My experience at this property was amazing!!!!! I have enjoyed every minute in which I have lived here. I remember when I first came there looking for a place to live, the property manager greeted me with a warm friendly welcome that sealed the deal for me wanting to lived there. Teresa is a valuable asset to this location because she cares about the residents and also ensures that everything is handled in a timely manner. I’ve enjoyed the various events that are done to connect the residents together so that we all can get to know who we are living in the community with. The property is in a good area that was in close distance to areas of my interest. Teresa I appreciate you for everything you do to help the residents, I will never forget you and thanks for making my time here enjoyable! Markham Oaks is a place where I called “HOME”🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

It a nice place with small community. The place is nice both inside and out. Its quiet and never have had any noise problems. Teresa is a awesome manager and there for you to help. The maintenance requests are taken care of within a day or two.

Awsome place to live, very quiet and very nice people. Office staff was very helpful and Austin in maintenance wonderful very polite young man.I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This apartment complex is beautifully taken care of and kept! The office is always quick to respond to a call and Austin Runyan is always so professional and timely in fixing issues!

Hands Down to Markham Oaks. Very exceptional community and it’s home. Lived here for almost 3 years and never wanted to leave but only to upgrade with more rooms. How I wish it was 3 rooms out here and I definitely would have moved across the lot if I needed to!!If your wanting peace, easy access to a lot and a beautiful place to call home this is it. With all the work management put into making this a great place to live I give them very high kudos!!!!!!Also great property manager Ms Teresa whom is so sweet making sure everything is taken care of she does it well!!! She works very hard!!! Tell her my review sent you!! :) Excellent place to live!!!

This is an exceptional apartment and I am thrilled with the service. I recently submitted a work order and although it was not completed the same day for some very good reasons, the maintenance guy kept me informed and the work was completed by the next business day (Thank-you Mr. Fletcher!). If you are looking for a great place to live that is near EVERYTHING - check this place out! I LOVE IT HERE!!

Teresa has been an awesome representative of Markham Oaks during my move in process. The Willow floor plan and upgrades look amazing! Im glad to call Markham Oaks my new home!
