Total waste of money. The attendant walks up to car, offers a lollipop, then walks around the car as if he is checking things are OK, then signals the car into wash. It was my wifes car, so I never thought to put down the antenna. Bend it over under mirror. When I complained to local mgt, (Mark) they said, we have signs up that say we are not responsible. So why not have a monkey entertaining people instead of a technician that appears to be checking for obstacles etc; ?? I went to upper mgt, they said, we have signs!!! Thus are not responsible. I asked why have a technician standing out there handing out suckers instead of doing something useful such as customer service, he said they were not trained to know antennas....I found an antenna staff on Amazon for $22.00 My wife, kids, and I was our cars at least once a month...but not at Boomerang anymore.... I figure that antenna cost them 4 Washes x $12.00 (per wash) $48 month x 12 months = $576.00 year x 5 years? $2,880 And to add insult to injury, car was not that clean... He must be a great manager to be able to resolve this issue by pointing to a sign, instead of working with the client. I doubt he will learn a lesson from it, but hopefully someone will.... By the way, the next week I pulled into All American, and as they were pre-washing my car before it went into the tunnel, sure enough, the guy pointed to the antennae and signalled. I turn the radio off to put the antenna down! And the wash was only $6.00 and they wipe your car down after it goes through the wash!! Check it out, Hefner and Rockwell....
