Spring Valley, this is Miss Lisa Andrews in Apt. 149. I love, love, love my community. The ladies in the office are the bomb and Vesta properties care about their residence. You cant go wrong with Spring Valley.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I don’t recommend this place at all. The management is very rude . The whole time I lived there my closet leaked which ruined most of my clothes. They would swear they fixed it and didn’t. After I moved out they tried to charge me for bills that I knew I didn’t owe

I’ve been living here for only 3 months Nd for the whole month of September I have been dealing with sewage problems coming out of my kitchen sink No one has yet to fix this problem I am currently 4 months pregnant & I tell the office this every time I call about the problem and they are very careless instead of moving me into a new apartment they rather break my lease as if I have anywhere else to go ... I do not recommend these apartments to anyone my neighbor said this apartment had been having this problem for years yet they still put me in it

Sabrina Mitchell is the best there she made sure I got the apartment I wanted and she was very friendly

I lived here for a year and left as soon as my lease was up. The apartments are very old and paint flakes off the walls. Smells do come through the walls, so if your neighbor smokes, you will be able to smell it. Apartments don’t have dryer/washer hookups in them and appliances barely work. Roaches here are horrible. No matter how clean your apartment is and you spray roaches won’t go away. These apartments are located in a bad neighborhood, crime and gun shots can be heard almost every night. The security gate barely works so anybody can come right in. Also the staff here aren’t very professional at all. I would think twice before living here.

I ve been here for about 6 months and Its pretty decent. The staff makes all the difference, they are great with in-person customer service.

The Management recently initiated a Safety/Health protocol that Im definitely in favor of for the community, thumbs up!

I have a pretty nice apartment. Although the dishwasher doesn’t work & my neighbors are disgusting the apartment itself is nice. Parking here is horrible & the roaches won’t go away no matter how clean you keep your apartment. The water bill is prorated & is high for the size of the apartment. I don’t believe it’s worth it for the location & no washer & dryer hook up. I recommend weighing out all options before moving here high crime rate as well.

I only moved here because management was nice and made me comfortable and safe. I was recently informed that the manager is no longer here and I will be moving out as soon as my lease is over. They lost a good one, she went above and beyond when it came to her job. I’m out!

This is a great community to live in. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, caring and personable. Well maintained property. I love the cleaniness, and quietness. The apartments are not run down but in top condition and comfortable. I couldnt have chosen a better place to call home!!!

I have been living here for 3 months only. However, the people in the front office are friendly and answered all my questions. If you need maintenance they come the same day or next day. I also like that they have special events for the families to come together and get to know the staff and each other as well. If you are looking for a new place to called home consider Spring Valley Apartments

Awesome place with real nice apartments. Full works. I feel totally safe having my family live here. Gated community. Security systems come standard. Coin op laundry on site. Play ground. Pool. Grilling areas. Best complex in little Rock. For sure. Ive heard people say high crime or high gang activity but I really havent seen anything alarming. And Ive lived all over the worst cities in new England. So happy with the sweet set up at the sweet price with super sweet staff. Good stuff

How do you get in touch with someone there? I have been calling since Thursday and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I even left a message with the emergency maintenance just so that someone would give me a call and even wrote on their online comment for someone to contact me and have heard nothing. Does anyone work in the office at all??? HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE THERE?????????

This is an awesome property. It is located in a great area close to shopping and fitness, right off the freeway with wonderful and skilled staff! Maintenance is very pleasant, thorough and fast!

The office team is awesome and maintenance is very fast and take care of issues quickly. They are putting up a gate and I think thats great. Have renewed twice and will be renewing again!

The people that work in the office are very nice. Maintenance is very fast at responding to work orders. Neighbors are quiet most of the time. Close to the freeway easy access to anywhere. Great place great price.

This is the best customer service I have had while apartment hunting. Jacqueesha was very attentive and very knowledgeable of the property. Jacqueesha mad me feel very comfortable during the tour, she listened to my needs & wants. She made me feel like I was at home. Customer service goes a long way and Jacqueesha definitely won me over with her magnificent customer service!!!!

