the other areas in the salon, but I would assume they are similar. I could paint my toes better than this. They were busy so I guess some people like their services...not for me. There are a dozen other salons with 5 miles that are cleaner and know how to paint toenails.

Impressive! I had a great experience today, my first visit but definitely not my last. The tech I made an appointment with referred me to another tech that specialized in what I wanted. She did not disappoint. She took her time, was professional & did not skim on product. She made sure I liked my nails. This lets me know they care about customer satisfaction. I will be going back & referring all my friends!

We had the deluxe pedicure which was fabulous. You get about an hour of attention with this pedicures which includes paraffin wax, hot stone massage, warm towel, etc. Very happy with the experience and the quality of nail care.

I would give no stars if possible. I cant even get these nails off until all the CUTS on my hands heal. Also they DID NOT CLEAN any of their tools afterwards and I was bleeding..

This place used to be my favorite place to get manis and pedis but now the quality of service has been very poor. The last time I came here I ended up getting a fungal infection on my big toe and after about a year decided to try them again today. I was so disappointed at the quality of service received. They spent maybe 20 minutes on my nails and while there the lady cut my big toe open with the cuticle cutters and then proceeded to ignore it even though it was bleeding. Paid $47 for a shellac pedicure and left with my toe still bleeding. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The guy who did my mani-pedi was experienced and I was satisfied with the results, but I couldnt relax because he and the other nail techs stood around my area talking loudly & laughing. And they only spoke in their native language, so I didnt know if they were saying mean things about me & the customers. It was very rude. I may or may not return.

From the time I sat down in the pedi recliner, I waited 30 minutes. She spent only 10 seconds on each leg massaging and as unprofessional as it was, I felt like I wasted my time and money. I was supposed to get a manicure too, but had to leave as I was there one hour and 45 minutes. There was no one ahead of me. It was horrible service and I could have done my own toes and saved time and money! I will never go back.

Quality Work Matters I had the managers wife on my nails and they came out lack luster not Good Service Approved. I have had way better work done not impressed at all.A full set that looks ok but nail polish has bubbled and wasnt filed right or cut the proper length dont forget she burnt my hand with the buffer that has never happen to mePlus an pedi that wasnt done properly I didnt get proper toe maintenance doesnt even look like my feet were done for me these our big warning signs to 🏃runThe price was fair or normal in my opinion 60 was the total for my services 30 full set and 25 pedi on tues and weds and thats a good price if you know what you are doing and sadly they arent the best.They tried to go up on my nails for no reason and asked for $35 for a full set but we got that straightThe likey hood of me or my company I treated going back is slim to none sad thing is the manager denny noticd me getting cool info for yall and asked me to do a review I let him know I work for google you would think his wife would have put her all in it to end this reciew on a positive they seemed nice and salon looked very cool even having a kid area for mothers thanks Denny for helping me write a honest review

So I came here to get a manicure and pedicure. They barely scrubbed my feet then left polish all around my toes. My shape is off on my nails and I had to correct the nail tech several times and its still not right. I had to ask how much is everything and they overcharged me still after my services were done. I dont recommend as they are pricey and you definitely dont get what you pay for!

I absolutely love rose nails and spa the staff and nail techs are friendly and very knowledgeable and cater to what you want they go above and beyond !! I love Vikki she is very accommodating and she highly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to nails and all of the services in very insecure about my nail shape because I have fat chunky hands she always does phenomenal job and takes my insecurities away!!! Shot out to Vikki please go see her you won’t regret it!!

Great place I loved it and the staff was amazing at their jobs me and my girlfriend had a great time well worth it and I feel a lot better with my feet I wear boots all day everyday and my feet hurt but they made my experience wonderful highly recommended

This was the worst experience of my entire life!! Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years and Ive never experienced such an incompetence paired with an inability to provide proper customer service. After two and a half hours and several complaints I have just left with the worst manicure of ever had for the worst price Ive ever paid. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Tomorrow I have to go to my actual salon and have it all removed.

I had an appointment and showed up 15 min early. They immediately sat me down and she got started. Gracie is the best nail tech I’ve had! She did a great job on my mani/pedi. Didn’t rush through it which most nail techs do. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will be returning to see her for sure

Ive gotten my nails done here 4 times.The first 3 times I was pretty satisfied, but nothing outstanding.This time my nails are terrible. No one is the same shape or length. My rhinestones fell off before even getting home.I wont be returning.

Love going to Rose Nails. They are under New Management and the staff is super friendly. Patrick is my nail tech and he takes great care of me every time. They take their time on your nails and even have pedicure specials on Tuesdays. Definitely recommend to anyone. Check them out!

Check the pricing. Because they change their pricing constantly.I went 2 weeks ago and got charged $30 for dip. No manicure. One day later, my nails started to crack.Today, I was charged $50. No manicure either. The lady drilled my fingernails so bad that Ive been n soaking my fingers in ice water for the past few hours. My nails literally hurt to the point where I cant unbutton my clothes to take them off

Been going here for about a year and a half. Was going to a different place before, but my husband bought me a gift certificate, and I almost didnt use it because Im so picky, and hate way more places than I like, and only LOVED 1 salon, and that was in Conway from when I lived there. Out of Little Rock and Maumelle, this is my favorite. I recently moved to Benton. Ive tried a few places in Benton/Bryant, and nothing compares to here. Got a pedicure today, and my feet feel brand new, and so soft. They never rush my pedicures, and Im comfortable with any of the employees with my pedicures. Same thing goes for my nails. I normally have 1 or 2 that Im comfortable with doing my nails, but Im comfortable with anyone here.

