A minor leak turned into a severe problem in my office. Cody was great about getting a crew out quickly and getting the water cleaned up when my ice maker line froze and flooded my house. He seemed to know his stuff and explained the process thoroughly. He also helped to advocate for me when I had trouble with my insurance company.

When I called, Cody was out the same day to check my water damage. He set up his equipment to start the drying process. He came over every day to check the progress until everything was completely dry. He stayed in contact with my insurance adjuster on all the details. Great job!
