Im very disappointed! I called and scheduled an appt yesterday with ROSE. She set the time for 9 am. She said aoneone else will do my pedi and aue will do my mani. I said okay. I get there at 9, she wasnt there yet. I explained to the lady what Rose said and she said okay, Ill go ahead and start on your pedi. Rose came in afterwards, I didnt think much of it. I got my pedi done, she directed me to Rose table, I sat down ROSE then comes to me to say are you the 10 oclock appt? I said no, Im the 9 appt. She tells me oh, I didnt know you were here, I have a 10 oclock appt. I was like okay, thinking that she would say let me give her a call back and see if they can reschedule. Instead of being professional, rescheduling her next appt, she says can you come back later.Im very disappointed as to how ROSE handled this. I expected better from her! I will not be returning!!! Thank you Rose!

Wow! What an efficient and friendly service I received here today! They worked together smoothly to do my dips, Rose did a great job . Love the process to remove old product! The most effective method I have ever seen - thanks! They seem to be a popular spot and I can see why!This COVID era has us making safer choices and they politely asked me to wash my hands upon entering, which was a great way to start for everyone’s benefit.

Hands down one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to. Rude from the moment I walked in the door. Extremely poor communication skills and unprofessional behavior. Had a picture of the exact way I wanted my nails done and they look nothing like the photo even after I asked the nail tech to fix it and told her how. She was extremely rough on my nails, cutting me several times with the drill. Not to mention I was charged an extremely large amount, more than I have ever paid for my nails even when the design has been way more complex. Do NOT waste your time at this salon. Horrible customer service, overpriced, inability to communicate with customers.

Dont go here!! My wifes nails were absolutely awful, they cut her twice. Put super glue on one of her cuts to stop the bleeding. I got a pedicure and they filed my toe until it bleed. The supposed manager Rose refused to refund my wifes manicure and insisted she come back when after I told her she didnt want them to touch her again. Finally told her I would just call the health department over the super glue and at that point she finally agreed to refund the manicure. She kept the money for the pedicure. They only got the star because I had to put one in order to leave a review

Good quality work, not always in a timely manner, but great work.

My nails look amazing, HOWEVER, i was told $90 for my acrylic nails and toe polish with gel, and they charged me $150.

Van is the best, my girl got skills... Well update july 31 went in to get nails done as always and was told to pick a color and go sit in the back. Stated i was there for van. Normally if the wait is more than 30 minutes theyll let me decide if I want to stay or leave this time they decided to let me sit in the back for 2 hours without even a simple would you like something to drink. Asked for towels the man told me no not his client lol NEWS FLASH Im currently nobodys client

Davis is my nail technician he is great. The only thing about this place is they have no watin area. Which seems a lil odd other than that I love it here.

I have used them multiple times & all times I have, they’ve been really great! The only negatives I have are that I wasn’t offered a full scope of their services offered, and i would have liked to upgrade my manicure.

Nicole is the best! Shes the only one I let touch me. She takes her time with you and it shows in the details.

I’ve tried tons of nail places in LR and this is by far my favorite. Been going here about two years and never been let down. Everyone is great but Kim is my nail tech and I’ve never been happier with my nails. She’s amazing!!! Would recommend her to anyone

The man at the front desk was very helpful and personable. I came in and was seated for my pedicure immediately. I also love that they provide complimentary drinks. My nail technician was great at everything she did and the place was clean and had a wonderful ambiance to it. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. I definitely recommend Best Nails for anyone who wants a relaxing pause in their day!

The staff at Chenal nails are awesome! Friendly and efficient. I get pedicures, manicures and acrylic nails and I’ve never had a complaint. My nails are flawless and I always leave relaxed after receiving a spa pedicure.

My husband and I have been to this salon for pedicures a couple times in the past and loved our experiences there. I was hesitant to visit yesterday because I imagined Saturdays were very busy. Sadly, we had a long wait despite scheduling our appointments hours prior. My husband sat in a foot bath for 30 minutes and I waited 40+ minutes before another technician was available. My water had gotten very tepid by that point. Ive always recommended this salon to others because of the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere but yesterday proved rather disappointing. Upon being seated, there were toenail clippings all around my chair and I discovered the towel cover on the head of my chair was full of various hairs, indicating it probably hadnt been changed all day. That grossed me out a bit so I just flipped it over to rest my head on the bare chair. And not to any fault of the salon, but a couple of the customers seated next to us really ruined the atmosphere because they were very boisterous and disruptive. My pedicurist was kind and gentle though! My goal of leaving this review is not to bash the salon but to give some constructive criticism and to explain the 12% tip I left, which is much lower than I would tip normally. I hope our next experience there will be better so we can continue giving them our business!