Originally, it was a pretty good experience! The staff is nice but very hard to understand over the phone and in person. The accent is extremely thick and they dont exactly make an effort to speak louder or enunciate. I received a manicure with overlay and shellac for $50 dollars.Less than a week later, one of my nails broke and the shellac peeled off of another. Shellac is guaranteed to last AT LEAST 14 days without chipping, breaking, or cracking. Overlay is supposed to strengthen your nails and make them virtually unbreakable.I returned (a 20 minute drive out of my way) and they fixed it without question and were very polite about the whole situation, but less than 3 hours after my second appointment, my shellac peeled off again.I will not be returning anytime soon. Shellac and Overlay were a waste of money. Decent service but I cannot understand the staff.Overall a disappointing spa trip.

I went to get a pedicure and was sat in the massage chair pretty quickly but then waited for over 30 minutes and nobody talked to or helped me. They then proceeded to start another customers pedicure who arrived after me while I was still waiting so I left. This happened to me for the second time today and I will not be going back.

Really didn’t do a good job on me and this was my first and last time going there. My nails definitely wasn’t how I wanted them.

I went to get a pedicure and I guess the technician is new because he has no clue whats supposed to happen when you do a pedicure. He gave my feet and legs no attention at all. And I have pretty if I must say so my self. He didnt massage them or nothing and Im very upset!

This was such a rude staff. My nails are not even, he didn’t get my hang nails off, and he made me bleed on 2 of my fingers. And called me lady in a very rude way and tone. Left a good tip and his response was “ok.” He blamed me for my nail being “messed up”when he was the one who did it. He also rushed, he didn’t take his time at all so my nails don’t look the best

I got a pedicure for $32. It probably took her 10 minutes to slap some nail polish on and rub lotion on my leg!!! No foot massage at all! For $32. They want you to spend $50 to get any kind a good pedicure which is wayy too much. I only went there because they were doing a special for $25 pedicures and apparently they stopped it and I had to pay $32 I will never go back. Not friendly or quality service

Staff offered a variety of different pedicures but seemed very nonchalant about the service given. The towels weren’t held out for a sec to let some of the steam off, he placed the coals directly onto my legs, my toe nails were cut entirely too short. I just think they shouldn’t have someone who is unexpierenced give a service that they charge almost 60 bucks for...

Im a dude, got my finger smashed in a press break. Nail grew out weak and bruised. They did some sort of nail repair. I dont have to worry about it getting hung in a glove, or breaking. Great work, I dont know what they did, but great work.

I went in for a dipped manicure. Not only did my cuticles get zero attention, there was no massage, my nails weren’t filed even remotely the same shape, she left splotches from the powder all over my fingers, and the top coat didn’t make it all the way around my nail. So my nails are half matte, half shiny. After filing my own nails for 20 minutes, I went back in to get another layer of top coat on my way home (the same day) and I was told they wouldn’t do that. Wouldn’t do that!!!!!! After I paid $40 for a horrible nail job, fixed the shape myself, and took time out of my day to go back, you’d think they would try to fix it with something as easy as another clear coat. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I received a manicure on a Friday, for a Saturday evening wedding. Within one hour, it began chipping off, and by Saturday, almost every nail was partially (some over half) chipped off. I won’t be going there again!

I started going back here after a coworker told me of the remodel. I’ve been several times over the last 3 months. Today, I wanted to get my dip powder off & just get regular polish mani. After making me pay before he painted, so of course I tipped too, he proceeds to paint random shapes on my nails even tho I asked 3x for him to paint to the edge of my nails. He then said he can’t if my hands aren’t relaxed. Um ok. He then sits me under the drying lamps & tells me to stay for 6 minutes. I stayed for closer to 15 & he never came back to check or put lotion on my hands at all. Polish is already chipped as I’m sitting in my car. Looks like I won’t be back here. The time before last, they sat me & made me wait at a station for over 30 minutes before realizing the gel needed to be soaked off. Same reasons I stopped coming here a few years ago.

Waited with my feet in water for at least 30 minutes with no one saying a word. Then this lady comes, not trying to be rude all when I say this BUT her personal hygiene skills were nonexistent. The smell from her under arms was literally unbearable but everyone sat like they didn’t smell it! It literally formed a green fog over the ladies head!!! On top of that she had to be new, while I was getting my nails done I’m assuming it was the manager keep walking over watching her work. Nice place awful staff! Sorry I won’t be back

Terrible!!! The absolute worst shellac manicure I have ever had. I had to show him how to cut my cuticles. I also had to ask him to cut and file my nails. The polish was even terrible!! He didn’t even know how to polish!!!! I would not recommend them!

Don’t go to this place! Spend 75 bucks on shellac on nails and toes, had to drive back because my toes were still wet!! Also they never massaged my hands just my feet, other places for a pedicure they give u a massage too.

They will nickel & dime you to death. I have never once been charged for my son sitting in a massage chair at my normal spot. The place was dead so its not like he cost them money by taking someones seat. The chair he sat in was worth $10 bc they put water in the pedicure part for him. My son is 10. They also upgraded my pedicure to the most expensive one & did not tell me until I checked out. We will not be back

If I could give this place a -1 I would! I went there to get my brows waxed. The shape was so awful! I looked like Ronald McDonald when she finished. I was extremely dissatisfied and I let the young lady at the front desk know, she in turned spoke with another lady and they just told me Im sorry and walked off and the young lady proceeded to charge me! They did not care not one bit, they just wanted to collect the money and get on to the next customer!

There were multiple people working on my nails at once telling them that it was wrong. my nails had to be redone several times. im sure theyre good with normal nails, but for acrylic nooo. my nails and my friends nails are nothing what we asked for.
