Tire shine works really good , my car came out looking brand new

The wash attendent barely sprayed the pre-spray, the soap was not foamed and left water streaks. We had a premium membership but we are canceling today due to poor service and bad equipment.

TERRIBLE....this is the 3rd time that I arrived and the system keeps saying that my CC is about to expire... which is totally WRONG! I have a NEW vehicle and changed the information over a month ago... so every time I arrive for a car wash it gives the same message. Not to mention the employees are popping fire crackers and laughing while the employee that is assisting me and my husband. YES... the are literally throwing fireworks! SMH.

I’m definitely in love with my vehicles .. so to treat myself I always go to Zips car wash on Rodney parham just to feel like the best is brought out of every wash and vacuum I get. One outstanding guy there by the name SAM is always on duty and also makes sure everything is going well with any and every duty that needs to be taken care of at the wash.. Actually the whole staff is OUTSTANDINGLY NICE AND PRECISE WHEN THEY SPRAY YOUR VEHICLE! I couldn’t switch up on the zips team and go elsewhere for nothing in the world.. they are friendly, inviting, outgoing, and also they actually keep the grounds clean and maintained.. zips Is my go-to every time I need to get my vehicle cleaned up!!❗️❗️🙌🏽 The zips team is well appreciated 👌🏾❗️❗️💪🏽

Just a warning zips signs you up without your knowledge for monthly membership even if you just want one wash and then it’s impossible to cancel it do not ever go there!!!!

Paid for deluxe package and the soap bubbles were not even rinsed off. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Not good...paid extra for tire cleaning and they still had dirt on them. The drying wasnt good nor the vacuum.

Excellent place for quick clean car wash. Sometimes vacuums are not cleared of debris.

I take my car there once a week and LOVE the service. There are 2 Zips closer to my home, however Bowman is on a smaller claustrophobic lot and Shackleford loaded my car improperly and it scratched my rim. Rodney Parham overall has the best wash too!

I love this car wash I’ve been coming here for over a year now and not one complain about it! Every time I come through my car is 100% better than when it came in. No other wash is better than Rodney parham!

Came to this location on Saturday to get my car washed. When the guy at the beginning was guiding me in, he had no idea which direction to tell me to go. Kept pointing in different directions and couldn’t make up his mind on where to direct me. While he was directing me, I saw him start laughing and he made a face that let me know that something had happened to my vehicle. When I got out of the wash, I pulled into one of their spots I saw big scratches right where the employee was looking and laughing (while he was actively telling me where to go, and immediately pointed the other way). I was told to fill out a report, and I also asked for a manager but they said that the manager wasn’t there, and would be there Sunday morning at 8. I came back at 8:30 on Sunday, and was told the manager wasn’t going to be in until Tuesday, but it would take a while before any action would be taken to help me fix my vehicle. I worked really hard to get my vehicle, and it’s nice to be told that they will take a long time to fix one of their employees/equipments mistake. I use to love my car, but not I don’t even want to drive it because of the damage.

Just for like 15 bucks a month you get unlimited wash membership, and vaccume uses.Careful some Zips locations dont clean their wash good and can scratch your car. This location does a good job.

I used zips all throughout the quarantined time of the pandemic. I couldnt get my hair done or see my friends, but it gave me somewhere to go. I have the automatic pay plan so I didnt have to touch anything and my truck stay clean after my grocery trips. Love it. They even sprayed it down a little extra during the springtime, no extra cost.

I came to the Rodney Parham location and my truck was very dirty and the young man sprayed down my truck very well and this was my first time coming to this location and I think I’m going to stick with this location and buy a membership since they did so well cleaning my truck I recommend this location to anyone

Wash may or may not be working when you get there. ”Lazy workers.” Attendant only sprays driver side of truck. This happens at all three locations I’ve been to. Multiple times. Tire shine never happens when I go through even though I pay for it in the package. Vacuums may or may not work. I usually have to take pliers and clean the ends out before I use it so they will work. I hope they get higher standards or close down so something better can come in.

Tires still had mud on them. Misssed the roof.