A lot of improvements have been made to the property. I feel safer with the access gate. Management is friendly and maintenance always works hard. I like the fact that I can pay rent on line and make maintenance requests as well. This is a family oriented community, and management is always having family activities for the community. This property has come a long way and they are making improvements weekly. This is affordable living in a great location. This property management does not tolerate Tennants being disrespectful to other tenants and do whatever it takes to rectify a situation.

I just recently went through a really rough time in August l lost my 4 month old grandbaby to meningitis and shortly after then had a bad sickness. After l started feeling better, l began searching for. Apartments l heard so many wonderful things about here so l came and put in my application. Chyann was so nice her smile was really what l needed. She walked me through the whole process once l found out that l was approved l was so happy she introduced me to staff and the manager it was like a family reunion l love my new home. Thanks Spring Valley for the love and family environment.

1 bedroom goes for more than 500 yet in some places, two bedroom is almost the same price with Carpet and washer in each room. Not a good place to raise a family, there is a lot of idlers

I’ve been there since the beginning of November. I love it, Shannon & Chyanne are great with making sure you feel at home & feel welcomed. I haven’t had any problems since I’ve moved in.

Just moved in yesterday 7/6 and everything went great! I moved very nice and spacious one bedroom apartment.

Shannon is on top of things. The place is looking nice and the staff is so sweet. I love these people!

I have been living here just a short period of time but everything I have asked of management has been completed in a timely fashion. I had a wasp nest in front of my door. I went to the office and told them. Then I went home and to my surprise the nest was gone. Also my air unit blew up overnight, I called them that morning and within 30 min someone was already there.

The staff was cool from the get go even in bad circumstances. I might get fat cause all this food a 5 minute walk radius

I lived here for 18 months. The sq footage is very decent for the price; I realized this most especially when I shopped around at other places with similar prices. The apartments are very old, but have been maintained well enough. Maintenance is slow to respond. However, they are always very polite and nice. I work the overnight shift, and they were helpful in coming at irregular hours on occasion to accommodate my schedule. Smells do come through the walls though: if your neighbor smokes and you do not, you will be able to smell it. The parking situation is in need of adjustment, as they require stickers and have very little visitor parking. The visitor parking they do have was often filled by residents with stickers on their cars. The complex does have children which play and usually get noisy during the day, but aside from that and the occasional loud music being played in the parking lot it was pretty quiet.

Apartment complex was neat and clean but u just cant pick your neighbors. I had horrible neighbors and very nasty..Complained several times but I just removed myself from the situation. Also I worked at night and coming in from work was scary because people stood out alot. People that didnt even live there. But its hard to handle that issue when they arent there. Shannon and Keyota was very helpful while I was there. Nice and professional. Thank yall!!!

I was very happy with before, during and after my move in process. The staff was professional and helpful with anything I needed and with all the questions I had.

Despite being located in SW little Rock, I love how quite it is. Best staff, Ive experience in awhile.

I lived here a year. Quieter than expected, not many problems with other people there. However, they do have roaches and they are hard to keep away, especially if you have neighbors. Maintenance is not quick and hardly very thorough, you really have to get on them big time to get something done. Overall Id say OK for the value. I wouldnt want to stay long-term, though. Pets allowed for $300 depost (1 pet) or $400 (2 pets) plus $10 a month extra on rent per animal, 2 max.

Terrible I couldnt wait to move Ive dealt with molding in my tub that doesnt seem like to be a problem to them but they want to charge me for a dog scent in the carpet not a dog but a scent. Ill go to corporate and get a lawyer with my evidence before I pay this roach infested apartment anything this doesnt even deserve one star

I lived at spring valley from spring valley from 2014 to 2015 it was sickening and all but chile i had a neighbor who pulled a gun on me and i was written up for it but he was smoking weed and it seeped into my apartment but oh well now im owing 1900$ which is highly high because i missed one month rent and they werent trying to work with me oh well

The hood. Had some friends living at these apartments. Now, the management is very responsive and professional. However, the location of these apartments are in a high crime neighborhood. 4 STARS for the MANAGEMENT ... 1 STAR for the LOCATION.
