I’ve tried 3 different nail salons in the past couple months and stopped getting my nails done because I felt they rushed and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Not here! They took their time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! They were also super nice and patient with my 9 year old daughter and 3 year old niece. I will be back soon for sure

I have overlooked a few things here but today it was the disregard for me, my time, and my loyalty for this place that sealed it. I’m a pretty soft spoken customer in any/every business but my loyalty alone goes a long way. I never even write reviews but today I would be amiss to not speak on this. I got a fill just the week prior and 4 nails came off. I mentioned last week when they were being filled that the same ones had given me trouble the prior time I got them done. They didn’t replace though just filed down. I would have scheduled an appointment for next week as I always do(I normally get my nails done EVERY 2 weeks here) I sat and patiently waited over an hour without even being acknowledged. I was there when they opened today. I always see other clients greeted, offered beverages and even checked on when it is taking some time for someone to be available. I have never asked for specific stylists, never caused any drama or even asked for a color change if I hated my nails. I consistently show up early for appointments, wait when there is a crowd, tip extra for whomever takes me back to the chair.....and yet I still have never even been offered a beverage, or told sorry for your wait. I hate trying new places I have to admit but I’m guessing to be appreciated for my business....it’s time. It’s really disappointing but I’m learning sometimes change is best

Normally pedicurist use more than 1 tool. The pedicurist a woman used 1. I thought my feet was going to look bad. My feet look and feet smooth with no dead skin. She didnt nick me.I loved it. Im going back! This was my first visit.Second visit pedicurist was a man. My feel looked like I didnt have anything done. He paid me not very much attention while doing my feet. If I do go back. I dont want no males doing my feet. Lesson learned.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon here in LR. I’ve had dip manicures several times (O and Daisy are amazing and so kind!) and I have been incredibly happy with my results. This past time that I came in, I asked for a pretty difficult design with dip manicure and O spent so much time ensuring it met my expectations. Sweet and hard-working employees and wonderful service!

Every worker is so kind and wholesome. The work environment is positive which makes going there very fun. Daisy, one of the workers, never disappoints me with her service. She is very skilled and talented. This is the only places I go to because I have always had a wonderful experience. 10/10!!

I just got an acrylic set here today and have come here several times, and I always have a great experience! I came at lunch time and had no wait. I was greeted at the door, and the tech that did my nails was so kind. Great prices and great customer service, and I love my nails!

I will not go into extensive details but I will say that I will never spend money where I am not welcome. I visited twice just to make sure that it wasn’t me or just 1 particular nail tech. The 2nd visit was worse than the 1st visit (with a different nail tech) and I will never return.

Wish I could rate this place a 6! They go out of their way to help you and do exactly what you would like. O, the sweet manicurist, did great. I am a nurse who keeps my nails short and gets manicures biweekly. Last week was my first time to use their salon due to needing a late afternoon appt. I am so happy to have found them. I came in to get gel nails removed and a simple manicure in a hurry. I was a walk in with 25 minutes and Alex did a fantastic job and was very speedy while still clearly taking pride in his work. I will definitely be back!

Wow! Im very impressed with this nail salon. Honestly, I think this has been the best salon I have gone to. I usually take a look at the ratings before trying a new nail salon. I try to try those rated 4.5 stars or higher. I have not settled with one nail salon because Ive been on the search for the perfect one. There was always something I wasnt 100% happy with; I can be picky when it comes to my nails. I have found the perfect nail salon! My experience here was great! My nail tech took his time and perfected every detail. My nails are smooth and wonderfully shiny. Im a happy camper and am in love with my nails! Thank you! :)

The first time I was there I took the dipping powder. Yen did a great job but after one and a half week three of my nails broke. When I came to fix it they told me to pay $15 for three nails, so I decided to redo them all because I paid $35 for all of them the first time.This time the older Lady did my nails. When she began to dip my nail in the powder I realized that she picked the wrong color but I decided to go with it. At the register this time I paid $40!? Why? She didn’t do anything different to the first time.After I got home and I looked a little more on my nails I recognized that the surfaces weren’t smooth and the sides weren’t fully dipped. When I called to tell them that I was not satisfied, they told me to come by and fix it. Alex I think he is the owner looked at it and started with the drill. When I told him that she took the wrong color he started to have an attitude. Questioning everything and when I picked a different color he ask me more than three times if I’m sure that he has now the correct color. Then, I guess it was his wife, she was starring at me all the time, after they were talking. Long story short, they made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome.This was definitely the last time I went in that nail salon.

