This branch of state farm is amazing. Their customer service is second to none. They never fail to remind you that you are a valued customer. Ive been a policy holder for almost three years now and from day one, the service has been exceptional. Thank you to the Clif Kelley branch for all the great service over the years. As another user here has described, I have also had a poor experience. Hed always kind of try to seem like my buddy wasting my time talking about random things, but I usually had to call in to get information. I had car insurance with them for a while, and I didnt have a problem. But when I started looking for home insurance things started to go downhill for me. They told me they needed to do roof inspections, and that it would take this company they source it out to such and such amount of time. Well, I told them I needed proof of insurability by a specific date. They didnt deliver. Id call and theyd say theyd check into it and would call me right back. Nothing. All it seemed like, to me, was that it was all talk. This was the same for two houses. By the second house, when I had to physically go into their office for answers, I went and said I needed to speak with him. Im sure Id already been told they didnt have it in time before I got there. I saw this guy and he wanted to shake my hand. I wasnt shaking this guys hand for potentially wrecking my chance at this house. He asked, Youre not going to shake my hand? Then leave. I proceeded on my way out without any word. Thats not fast enough. When I say leave you better go quick. There wasnt any question as to why I was displeased. His pride is more important than his clients. I can say that, because I was one of them. So Im glad I never had to file a claim with Clif Kelley, because I couldnt imagine what a nightmare that would have been.

OUR HOME IS UNINSURED RIGHT NIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE.We bought a fixer upper in October. I called to purchase coverage. The agent told me we were covered. Two months later I emailed to see why they havent sent the policy and there is no coverage. Unacceptable. No follow up what so ever.

Called at 2pm on a Friday to get a quote about a home insurance policy. Told me he was too busy, but would call me back later that day. Never heard from him. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
