The man at the front counter today was plain out rude! HE LIED TO A LONGTIME CUSTOMER MEANING ME. Ace DOES cash POSTAL MONEY ORDERS why lie and be short and snappy with me? Cause I was white?!?!

Was my favorite location until I called to ask a question due to a dilemma. Tonya cut me off, over talked me, yelled at me, said OKAY?!!!! when i told her I was going to report her to corporate and hung up on me three times. I reported it to corporate and will possibly report to BBB. There was no other side of the story.... Some people just dont need to work in customer service, especially when they dont have the compassion or patience for it.Tonya, every blessing you had laid out just took took 20 steps back. I didnt deserve that but you will get what you deserve.
