Cut fast...but not good quality work...plus workers broke garden lights.

Had a bit of trouble getting started, called, texted, and used website. However, once I got a quote for the work needed they were here the next day, worked quickly and my yard looks great!

Needed gutters cleaned, and Cortney and Melissa got me taken care of in a very timely fashion! They’re family owner and operated and do a fantastic job! I love to support local GOOD people; would highly recommend!

I used Gordon’s Complete Lawn Care & Gutter Cleaning recently. Courtney was very responsive, and to my surprise and delight quoted and completed the work in the same week. I have had bad experiences with these types of service companies in the past. Courtney did what he said he would do, in the timeframe he said he would do it, for a very fair price and did excellent work to boot! Great great job! We had Courtney come out to manage a way overgrown 100+ ft long, 10+ ft tall, 10+ ft wide hedgerow. They were so good we asked him to clean up our front beds and shrubs. They also edged without me asking. On time, professional, and fair priced. Gordons is about to become our only go-to.

Courtney responded the same day to my inquiry. Came out to my home and walked through everything. Sent me a quote the same day and came back out very quickly and began work. They completely changed the look of my home and did a professional job. Very impressed and will definitely be using again!! Thank you!!

Mr. Gordon was prompt with his response, professional. He and his crew worked very hard tidying up the front and back garden. It looks SO much better! They worked solidly for 3 days even leaving after dark one day.I thought the estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Would definitely recommend this company.

Owner listened to my ideas and we worked together to accomplish what we wanted done. He made suggestions about what and where to use the sod, Rock and mulch in various places according to our sun/shade and wet areas. Very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again.

I worked for Courtney Gordon for almost a year... and let me tell you... not only was he the best boss i have ever had, but he is a great man as well. I remember when he paid for my battery for my car & he even helped me purchase my truck. If it wasnt for me moving on to my own business, id hope to still be working for him. I spent almost all day every day in 100 degree weather with this man & i can genuinely say that he is amazing. Cant wait to see his business prosper, he has definitely worked hard for it and deserves it.

Very disappointed. I scheduled them to do a full yard service in preparation for a party at my home. They were hours later than they said they would be. They didn’t finish the job (grass clippings and leaves everywhere) so I called to inquire and was told that they left due to weather. To be clear, it was above 50 degrees that day and did not rain enough to even dampen my driveway, but I understand that weather can cause delays. In response to my inquiry, I was told they would finish first thing the next morning. No one ever showed up or contacted me, and my texts since then have gone unanswered. Extremely frustrating. Don’t bother using this company.

I called for gutter cleaning services. He was quick and reasonably priced. I called on a Wednesday morning, he drove to examine my home that day and completed the job the next morning. He was very knowledgeable about the work and even gave a few tips to help. Ill definitely use him in the future. His quality of work was great.

Gordons cleaned my gutters, and did an extremely good job. He took before and after pics of the work as well as cleaned up the debris. I would recommend Gordons for anything that I need to done in my yard. The owner is very nice and personable. He greeted me with a smile, but overall his work speaks for itself.

I had Courtney Gordon replace some of the gutters on my house. He had to buy a gutter that he installed on my house. The gutter was to short but he still installed it. When I told him it was to short he said he would replace. I paid him based on his word he would replace. He told me he was an honest and religious man and he would replace. This was over a year ago and it is still not replaced. He had given me his business card and I have called him about when he was going to replace several times and he always said he would replace. Initial it was summer and he said he had several jobs to complete but he repeated he was and honest and religious man and he would get the job corrected. After summer was over I called and he repeated he would get it fixed and repeated e was an honest and religious man. Waited a couple weeks called again same answer. No action waited several weeks called again an only received answering machine, left message requesting returned call, never received return call. This has happen ay least 20 times. The only time I was able to reach him was when I used another phone. He answered and had same message he was going to fix and repeated his message of being an honest and religious man. I has since called him repeated time an received answering machine. Request call back and never received.To make the situation worst he had a picture on his web site that was my house but he took the picture an angle to not show that the gutter was to short.I am with no option to file sue in small claims court to get the issue resolved.

This is not your classic blow and go gutter cleaning.Courtney took the time to remove the gutter guards and really clean my gutters. He removed debris previous gutter cleaners had missed. He checked the French drains to be sure they weren’t clogged. His crew cleaned things up before they left. No trash was left on the sidewalks or deck or in the bushes.Gordon’s did a very thorough job and I highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars I would! Courtney and his team were beyond my expectations. It is hard to find professional lawn companies and Courtney is one of the few who run his business well! His team came to my home and removed leaves and brush and made my yard look phenomenal! Fair prices and great service!

Communication was super fast and easy. They came out and gave an estimate and cleaned up our yard, got debris off the roof and made sure the gutters were clean. They mulched and bagged the leaves and left them at the curb. Everything looks great!

I don’t know where to begin with Gordon’s Complete Lawn Care & Gutters... Well first Courtney Gordon, the owner, is great. He was honest with me over the phone and told me he just didn’t have time to give quotes and explained that with the lawn care season starting he couldn’t take time for a quote right now but gave me what his services usually cost on most lawns. You might think that is a mark against them but I found his honesty refreshing. I got other quotes from other businesses and I seemed to be just another yard for them to put a sign in. Courtney treated me like family. I am quite busy most days and am unable to take calls because I may be in a meeting at work and he had no problem conducting business via text. I initially asked him just for a leaf removal and mow/edge but after seeing the work they were doing I decided for a spring clean of the entire yard. They bagged all the leaves and hedge trimmings. They took their time with my yard coming several days letting me know when they were coming so my wife would not accidentally let the dogs out while they were their. Very thoughtful. Courtney cleaned up my catastrophic back yard with no problem. I am talking a yard filled with lost tiki torches and fairy garden trinkets that truly made mowing a nightmare for an unseasoned DIYer. He picked up all the trinkets and placed them in buckets for us which was so kind. He gave me sound advice on lawn care and he does a lot more than just mow grass. Just ask and he probably does it. I could not be anymore pleased. One thing that sold me is that he does all his billing electronically. I have had awful experiences from people who only took cash and he explained this way everything is out in the open. He is licensed and bonded and his employees have workers comp insurance. Being in the insurance industry I liked to hear he was not just running sham of a business and was investing in his staff. Truly an honest guy. Not to mention after it was all said and done my neighbors were so impressed with his work they asked him to do their yards. Courtney is also extremely flexible on if you want to do a mowing schedule or if you just want to call when you feel you need it. For pricing he is really reasonable for the work he does and the time he puts in. Like I said I got several quotes and all were on par or a little higher and I am pretty sure the level of customer service would not be the same as with Gordon’s Complete Lawn Care. I know now why he told me he was too busy to give quotes. With the level of service he gives he has to have people asking him to do yards left and right. I am being super long winded here but let me just say if you need someone to take care of your yard in a dependable, honest, and caring way call Gordon’s Complete Lawn Care & Gutters. Courtney works hard and is very professional. The great reviews online are the real deal. I will be calling Courtney for regular cuts through the spring and summer and some odd jobs for the yard in the future. Courtney has made me a regular customer.

The owner of this company (Courtney) is not a reliable person. I had scheduled an appointment with him to come out and give me an estimate on my yard. He gave me a time and date that he could come to my home. I made arrangements with work to get off early so that I could meet him. He never showed up, I called him (he never answered), I left several messages, but he never returned my calls. I Would not recommend him to anyone!
