It was a very neat and clean place! I was offered a drink as soon as I came in and along with them offering a drink I noticed everybody the smiles and greeted me in as well and I love to see bright smiling faces . Taylor is the lady who helped me with my insurance and she was so sweet and nice and made sure I had everything I needed before I left and they also let me leave with a mini trash can for my car and that is something I will be using everyday ! I have been with State Farm for 32 years. I originally was with a different agent who has since retired. This office often has people contacting you with sales pitches to try to get you to take out new policies or to refinance your vehicle. I am not fond of telemarketing or schemes. I have received two voicemails in the last 24 hours telling me that I need to contact them at my earliest convenience to make sure they have the correct lien holder information on file. So that they can make sure that my lein holder isnt imposing unnecessary charges to my account. It ended up being another ploy trying to refinance my vehicle yet they word it like they are trying to help their customer. I am so tired of this. Now I am looking for a new Insurance company. After 32 faithful years, gee thanks State Farm :(
