They had a little bit of wait time, but that was to be expected as I walked in and did not have an appointment. Theyre very graciously made time for me. The pedicure was great and she did a great job on the paint as well. The water was a tad bit too hot initially for my pedicure, kind of scalding hot actually. But after informing my technician of the temperature issue she rectified it fairly quickly. It was a little confusion about being told I could and could not get a manicure if there was enough time. They switched it at least three times, and I ended up having to go to a different salon for my manicure. All together I would recommend them, very clean facility courteous and skilled technicians.

BEST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD. Everything was perfect down to the shape of my nails. They were so clean and so nice. Definitely make an appointment before you go! I will definitely be using them for all my nail needs from now on.

Always a great experience and everyone I have had has made my nails turn out just how I requested. I’ve been to numerous salons around town and after visiting this one, I won’t go elsewhere.

Best Salon In Little Rock By Far! Since moving to Little Rock I have searched for a quality salon with quality service And all others have failed in comparison to heights spa and nails. It was a beautiful sanitary environment with SEVERAL professional available nail technicians. Not me or 5 people who came in after me had any wait time. I received a full one hour pedicure not rushed no corners were cut. Every single tool that was used was used only on me. The spa foot bath was covered and used only by me. I really appreciated the attention to detail, And over all ambiance! I was greeted ,I was given water ,I was seated, and I was served amazingly.

By far the best nail place Ive been to in Little Rock. I highly recommend it! They were all, all, so friendly and kind. It was a very comfortable & fun experience. The decor is also spot on, very modern zen with that relaxing feel that just makes stress fall off your shoulders. I will definitely make this my go to place!

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to so I could write a review. Im doing this to warn others. I got gel nails done a week ago and they are coming up and breaking off. Ive never had this happen before. I have been getting gel nails for years and they always last 3-4 weeks. I have jot been rough on my nails at all. I went in to have them fixed and the owners laughed in my face, made fun of me, and refused to fix them or give a refund. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never ever go back. Waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was so hot and had no ventilation that I almost fainted while soaking my acrylics off. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve had more than half of my acrylics (which were not crazy or long) have snapped off, multiple cracked my real nails in half. One nail got ripped completely from the nail bed. I’ve never had a worse manicure. It took 3 hours to get my nails done in the first place and normally acrylics last a month or longer on me, it was like 4 days when the first one popped off. I also work from home and don’t do anything rough with my hands. Will absolutely never go back.

This is the best nail salon!!!! It’s SO clean and you know the materials and everything are always sanitized and new. The entire staff is amazing, and do everything they can to ensure the best experience. Service is top notch, and massages and mani/ pedis are fantastic.

They do a good job cleaning and having barriers during CoVid.

This is the spot! My friends and I went as a group and it was my first time to ever be pampered! It was a marvelous experience. Everyone was so kind and I believe we laughed the entire time. Which in my opinion is the most relaxing thing. I am a Realtor in the area and I will be referring all of my friends and clients to the Heights Spa and Nail Salon! Dont forget to call to set up an appointment.

The person that described discrimination being a characteristic of this place was 100% correct. Luckily, I didnt spend my money at all because after standing and Making eye contact with three dumbfounded women, one of them finally decided to not be a mute and greet me, for which she told me that they didnt offer the service that I needed. SO, in addition to being rudely approached, they dont have a wide array of things to offer anyway. Take your business elsewhere, youll thank me later.

I put one star because I got a full set on Saturday and I had to wait 2 hours to get them done! when I finally got to the station I asked for a design on Pinterest and she said she could do it.everything was fine until we got to the line down the middle of my middle finger on both hands... ITS OFF CENTER ON BOTH HANDS! also my left index finger noticeably shorter than my right. I don’t recommend asking for designs and I wouldn’t go back tbh

Call ahead, they get really busy but for good reason. This is the cleanest and best place for a manicure and pedicure in town.

On every occasion that I have attempted to receive services here I have been told to come back! There is a sign on the door that says walk ins welcomed yet I’m never welcomed. I’ve attempted to make appointments over the phone only to be asked to call back later for an appointment. Today I arrived at 9:00 am and was turned away. 7 attempts no avail. Side note I seen a lady walking out complaining that they don’t have an area to dry your toes or hands she left out with wet nails. They basically force you to receive shellac which cost more. I’m over it horrible horrible customer service!

My friend and I traveled two and a half hours for a girls day in Little Rock. We looked up a random nail salon for pedicures and decided on Heights. It was a little hard to get to because of some construction that took us on some detours but it was SOOO worth it. The deliuxe pedicure was seriously the best pedicure I have ever had. The nail techs were so nice and we all talked the entire time. My favorite part about a pedicure is the calf massage and boy do you get your moneys worth at Heights. Amazing experience and will definitely be visiting again!!

Terrible service! Im not one to write reviews, this is actually my very first review but the service was so bad that I needed to do one so maybe itll help someone else not just throw their money away!! My mother & I went to get pedicures done, the man that did hers wasnt friendly at all, he didnt even do whats suppose to be done for a basic pedicure & he didnt even have the whole toe nails painted & when she told him he gave her a nasty look, he did go back over them but still didnt do a good job. They do not have the lights to put your feet under to help the polish dry so we sat there for 30 mins after getting them done & was told it was ok to put our socks & shoes back on so when we got home both of our toe nails were messed up. A waste of $64 completely!!!!! The man that did mine was a little more thorough with things but even he didnt do what usually comes with a basic pedicure. Very disappointed & will never be back!!!! Do not trust them to do a good job!!!!