I drive a truck and the attendant was extremely rude while I was getting lined up to enter the wash. Huffing and rolling his eyes. Older white man with a goatee. Its hard to get lined up properly in those things and I did not appreciate the blatant attitude of annoyance he displayed. Ther was no one behind me. I rarely leave reviews, but I will not be using zips again.

What is the purpose of the employees coming out and only pre-spraying one side of vehicle and not other side. I have repeatedly made the complaints t numerous times I am a long time monthly member... Maybe I should not be

Employees were friendly, but each time I go they dont clean the front and back of my car well. Once i leave from spending too much for a car wash, I have to go to a hand wash and wash the front and rear correctly. Its just not worth the waste of money

Needed to run through quickly on my lunch break. Purchased the smallest/cheapest quick wash, never got a copy of my receipt(it jammed?) and when I pulled through and saw my car it wasnt even washed. I can pay the same amount, wash it myself and it look better. Why do you even have attendants??

Used to be an unlimited wash club member for 2 cars. Cancelled them both today. Totally unprofessional employees, no way to contact manager. First it damaged my front end fog light housing. I can’t get anyone on the phone and the employees just say “that’s above our head. Sorry”. They’re all such wise-***es. I try to let them know their wash isn’t working properly and I was yelled at telling me that it was. HELLO SIR THERES NO FRIGGIN SOAP COMING OUT! Screw them and screw zips

I do love Zips! The Rodney Parham location has challenges because of the sharp turn to enter the wash, but all-in-all is one of my favorite because of location. The only thing that Rodney Parham doesnt offer that is offered at Shackleford is air for your tires. I have to say, that is a big plus. I also love that their vacuums really suck. :) I mean they are great!

I love Zips .. especially now that they are closer too me. Me and My granddaughter visited this location for the first time. It was exciting too see the glow lights😍 she wanted to go back for a second Excellent customer service. Manager at this location is Amazing. Love it💖💖💖

It’s a great experience every time I visit this particular location. They are very friendly, and they always make sure to keep the parking lot swept. They are also very helpful.

I’ve been into this place for the last time. Before, the attendant was off doing whatever instead of directing cars onto the track, which is a Hat trick if you arent familiar with it, which I wasn’t. This last time, which will be the last time, the entire car wash malfunctioned, and I couldn’t get into it. I demanded a refund, which I guess I got, and managed to drive around the side. At least I wasn’t like the poor souls stuck in the thing. Maybe it was all for the best, as they have a disclaimer for damage to cars over 10 years old, and I was driving a 2005 Maxima.

Just ok. Spent the big bucks for the premium wash and still left soap on my car wont be back.

Went to another Zips today, and it really makes me glad I have options other than the Rodney Parham location. The pre-wash is a half-hearted attempt to present some effort and put a little soap on the windshield, bumper and side mirrors. Then, they spray soap on the windshield and force you to roll down the window to ensure the attendant is out of the way. Maybe a quick splash over the drivers viewing area?Also, the last brush set that should be cleaning the sides of the car and mirrors is failing to engage.Please take some pride in your establishment. Bugs are left all over the windshield, bumper and side mirrors.

I like the car wash but I dont like that I now have to detail my own interior (for the unlimited price Im paying). When it was Splash car wash they dried and detailed your interior for you. But I must say service is great and the equipment you use makes the interior detail a breeze.

This zips doesnt seem to get as clean, and where are the dryers?

I recently filed a claim with zips about my tire wayne the manager at the rodney parham location was very disrespectful and called me a liar instead of trying to correct the problem he didnt even try to hear what I was talking about needless to say they lost a loyal customer I loved the convenience of it

They did an awesome job of cleaning my car! Both the interior and exterior really needed a cleaning as we had just gotten back from a 2,000 mile road trip. Everything was spotless when they got finished! I feel like I am riding around in a brand new car! Thanks, Splash Car Wash!