It was the best experience I have had. I am from the Northeast here on vacation, highly satisfied. I got an amazing massage with both my pedicure and manicure, my feet, my legs and arms and hands feel revitalized. My nails look great! I will most definitely be back! I came to this nails salon today with my friends. Both of us got pedicure and manicure and I was surprised by how good they are. The staffs are friendly and did a good job. Definitely recommend this place!

I will never go back to this place they charged me 57 dollars for a fill that’s more than I pay for a full set then they charged my husband 27 dollars to shape and cut his nails I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK and one of my nails broke a hour later

Where do I started! First time here on 5/30/18 my daughter,niece,and I.Dropped in to get our nails done. From the time we walked into the door! They were very rude.I wanted a gel manicure,and pedicure. I was informed to take a seat.They started on,my daughter,and niece nails. Full set with gel polish. After waiting 23 minutes at the pedicure area.Without no assistant. A guy walked in a they immediately started his water for the pedicure. Although,I have been waiting over 23 minutes without anyone assisting me. If youre are a minority. And not a regular client here. In my opinion youre going to be treated different. Theyre are several nail shops on Chenal. Who do a better job,and who are very professional. I wouldnt recommend a blind individual to this location. They are rude,and highly unprofessional.

I have been using this salon for 3 years and they are excellent. They usually are able to do my toes and hands with gel manicures at the same time with great efficiency. We are always pleased with the consistent results.

PRICES OVER THE PHONE ARE NOT HONORED IN PERSON!!! Very sketchy. They will tell you whatever to bring you in. Then... the classic bait and switch!!! After it was all said and done they up charged us for another $35!!! Hmmm... Dont be suprised. Dont give them your business. Literally as my Fiancee was getting her nails done, another person stormed in and demanded she get her money back since they ripped her off. We had no idea we were getting rupped off next. Lesson learned...

I have been going to Chenal Nail & Spa for over a year. The staff is very professional and courteous. They always meet my nail care needs. They never fail to offer me a drink while Im being serviced. The ambience in the salon is very calm and relaxing. The salon is also clean and I always see professional cleanliness being taken place. For example, they use plastic covers in their pedicure bowls. I enjoy each visit so much that I travel from Scott, AR each time I need nail care service. I could easily go to the several shops I pass before reaching their salon, but my choice is them. They do not disappoint!!!!

Just had my first pedicure here and it was amazing! Its a little more expensive than your traditional neighborhood spot, but the experience and high quality products they use is worth it. Will be my new go to neighborhood spot.

Overall a nice place! This was my first time here. I was in from out of town and I needed to get my nails done because I won’t be back in town in for a while. I get the dip on my nails and have been for a few months now. They do not seem very proficient on the process and do not take the time to really shape your nails. I wasn’t being picky and didn’t make her redo them but I feel like they should be more particular.

Great nail salon. Came quite recommended and now I see why. Great service and was seated almost immediately. The quality of the finished product made it worth the wait.

Sitting here for last 40 minutes. No body seems to even take notice. Dont waste your time with these people. The next person is sitting with her feet in cols water for last 25 minutes and waiting to get the pedicure started. Half the people dont know English or how to smile.

Was nice and clean, lots of dip colors to choose from. Staff was very nice. The guy doing my nails cut me twice, once with the drill, once with the nail file! As they got busy he rushed my manicure and didnt give me a hand massage because my nails were wet. Also there was no hand scrub or even putting your hands in the warmers. I am only giving it 3 stars because it does have pedicure seats for children, the staff was nice, everything was sterilized or new, and the part of the manicure he didnt mess up on was pretty good. Oh, and I had to tell him 3 times to file a certain nail a little rounder because I dont like them square and it didnt match my other hand. He wound file it, but bit in the right place. I was visiting from out of town and staying at a hotel that didnt know of any nail salons. You would think they would have pulled out all the stops when I told them this so I would take their cards back to my hotel and recommend them.

They are always up to date on the trends. If you have questions they will answer them. They can do most designs in a timely manner. I love getting my pedicures done here also it always relaxes me when Im having a long day.

The nail technicians are nice and they take their time with your feet. I am drinking a nice glass of wine and I feel good.

Absolutely love Chenal Nail and Spa!! Im super picky with my nails and its hard to find someone good with acrylic and shellac nails and rose does perfect every time! Shes also my lash girl and I only have to see her every three weeks bc she does such a detailed job on them. The place is extremely clean which is a big thing for me and the staff are very nice and attentive.Id recommend them to everyone!

They worked us in at 5:30 on a busy Thursday afternoon. Service was friendly and fast. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because my polish started coming off within a week. Normally stays on until I need a color change.

