Honestly, I hate the politics of the franchise, but its close to home, clean, and relatively cheap membership cost. Good franchise coverage in Arkansas, shower if you need it, day-use lockers, tanning, massage beds and chairs, and masks arent required any longer. They recently replaced several pieces of equipment with mixed results.

Very clean, patrons & staff follow social distancing and mask guidelines to provide for a welcoming atmosphere for all! Cleaning stations are well stocked and equipment is up to date and in good repair.

I appreciate the safety precautions the facility has taken in the midst of the pandemic. The equipment is well kept, cleaned by staff, and cleaning stations are constantly stocked. I feel safe working out. I definitely recommend.

I love the staff that is there. I and my friends go at 5am in the mornings and the young man that is there always has a smile on his face greeting us and others and that put us in GET RESULTS mode whether he knows it or not. They keep it clean and no matter if your in shape or haven’t worked out before they treat us all equal at this Little Rock location and that made me make this gym my home. You can’t go many places and not be judged but here you aren’t. Your just a customer looking to get fit no matter your shape; your size or your color. I Sammy Andrews love this place. Free to be myself when visiting any location to work out. Definitely a very supportive and high energy staff members. Touchless environment is quick, convenient, and safe. Most importantly due to my medical condition they also honor and respect my inability to wear masks. I am a lifetime member even after I get my home gym set up. Its just something about the atmosphere that motivates you to create the best version of yourself and not worry or be focused on what other people are or are not doing. At the end of the day its a personal journey and Planet Fitness respects individuality!

I love the staff at Planet Fitness, they are so nice and easy to work with. Additionally, they are always walking around and cleaning the equipment to help keep everyone safe!

I loved this gym when I signed up a few years ago. But I haven’t been since covid started. I took away a star b/c when I went, I was disappointed that the treadmills on the back row are still broken, and they are still not open 24 hours. I work overnight and I chose this gym over all of them because they not only said they were 24 hours, but they actually were. I miss that the most as it always fit any lifestyle.

People shouldn’t have to come in seeing a nasty bathroom early in the morning. The bathroom is so important to clean every day. #Threestars

Planet Fitness in Little Rock in our opinion offers the best safety protocol of any local gyms here. Staff are always masked and attentive; during almost every visit I see someone cleaning the machines; sanitizing stations are literally everywhere; and many many clients wear their masks during workouts, in part because the air conditioning and overhead fans make using them so so much easier. Thank you Planet Fitness for helping us get back into the gym at last.

Good facility. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Plenty of machines, even at peak times. Just wipe them off first and afterwards!

Wish that there were more options on the treadmills to be able to work on interval training with ease or to drastically change speeds.

Its time to open back 24 hrs. Many other planet fitness in other states are 24 hrs. Why not Arkansas. The more hrs the less people have to cram in workout time. Please change back soon!!!!

The staff always greet me when I walk in and out. At first i was skeptical about going back due to covid-19 but I actually feel safe while working out! They put more cleaning stations out and put space in between work out machines so you are practicing social distance correctly.

Planet fitness is very clean and friendly environment and It is COVID-19 safe.

Should have fairly received my refund, but total silence and no resolution from them at all...just crickets and dead silence🙄

I’ve been to a handful of different Planet Fitness gyms since covid started and this one is, by far, doing the worst when it comes to masks.I think MAYBE half the people I saw in the gym today were wearing a mask. And that’s not even including the ones who were wearing masks wrong.

Clean facility. Convenient locations. Great selection of equipment at an affordable price point.

The Gym is great and the most of the employees are very helpful but they are not trained to solve problems, and the person who solved my problem was kind of rude!! But who cares.. right?, its just me, a simple black card member complaining about a bad experience!!🙄🙄

So far my experience here has been great. The facility is clean, the staff are very helpful, and the price even for the higher end membership is still cheaper than a lot of other places. I like it here!

Planet Fitness in Little Rock Arkansas is a great place to workout. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, everything you expect from a PF. There is a TV in the mens locker room, plenty of treadmills (even with every other staggered treadmill due to social distancing). Again, I travel and visit a lot PFs and the only thing lacking is that this PF only had one dressing/stall area after you utilize the shower. Hey, Hey! Thats not a negative critique, but an observation. The great thing that made up for the lack of the dressing/stall. The Shower was HUGE, like Shaquille ONeal HUGE, along with a vertical droplet shower head and therefore it could be used as a shower/dressing stall if you will. I was impressed with Little Rocks PF and would encourage anyone to visit. Sincerely, Black Card Member

Ive been twice to check it out and will be joining as a Black Card Member this coming Wednesday June 2, 2021.

Planet Fitness has friendly employees, visible cleaning procedures and plastic shields in place. The app allows for touchless check-in and lets you know the crowd level when you arrive.

Great place. Great price. Definitely not a gym person, but PF makes it easy. I signed up for an intro class with the trainer right away. I helped me find my way around and answered basic questions. Made getting started easy. Dont hesitate due to nerve--they make it easy.

Great staff, super friendly and laid back location. Men’s restrooms at times have not been kept up but overall the place and machines seem to be clean. They do allow a bald headed guy to sprint around the gym sometimes in the evenings. Very strange.

My place to go workout. I love that I can go anywhere and workout. My only complaint is that they should have more cleaning done maybe by the hour. I always observe that many people just do not clean the machines off. And maybe some white wash cloths?

Love it! Better at night. Be nicer if the other people would get over themselves. There is some fit shaming going on there. Body positivity should be for EVERYONE.

PF is so convenient. Location and being open 24/7 works great with my schedule, since I dont usually get to exercise until the evening. There also is no intimidation. I am not scared or too insecure to try a new machine. It really is a judgement free zone.

