Super cool gym! It has everything you need for a great workout and the people there are super friendly! Love this gym!

While the facility is nice and staff has been friendly, this family owned business allowed me to pay $80 in start up fees less than 2 months before announcing the gym will be closing. Looking back on the contract, they did cover their bases in this regard so it seems I am out of luck. With everything opening back up after Covid and now progressing into summer months, Im sure I am not the only one to have recently started this gym and pay these fees. A business (owners, not necessarily the staff) based on subscription payments had to have known well in advance that the doors would be shutting. The contract is valid, but morals....not so much. I have reached out to the membership manager but the gym will not be refunding me.

Very sad this place is shutting down, the staff was awesome and the equipment was a great mix for all styles of lifters. This is what very dum should try to be.

Generally, a great gym with very friendly staff. Plenty of space to work out. One star off because some of the equipment needs maintenance (or outright replaced/upgraded), particularly some of the treadmills. I think maybe they actually need to raise the fees a bit to be able to afford the maintenance?

I use to workout at this gym before I moved out of the state but the gym is phenomenal, from the staff to ownership. And the self cleaning I didnt mind at all. Nowadays, every gym is following suit.

I love this gym! Regularly see the owners working and working out there. They are very helpful. If they see you struggling with understanding a piece of equipment they will walk right up and assist. Tons of free weight and machine options. I never have to wait for a squat rack. Other people who workout there are very friendly and seem to respect the facilities too. Highly recommended!

Great mix of equipment (free weights, machines, and fun accessory equipment not in most chain gyms - climbing rope, weighted sleds, peg board). Small crowd in the late evenings. My recommended gym in Little Rock.

The quality of this gym is insanely better since the ownership change a few months ago! NO MORE NEON GREEN PAINT!!! The staff is really friendly and always willing to help out with anything. No hidden fees, no trying to pull one over on you about anything, just completely straight forward about all membership fees from the very beginning. Personal trainers are great and completely willing to help you reach whatever goals you are looking to achieve. You can definitely tell this is a locally owned gym because you really get the feeling that the owners/staff really care about you and want to see you succeed in reaching your health/fitness goals. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

This family owned gym is a gem in West Little Rock. Friendly staff, clean and spacious, convenient location and very reasonable fees. I dont like to write reviews but this place deserves one. The place doesnt get crowded for most of the part and I have almost never had to wait for any machine. I truly enjoy working out here.Also, a very important factor for me is that most gyms try to entice you for more personal training sessions, make it difficult to cancel membership and overall have a commercial attitude...Not this place. I really appreciate that part.They are not perfect and could have a few more machines but I dont think thats a big deal.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a clean gym! Glad to be a member, its competitively priced, and the owners listen to the needs of their customers! I enjoy not having to wait for machines, and the overall experience of the gym. Its been hassle free, no hidden costs, straight forward management and a conveniently located gym to workout and do your grocery shopping right after! Lots of good looking people too!

Ever since this gym switched ownership and management, everything is SO MUCH BETTER! The Staff knows how to fix your membership if you ever have any trouble, the trainers are fantastic, overall theres just a fantastic atmosphere. To top it off, the prices are so low! You definitely get more for less at this gym. 5/5!

Fit Factory is a well-managed, clean, and friendly establishment. The equipment is maintained well, the locker rooms, bathrooms and showers are always clean, and staff are helpful.The rates are reasonable, and they have all the equipment you need whether youre a power-lifter, bodybuilder, runner, or just want to be a healthy person.Also, the patrons are all respectful and polite. The gym doesnt control that, of course, but I thought it was important to point out that, in my experience, Fit Factory gym-goers are always willing to give you a spot or work in with you if you need the same equipment. Ive seen first-time, out-of-shape patrons get the same respect as massive bodybuilders.I recommend this gym to my friends, and theyve earned my repeat business.

The gym is always clean and has great equipment . The customer service is top notch. Always friendly and helpful.

I can work out at my own pace and in peace without being bothered. But if I ever need any help there is always a fit factory employee there to help! Best gym in little rock!

When it was Chenal Fitness I never went to the gym, and they never really seemed to care as long as they got paid. Since Fit Factory bought the place, the first week I got a call about coming in and setting up an appointment! Conner trains me and I have learned so much about fitness in less than two weeks of working with him! They definitely turned this place around and I love it! I feel comfortable and not like Im being judged, which is really hard to find in a gym. Any questions you have they are more than happy to answer. And the tanning beds are a plus! They actually change their bulbs (which never happens in a gym). I wouldnt recommend anywhere else.

People are friendly and helpful. A few things I wish they would do. A/C needs to work, they have several machines that are out of order and they need to add stairclimber machines

Excellent equipment, its never been too crowded to get a good workout in any of the times/days Ive been there.

Sooooooooooo today I went to #TheFitFactory on Chenal with great spirits after going by last week and having an amazing time with the different things they had to offer...that changed rather quickly as I was in the process of beating the Record board today...while walking around with an employee keeping pace with what I was doing, the owner, without even acknowledging my presence, forced him to leave me alone and go to the front and wait for him to come talk...he then went on to totally ignore me even as I waited to speak with him on having someone else track my progress in the gym...about 20 mins later the original guy came back and asked for my name and how did I get in the gym...I told him my name and that I was given a guest pass as we showed him when we arrived...he left and came back again and asked the same question...then proceeded to ask us to come to the front and wanted my ID and for to sign a waiver to be in the gym or leave...NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN ASK TO SIGN A WAIVER AT A GYM OR TO GIVE MY ID...reason being...he said weve had people stealing out of the locker room and we just want to know whos here the f 😕...immediately I knew exactly what it was and why I was being given the 3rd degree ...crazy because we were ready to brag to everyone about the gym and now just a few mins after the owner has an employee walk away from me Im now being asked to provide my ID or leave...not to mention there are no other African Americans in sight...first time feeling profiled...definitely will be posting this every where and tagging #TheFitFactory as well...no hard feelings to employee...he kept apologizing the entire time further more insuring it was his boss and not him making this decision...really cant believe this smh