I love this place,they are very polite and even though my nails need to be filled they are solid and not falling off, I have never had nails not fall off once they have grown out,this place is awesome and the pedis are great too

Walked in (with an appointment) and showed them a picture of what we wanted done. 1 hour and 45 minutes later... they then decide to tell us they can not do what we had asked for. What a way to ruin my woman’s birthday!!! Was not even apologetic and acted as if they did not care. Horrible experience and will never be back!!!!

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. It looks like a 5 year old polished my fingers and toes. $75 wasted. I got a full set with gel polish on nails. The guy that did my pedicure did an horrible job. It was like he didnt want to do it.Edit: Just repolished my toes and they look way better then the service provided today.

My fiancè decided to surprise me with a nice little spa day for my birthday on today. He booked and appointment and everything but I still had to wait on them to finish with another client 🙄 I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted done and he stated that he could do what I asked for. After starting on my nails and getting to the marble nails ( an hour and 45 minutes later ) he then decides to tell me he couldn’t do my marble nails because they don’t carry clear tips. So instead he does ombré nails and stated that if I don’t like what he did he’ll just take them off . And just like that my birthday has been pretty much ruined and I tell him to just go ahead and take them off. He didn’t apologize, acted as if he didn’t care and started to handle my hands a bit rough when taking off the nails. The guy who did my pedicure completely ignored me the entire time after asking what color I wanted. I let him know what color and also that I wanted acrylic. He didn’t even stop to make sure it was the right color (which it wasn’t) AND I didn’t get acrylic like I asked 🤦🏽‍♀️ I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly.

I was a customer here for a few years, but I left after a bad experience with an employee who is no longer here anymore. However, I came back after waiting about two years and was introduced to Alex who had recently taken over. He has been a true blessing to my hands and feet ever since. I’ve probably been to every nail salon around town because I’m very picky! You can tell Alex is very passionate about the work he does, and doesn’t mind going out of his way to loyal customers. Everyone else there is also great so you can’t go wrong with anyone. They offer complementary drinks & always keep good music playing , so it makes your time here very relaxing. As far as pricing goes, you have to be willing to pay for what you get. I work 12 hours a day hard on my hands, but my nails still usually last two sometimes three weeks. (this is with dip nails) Everything here is worth it, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails! They are quick and do great work. I get the dip powder and they’ve done the best set hands down.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. It was like he didnt want to do it. He went really fast and then did a horrible job with polishing my toes. It looks like a 5 year old polished my toes. I also got a full set with gel polish and that waa rushed threw as well. I went to purchase a white nail polish to repolished my toes. Probably want come back to this nail salon. Got pretty busy and I didnt have the time to complain and wait to have toes repolished.

Andy is always SUPER! No one else can ever do my nails! The shop is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Ive been going there for 2 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Ask for Andy, you will not be disappointed!😀

I went in to get acrylic nails for the first time, and they did a wonderful job! Alex did the shaping and tips. He made it the exact shape that I wanted! Andy (I believe that was his name) did the actual acrylics. Both were very kind and did an excellent job! My mom got gel on her toes and the lady that did them for her was also very kind and did an awesome job. The salon it’s self is very clean and fancy! I was there for a little under an hour (only because I spent FOREVER picking out a color. They have tons of options!) I highly recommend this salon!

LOVE this place!!! Me and my family just moved here a few years ago and found it very hard to find a good nail place as many of you know. With all the bad ones we found around here in Little Rock we found amerinalis! Where the people are super sweet and they always go above and beyond for there customers I always recommend them to friends, family even perfect strangers y’all have to check them out!

