When they want your business and your money they are all over it and falsely professional. It took months and months of phone calls asking for some one to just return my call. The gutters were not installed properly, they leaked right away. It took 6 months for someone to show up. I specifically told the owner Steve where the gutters were leaking as I told everyone else that answered the phone over that 6 month period. Only half the leaks were fixed and they won’t answer the phone. Please don’t waste your time and money. I was promised free gutter cleaning if I had a problem for life. Real professional once they get your money and don’t answer the phone. Very disappointed customer!!!!

PHG did a great job replacing our old guttering system. My husband didnt think we needed the screens but hearing he wouldnt have to climb a ladder to clean them for 40 years sure changed his mind! We are very happy with the quality we received in gutters and screen, but the real deal is the price! We had three other estimates from local companies in our area, but no one could come close to the price for both the gutters and screens! Definitely give them a call - they know what theyre doing!

From the first contact (Autumn, who was manning a booth at a recent convention in Hot Springs) to the last, when Josh came by after the job was completed to make sure nothing else was needed, we were pleased with how everything was done. We moved into this house in 2010 and have had to keep a sump pump in the unfinished part of the basement because every time it rains, we get a couple of small streams running down there. After about a week of steady rains recently, I realized I hadnt heard the sump pump come on a single time and I dreaded going into the finished part of the basement because the last time the pump didnt work, the basement had about 3 inches of water in it and a lot of things were ruined. We held our breaths and opened the basement door and the concrete floor was dry. Then we opened the door to the unfinished part of the basement and the dirt was dry. We were ecstatic!! Instead of several inches of water as wed expected, everything was dry and the only thing that has changed is the new gutter screens and repairs that the guys did on our existing gutters. WOW!! A HUGE bonus we didnt even expect from getting the work done. Thanks guys for protecting our house, literally from roof to ground. We will recommend you to everyone we know and even people we dont know. : )

They promptly called me back but stated they needed to come to my home and give me an estimate for services and without directly stating, told me the $60 gutter cleaning I called about probably was not an option. The owner showed up as promised and spoke with my husband. He called me later that afternoon and told me the “gutter cleaning” was labor intensive because I had covers over the gutters. He then proceeded to quote mea price for a new gutter system with a 40 year warranty! The problem with this is that there is nothing wrong with the gutter system I have in place. Furthermore, I got a ladder and started cleaning my own gutters to find they are clean!

I was having issues with my current gutters since water was pouring over the edges and ruining my shrubs and deck around the canyon areas of my roof. I called PHG and scheduled an appointment for the next day for consultation, was given price estimate quickly and scheduled for the next day...done! They were not only responsive, but also cleaned and installed LeafBlaster gutter guards at a much lower price than expected and completely solved my problem. Good people, and I highly recommend them!
