Ryan did a fantastic job and went above and beyond for me. I called AAA due to my van not starting. I am in a wheelchair and have a specialty conversion van. My van is my independence and without it I am stuck! He went above the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and got me all set up! Thank You for the above and Beyond service!

First time using and I will not be using them again! Just had them tow my Honda and not only was the driver over 2 hours late they never called me to tell me my vehicle was dropped off or picked upVery unprofessional of them, and when I called them to confront them about this they accused me of not picking up my phone 4 times, even though I checked my recents nothing was there, I know they had the right number since I had called them that night but nobody told me anything. I would use a different company next time just to avoid the hassle.

On September 28th,2021 approximately 12:30p.m. I was headed back to my place of employment and ran out of gas!! Not only was I panicked and embarrassed,I hadn’t had or owned a gas can. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw “East end Towing “ the gentleman jumped out of his tow and asked what was wrong and then said,”no problem..I got you.” Thank goodness that God sends angels of all forms.

I got a flat tire just off the interstate and within minutes of me calling AAA Robert called me. He showed up quickly and put me at ease giving me a play by play of what he was doing the entire time - I might have learned a thing or two ;).He really cared about my vehicle and gave me solid advice. We were so impressed with the service from East End Towing. Our car was backed into a brick wall and got stuck. Joe came out promptly and helped us troubleshoot the best way to get it un-stuck. He was a life saver! I’m hoping this same situation doesn’t happen again- but we will definitely be calling East End Towing if we are ever in need of a tow or similar help!

I arranged to have my Corvette towed by East End Towing through AAA. The service was excellent, and Bryan treated my car as if it was his. A corvette is difficult to load and off-load from a roll on carrier. But Bryan did these operations with great skill and care. I would rate them 5 out of 5, and will use them again if I need to have a car transported

Tow truck driver beat AAAs arrival estimate by almost an hour, and got my family off the highway while we waited for family to pick us up. This isnt our first tow but by far the best tow experience weve ever had. I hope to never need to call them again (obviously) but if you need a tow Id absolutely recommend East End Towing! The driver was personable and actually cared about our well being.

Didnt show up for over 4 1/2 hours. Everytime I tried to call, the number would ring 1 time & hang up. When they did show up the charge to tow my car 3 miles across town was $164. Highly dont recommend them for use in Conway.

Im not sure how my good review makes myself appear, but these guys do deserve a 5 star review. Ive had the displeasure of having my car towed and placed on their property once before.. to be completely honest about it though, that made the experience better. The guys at East End were respectful, and very understanding, id even say a little compassionate. I still had a bill I had to pay em, but thats just business. They gotta work too. East End is fast, and theyre always professional. After having a 4 month old car on their property on three separate occasions, when it was totalled, I knew who I could call that would be where I needed them to be and get done what I needed done. Thanks yall, from me and the Red Malibu, haha!

My daughter and I are so thankful to East End Towing and especially Cody for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help us out when we broke down. We were from out of state and Cody took time and special attention to make sure that we had the help we needed in our distress. Ive had no experience with East End Towing, so I am not sure how those two stars came to be. We did call regarding your price for tow... But ultimately, we did not use your service. Thanks for your response though!

Called for roadside assistance and was given a timeline of 45 minutes. At 45 minutes they cancelled and changed response time to 90 minutes. At 110 minutes they added an additional 30 minutes. When I asked why I was informed no trucks were in my area and it would now be an additional 60 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this company to tow my kids power wheel.

Matt was awesome!! It was a very busy night and he was very courteous and got us loaded up and home quickly!!!

I called and asked to get a tow and ride for two people and a dog. They said okay hes on his way. The tow truck driver gets there two hours later and informs us he wont give us a ride. So I said well Ill have to find a ride its gonna be a minute. I also told him my phone is starting to mess up. (I had got my phone wet in my car. My car was just submerged in water and I got it pulled out by a passerby and then it broke down on the freeway.) So of course my phone stops working and I cant even call for a ride and I was stuck on the side of the road for two hours. Then I finally got a ride home and my car was not there. I was kinda expecting that because of my luck. I had no phone to even contact them till the next day. I had no car no phone. Then I find out I now owe the tow truck driver $250 dollars. On top of that my car is broken down and even farther away from my house. I would never had used them if they would have just told me that I couldnt get a ride with the driver. They said I could pay them $280 dollars to keep my car. Hahahaha.

When my vehicle slid into a ditch during the 2021 winter storm, even though they couldnt get to me at that moment (roads were too dangerous) they took me and my daughter home. I got a call the next day. They came and pick me up and took me to my truck and They got it out they are very professional and reliable. I would recommend them every time Tanya Mitchell

They came fast in the middle of the night when my daughter was hit by a hit and run driver and totaled her car. Their customer service was friendly even the next day when she went to clean her car out. I would definitely recommend East End Towing.

James Harrison was a wonderful professional. He picked my car up on I-30 near Malvern. I told him he could leave while we waited on our ride(due to Covid he couldn’t take my family.) He insisted that he stay with us until they got there which he did. On our ride home he called us with information about getting our car fixed under warranty. AMAZING service! If I ever need a tow truck and they service the area I will only use them.

I waited almost three hours for a truck to tow my car. The tow truck driver was friendly and my car made it to the dealership unscathed.

I called east end towing this morning at 9:50 this morning for a tow truck at 12:30 I called back ,I was told there is no ETA on the truck at 2:00 PM I called just wait the driver will call you when he is on the way at 4:00 PM the truck is at my house , now its to late $50 dollar towing has come pick up the car and drop it off........