This has got to be the worst nail spa located in one of the best locations. Is there anything lower than a 1 Star? There, I said it. The customer service is horrendous. The last time I went there a few months ago, was the last time I’ll ever set foot near that place. I have had several bad experiences. This one was the final straw. I have never been yelled at by someone I was seeking services from before this. When I get shellac, acrylic or dip I always want it somewhat natural looking. As for my job, I can not have nails that are fake. I was getting my nails done before a trip and thought I would do a soft orange and have them shape my nail into an almond/natural look. Well. The guy starts painting and they are NEON. Which was absolutely not the color I picked. No big deal, I asked if I could switch! He was offended and said that it will look softer at the end. He refused to change the color. I trusted him and am thinking “oh well, no big deal”. Then he starts shaping my nail...I asked if he could please soften it probably over 4 times. He wasn’t listening I guess? I have no idea. Finally, out of nowhere he got upset and started yelling at me. Apparently my “finger nails are crooked” or “I didn’t ask for a natural look originally”, “I can’t keep talking to him”. Long story short, the guy took over 2 hours. I finally asked if I could leave, saying he did good job while trying to encourage him saying they looked great (although, I was extremely dissatisfied and frustrated). He had such a temper and was so stubborn he didn’t even look at me as I handed him $30 tip for the simple fact that I felt bad for him. I now regret that lol, but in the moment I was shocked and appalled just wanting to get out of there.Long story short. I have heard from several friends, similar experiences. The workers are not well trained and customer service is not prioritized at this place.

Manicurists were very accommodating and nice. Quick, quality service and great choices of nail polish color. Provides gel nail polish and facials, waxing, eyebrows, etc... Would definitely reccomend! Store is very clean and spacious.

Chenal Nail & Spa is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a nail salon! They are so friendly and really make you feel welcome, as well as SUPER CLEAN (which is a huge deal for me personally!) Everyone in there works hard to provide a relaxing, enjoyable spa experience with quality service. My favorite part about them is the eye lash extensions, done by Rose! I make regular appointments to have the most beautiful lashes that are individually glued, made with real hair, and dont look pitiful when they fall out. They last longer than anywhere I have tried for lashes before, and are the thickest, fullest lashes I have seen on anyone. Not to mention, they are the best price around and you really cant beat the quality anywhere (even high priced beauty salons!!!) Rose is super sweet and so fun. For pedicures and manicures, I recommend making an appointment during rush hours, because they can get busy! Sometimes I am able to walk right in and be pampered. It doesnt matter which nail professional works on me, I can trust them to do a great job and always get my moneys worth. I love Chenal Nails & Spa and have never even thought to go anywhere else after finding them about a year ago. Do yourself a favor and next time you need to be pampered or just need a good mani/pedi, try Chenal Nails & Spa. You wont be disappointed!

The lady whom did my nails was rough with the drill. She wasnt friendly at ALL. She talked to her co workers the ENTIRE time. I asked if she could file my dip nails down so they wouldnt be so thick she gave reasons why not. I asked for specific dip colors she gave me the wrong colors. When I told her they were the wrong colors she looked at me and slowly and I do mean slowly got up to retrieve the correct colors. My nails looked so horrible when she finished I soaked them off the next day. I will NOT ever return to this Spa.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while. I was very pleased with how they would always take their time and how my nails would turn out. However, the past few times I went there to get my nails done, I would get cut several times, my nails end up breaking two days after I leave the nail salon and the service has been horrible. Today I went back because once again, my nail had broke after just getting them done. The lady were working on 3 of us at once, she was rushing, and did not take her time. When I explained to her I wasn’t happy with how she had done my nails she went back to work on the other ladies. I will NOT be going back here. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible place to get your nails done. I keep trying to give them a chance but there’s no point. I get cut every time I go and they simply just don’t listen. You tell them a certain length and shape and you’re still going to be disappointed when you walk out the door. And they have the nerve to go up on their prices. Never again. DONT GO!! Go to Angel Nails in maumelle and you will NEVER be disappointed

Everyone is friendly. The shop is clean, beautiful, and well staffed. I usually make an appointment, but when I dont, the wait is minimal.

Was charged $115 for a second to basic pedicure, granted I chose gel for pedi and a full set with stones. Come on, my pedicure was $hi+ because I could feel my dead skin tugging on my sheets that night. The gel on my toes have peeled off after a week already. My stones on my ring finger have fallen off, gel and acrylic is lifting. I dont ever tip so graciously like I did to the guy who did my nails so he got lucky. Im not from LR but I know now to get my nails done by my own tech before ever going anywhere, if anything just not even do them. Hospitality was amazing, cleanliness was very good except for the pedi chair I was put in leaks water from somewhere so thats a hazard. I sound like a sore loser for sure, he knew what he was sounding after he saw me pull out a wad of cash to tip before I paid. We left the day after the holiday otherwise I wouldve definitely gone to get at least some money back. Like $115 really? Pedi was like $30+ full set $35+5 for shape and $5 for stones. Then another 5 for gel. Wtf

This place is horrible. Didnt offer a complimentary drink and they did not give me a proper manicure. All they did was clip my cuitcles and put clear polish on my nails. Highly upset, would never recommend, or go back!