Splash car wash is one of the best run operations I have run across lately. The people working there are all very friendly and everyone is working together to make sure that your vehicle is sparkling clean in the least amount of time. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less and was impressed with the waiting area that resembled more a coffee shop and not something you would find somewhere you got your oil changed. Would recommend this place to everyone.THANKS SPLASH

They change for drying towels paid for the $16 wash it was okay wash have had better this was my first time using zips and for $16 no tire shine included wow so bring your towels and tire shine and the left side hose was clogged no employee to help unclog the hose had to pull out all the trash that was stuck in the hose before I could use it

Paid for the $12 wash, so I wasn’t expecting anything grand—but it didn’t even get the grime off of the windshield. Not only that, but one of the parts inside the wash folded in and cracked my passenger side mirror.EDIT: I was able to get ahold of the manager and I filled out a damage form. Hopefully this’ll fix the problem.

I always go to this location because I receive prompt service, and the car wash does a great job.

They do not have a way to take tips on a credit card so bring some spare change. They cleaned out my car really well. But I would prefer a walk-through of how to use the Car Wash if you never have been through something like that before. Instead of a guy tapping the sign.

This review is for North Little Rock:DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - They should be shut down!!!I went to this place today to get my car washed. Short story, the job was not done correctly (large amounts left on front, back and side). I went back within 20 minutes to ask them to do it over again. The supposed manager (who actually turned out to be the the ticket writer) indicated that it would not come off and there was nothing they would do. I demanded that they correct it and to speak to a manager.. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to leave. I asked for the owners name and his name and he provided me with a brochure with a number to call and told me his name was Cole. I told him I was not going to leave until I talked to the owner at which time he said that he was going to call the police because I was blocking the lane (there were no cars and I was not yelling or screaming or cursing, but I was determined to get satisfaction). We pulled off to an adjacent property and tried to reach the owners (we could not get them). While talking on the phone with the manager of the other shop in Little Rock where the owner was supposed to be.. 6 North Little Rock Police personnel approached my car and told me that I was potenital being charged with Criminal Trespass.. Criminal Trespass!!!! For complaining and asking that they do the job right?? In the end the police knew this was garbage.. I am in my car with my wife and 10 year old grandchild in a minivan.. I must have looked like a real threat. There actions were uncalled for, they did not even attempt to offer alternatives and in the end I was told not to come back... That my friends is a given, and I hope you dont either..

Paid $8 for a simple wash which when done did not even clear off all of the soap. The soap dried and left my car looking like crap. They also do not have vacuums to use like most every other splash car wash I have ever visited. Will not return and am reversing the charge on my card.

Some friends thought it would be funny to write obscene things in the dirt on my truck last night. Not wanting my boss or coworkers seeing that in the parking lot today, I went to the location at the corner of West Markham & Shackleford at 7am. That dump of a car wash didnt remove crap! I want my eight dollars credited back to my card!

My husband and I both love Splash car wash. We bought an expensive car this year and are protective about paint scratches. The staff is very careful with our cars. We always get the RainX wash and frequently bring our cars back for a free wash. We are also pleased with the service we have received on interior cleaning. We have not had a full detail, but it has not been needed.

Paid for best interior and exterior wash. Not worth what they charge. Had to ask attendant fior a wet cloth so I could finish cleaning everything he missed.Instrument cluster wss prefectly clean going in, coming out it looked like it was sprayed with a milkshake. Didnt vacuum between seats.Simply horrid! Ill never go back!

Its bit on the pricy side. They do a good job of vacuming out the car as well as drying it off after it goes through. My main complaint was that I tipped in the tip box when they started vacuming my car and then after they were done one of the gentleman stood there clearly waiting for a tip while I put my carseat back in. I get that tips are part of their income but I felt it was a little pressured. I would recommend tipping at the end to avoid confusion.

I went to Zips car wash formally Splash and I’mNot happy at all. Splash always prescrubbed my grill to get all the bugs out and clean the back windshield before i went thru the car wash then had someone hand drying as you came out. I have been going to This splash car wash for years but not anymore . I am very dissatisfied and won’t be backI definitely lost my money here today

I just paid $225 for a complete detail in my SUV. The outside looked great but they did a horrible job on the inside. I had them do it twice and it still looked bad. They shampood my carpets and I had to go home and scrub the remaining stains out because they just ran over it with lightly and didnt really clean the carpet. They didnt even clean my dash, doors or seats! It is totally not worth $225, total rip off!We will never go back to Splash on Rodney Parham!