PF (Markham) is a great place to workout. Machines and weights are always available even during peak time. My one complaint is the water in the shower has been cold since the beginning of fall. Its been reported and whenever you ask on a different shift no one has any clue about the issue.

This company will continue to take money out of your account even when asked to end the membership. They do not care what type of financial hardship you have or are going through they do not care about your overdraft fees or any of the above. Do not use them they will rob you blind. Its christmas time and they are refusing to stop drafting money from my bank now my children will suffer

One thing I notice very well here is that if you want to give someone an opinion, not all of them want to listen to the words. She thinks my words are a crime .It does not matter to me. I have nothing to do. The customer will listen to the comments first and then give the managment all the comments in writingIf a joint account can be a bank, why not have a joint account or a family account in the clubs .You do have the same money or jointly invest a joint account individually .But it is possible to have a joint account. Nothing is difficult

This is my first gym membership, so I did a lot of research online before joining. Planet Fitness catches a lot of flack for being anti-bodybuilding. Its true that their whole business model is based around attracting people who wont actually attend. Its cheap, and its not easy to unsubscribe. So most people will sign up and forget about it. Also, most PF gyms dont have proper weights or dumbbells. BUT this one does!!Plenty of weights. Not many people using them. I also have never heard the infamous link alarm. Props to the management team!!Clean. Efficient. A+

As someone who is often busy and can’t always make conventional workout times, this place is great. As a black card member, I enjoyed being able to work out, use the massage chair and then the hydromassage at the end. I would probably say that if you are into intense bodybuilding this might not be the location for you but the 22 dollars a month and the yearly 35 dollar fee seems pretty fair compared to the services you can use and the type of equipment available. After pricing other locations and their contracts as well as what they offer, Planet Fitness seems to live up to the expectations one would want from a gym.

Honestly, the weirdest Planet Fitness, which is surprising for the city of Little Rock. I’ve been to several locations in Arkansas or various states, but the equipment here was so different from the rest and not user-friendly. They didn’t even have a basic tricep press machine, and also most of the machine weights only go up to 100lbs? What the heck...? I’m hoping the other PF locations in the area have what I’m accustom to, because this one didn’t do it for me.

So much equipment that is easy to use if you are a beginner. There are a whole lot of treadmills and ellipticals to use and there is always plenty of room, especially at night. The facility is kept super clean and cool and I really enjoy going to this gym. The staff are always very kind and are willing to help with anything. If you are new to the gym world this is definitely where I would start out.

Went to sign up because $7.99 seemed reasonable, but its actually $30 for the first month. Even worse, the showers are frigid and staff seems unable or unwilling to fix it. Really terrible value, terrible service, if they didnt have my routing and account I would already be somewhere else. Cannot recommend your looking elsewhere highly enough unless you are in the market for ice-cold athletes foot and being ogled by naked seniors. Numerous attempts to reach out to corporate or a franchisee have been ignored.

Nice, bare minumum gym. This gym is a bit smaller than most, but is a good starter gym for anyone who has ever felt intimated by the thought of joining a gym.Mostly treadmills, quick 30 minute total workout section and abdominal (abs) section. Overall its good for the price.

Great place that has signs everywhere about not judging people, so I felt especially comfortable as an old, fat, pasty, white guy. Ive only been once but it seems like a very nice place with a great selection of equipment and not too crowded. I secretly did judge multiple people though. I mean really, whats the point of going to the gym if you cant judge people who are in worse shape than you? Its like, Holy smokes! That dude is as big as a house! Makes me feel much more secure in my small outbuilding sized body. So I recommend changing the sign to say, Dont judge people unless youre doing it for motivation.

The womens locker room is seriously lacking compared to other planet fitness locations. Ive been to locations throughout SC and TN. This one seems to have been designed and furnished by either a man or someone who didnt give much thought to usability. Theres no scale, no hair dryers. Theres a ton of unused square footage between the bathroom stalls and the sinks, but yet they could only put in 1 changing stall. Or, they couldve done what another planet fitness did, not have changing stalls and just have a little changing foyer with each shower. The showers are very spacious compared to some other PFs, but theres no shelf or ledge to set soap or shampoo on

Great gym, friendly staff, mostly clean. However the showers dont really have hot water which is a main issue for me being an over the road driver. Sometimes I dont get to shower for a few days and when I do I would appreciate a nice warm comfortable one.

If you are a Black Card member I would recommend checking your perks as they have changed. My husband has a bad knee and after walking on the treadmill would use the massage chair for 10-15 minutes. They last time he did they told him the new rules said he could only do 5 min per visit. We have been members for years and have only seen 3 other people use one of the chairs. Very disappointed. He will be dropping his membership.

When visiting the gym for the first time the team member noticed that I was from Columbia,MO and asked if i would like to tour the facilities. I was impressed with the level of customer service they provided.

I travel for a living and have been to a LOT of PF gyms, this one is the best Ive seen so far!Its very new! Clean and very spacious. Plenty of equipment, and all of it is brand new. Some treadmills and ellipticals have their own personal TVs attached. There are huge fans in the ceiling, the breeze feels great. The wipedown stations are well-placed and there are a lot of them.If I had one complaint its that the sinks in the ladies locker room have a curvy modern design, so you cant set anything down on the sink counters! It looks cool but is kind of inconvenient...maybe consider adding a counter along the wall next to the sinks to solve this?Otherwise definitely a GREAT PF! I cant wait to come back!

I moved from this gym to La fitness because unless you are looking to completely slim down this gym does not offer the equipment to help you get in tip top shape it offers equpment utilized for runners and cliental looking for a cheap alternative to a gym

I love it here, the staff are helpful and it is always clean. I wish they had a few more machine options or at least some smaller intervals on the machines they have, but I still get a good workout.