I called for a tow and the dispatch person was extremely rude, hateful, and even a little hostile with me over the phone. When i asked for an E.T.A, politely, I may add my experience went from bad to worse. I suggest to anyone needing the services of a tow truck to call ABSOLUTELY ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!

This is the ONLY place that agreed to come help me with my flat tire. All other places that my insurance company tried to send, said they wouldnt do it due to the type of vehicle I had (very heavy van) The gentleman I talked to was very, very nice and prioritized a timely arrival and service.

Had a very quick and nice experience with this company. The tow truck driver Zach, got to my car in a matter a minutes and went the extra mile to make sure that I was safe. He called his coworker and before the police even showed up, they had the road blocked and my car was on the tow truck. When we arrived home, he put my spare tire on the car without any hesitation. Not long ago, I discovered that I had a flat tire. As a AAA member, I called to report my issue and was told that a third party company would be used to provide roadside assistance. The ETA AAA gave me was an hour but Caleb, with East End Towing, called me almost immediately thereafter to let me know he would be there in about half the time. He was able to diagnose and address the issue quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his professionalism, candor, and skill. Because of employees like him, I highly recommend East End Towing to others.

Wondering if these 5 star reviews are padded. Called and accepted the 45 min wait time. After 50 min called again and accepted the next 45 min wait time. After 50 min called back and Rob the dispatcher said he could not get a hold of his tow operator. Hung up and called Phillips Brothers and Sterling was there in 15 minutes. Thanks for leaving me at that gas station for 2 and a half hours past midnight guys! It was a blast.Thanks for the reply. I dont typically leave bad reviews but this one was well deserved.

We used East End Towing Monday to tow my car to a body shop. I was at work when they arrived to pick up my vehicle. I noticed the technician get into my car and start it, he did not immediately back up. I went to make sure he was aware I had a cracked radiator and the car did not need to run long. I approached the window and noticed him going through my center console. I tapped on the window and he did not respond. I waited another few seconds watching him continue to go through my console, he had my gift card out that was in my console. I tapped on the glass again and startled him, the whole time the car was running. I had a conversation with him making sure my husband conveyed that the radiator was cracked and it should not be running. He stated he was about to load it right then and he was sorry. I walked off and he immediately loaded it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I caught him and did not file a complaint then. I was able to see my car today and I checked for the gift card and of course it was missing. I contacted East End towing and after explaining my situation, I was met with attitude from the front desk girl stating, he was digging for the keys in the cup holder. I’m sorry ma’am but the car was already started and I watched him for a good minute sit there digging through the console and had my birthday gift card out. No reason he was “digging” for the keys. The car was started. They were no help. I am not looking for my gift card back but wanted to file a complaint and make sure he knows I know he took it. Hope he needed that 25$ Texas Roadhouse gift card more than I did. I hope he appreciates my birthday present. I will not be using your services ever again and will tell as many people as I can to not use you as well. Enjoy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!work for a moving company in the Little Rock area, and my team and I were about to unload all the client’s stuff into their new home, when when the 26 foot moving truck became stuck im the mud on the way up a steep driveway. We were sitting ducks, unable to move or unload the truck. We called about 4 different towing companies before calling East End Towing. They not only got us out, they were done in less than an hour! They even went above and beyond to help us get up the driveway to finish the job!They were very professional, empathetic, and reasonably priced!

I called to get the rate to have a motorhome towed. They were the cheapest out of all the ones I had called. When I called back to get the motor home dispatched to my location, I was told that I would get a call back shortly to let me know it was on its way. I never got that call. That was a week ago and Im still waiting on that call.

Last night my car overheated. I had East End Towing bring it from Bryant to North Little Rock. They were quick and affordable. The tech that towed me was very personable. Ill be recommending them to everyone.

Took care of me when I needed it.

I called for a tow. East End left me sitting on the side of the road for 4.5 hours after telling me they would pick me up in 1 to 1.5 hours time. I called back several times for help and one of the service reps got an attitude with me.They finally explained that they were short of drivers. If you know youre way behind schedule and dont have enough drivers to keep up with demand:A. Dont lie or give a false impression of response time to keep from losing my business.B. Dont catch an attitude with the person youve left sitting on the side of the road for almost 5 hours.I can understand unexpected issues, but not being upfront or ethical with the customer is a problem.

Great service. They come out to give a jump in Conway. I thought it was the battery. Ended up needing a tow to a shop. It was the starter. The driver was friendly , helpful and very patient while we were dealing with our insurance company and a shop that was permanently closed ( we didnt realize it until we pulled into the parking lot )so we had to find a new shop. Being from out of state it was nice to find a towing company that I wouldnt hesitate using again when I come back in town if I need assistance. Im sorry with everything going on I forgot the drivers name.

Lies about their rates, impossible to work with. I cant believe that this is how you would treat a family during a pandemic who just had a car stolen.Edit: To be clear, I was quoted a rate, they performed the tow, and they asked me if they could bill it to the dealership. I was told this would be easier for me (one bill). Not once was I told that if they billed it that way, the rate would change. When I found out, I offered to come in person that day and pay the rate we agreed on. I was told no.

I had such a great experience! Rob and Eric were so nice and helpful. Considering the situation I put myself in, they made me feel so much better. Very kind. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be using East End. Hopefully I won’t have to but I know I can count on them! I will be recommending them.