These guys are great. I had a pedicure and manicure with shellac polish and they did a wonderful job. The foot and leg massage was so awesome it nearly put me to sleep! Everyone was very friendly and hard working. I will be back!

The are very helpful to the elderly and disabled. I really like the service. Wish I could afford more often, but that is my fixed income problem, and not their reasonable prices.

Dementia on how to paint toe nails has been confirmed. My first visits must have been a fluke as these last 2 were awful. The older man had to do a complete redo because he could not fix his paint job, looked like I had done them myself. My last visit was out of spite but it back fired. The only good thing came out was that I stimulated the economy.

First experience was great , guess thats how they get you to come back. I purchase shellac nails which was 45$,when I came to get a fill price was38$ too much money for what I experienced! The nails started popping off in 3 days when I called too let them know,they were very unprofessional did not solve the problem but blamed it on me! Will not be going back there!!! Waist of money

This was my second time at Amerinails because my regular salon was booked. While the prices are reasonable and the place seems clean, the nail techs don’t take their time. My “spa pedicure” was rushed and my nail color was obviously watered down. I got home and realized it looks like only 1 coat was applied. The woman who did my toes didn’t even look up and as I left and looked annoyed the whole time she did my pedicure.My first experience wasn’t as bad but I had to have my dip fixed by my regular nail tech because a few of my nails were sloppy looking.

We were contacted by the Manager whom wanted to make the bad experience right. He done an amazing job, and My wife was really happy! Thank you for what you done!

Literally worst salon I’ve ever been too, was told my 4 year old nieces nails were free and got charged 5 dollars. Then my nails were completely messed up, yeah they refunded my money but when the rude lady fixed my nails she didn’t even fix them all the way. Took the top coat off and filed down but they told me I can go to Walmart to get a top coat because it was 30 minuets after they closed. Wouldn’t of taken that long if they would of done it right! Every single one of my nails cuticles are cut open really deep, my nails are very bumpy and look terrible.

Most of the time I get great service here. Today I was treated roughly, and bled from four different nail cuticles as a result of an angry tech because I requested no dremel. Not so much as an apology from her. It still burns when I wash my hands hours later. I hope this situation is addressed. Like I said, I usually get great service. However, the woman that hurt me will never touch me again.

Horrible place ! The lady doing my nails made a deep cut in my skin with the nail file! When I was bleeding and pointed this out she didn’t even acknowledge it and only proceeded to apply antiseptic when I REQUESTED her to clean the dust off! Then she scraped the extra acrylic INTO the cut and when I winced at the pain she started LAUGHING! I replied that it wasn’t funny and that she was hurting me and someone told her to get away and they would take over. Several of my nails were crooked and when I pointed this out she just waived her hand was like ok ok dismissing it! The place was empty so it’s not like they were in a rush. I spent two and a half hours here and it was still a mess.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Tammy knew how to do exactly what I wanted. She even fixed a preexisting problem resulting from another salon. Not only do my nails look great they feel healthy. I have been going to Amerinails for 3 years now because of my first experience with them. When I walked in they greeted me right away and were extremely nice and accommodating. They offer quality services in a timely manner at any time of the day. I have gone in on my lunch break and have had my nails done without cutting quality. I dont get broken nails as I did at other places (and Im extremely hard on my nails). The pedicure services are incredibly relaxing. I also get my hair cut there which is one of the best I have ever received and their waxing is great also. The environment is comfortable and while Im there they offer a complimentary drink of my choice as I enjoy my services. It feels like you are a part of their family when you walk in and I will continue to get all my services there. I highly recommend any of them at Amerinails because they are all amazing!!

Very pushy people, suggesting you get higher priced stuff. Got my eyebrows waxed and the lady got wax IN MY EYE my eyelid was stuck shut... on top of that they look horrible, to thin, splotchy, and she missed part of it. They also charged my card multiple times acting like it wasnt working. Pretty ridiculous to have a business you cant run right!
