These folks do a great job of treating all customers and their cars like royalty regardless of the make and model of the car. They are excellent mechanics and offer a great value in regards to the cost of their services. The fact the the occasional Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche are serviced there next to the F250s, Jeeps, Chevys and Subarus speaks for itself in terms of the trust their customers have in them.

Been going to Josh for years, well before he opened his own shop(Silver Arrow). Hes very honest, competent and much lower priced than dealers. They, Jeff joined the team in 2017, service all kinds of cars but they specialize in European. They stand behind their work and will correct any issues. Ive recommended Silver Arrow to friends, colleagues, and family. If your car is out of warranty or youre displeased with the service youre getting elsewhere give Silver Arrow a try, you will not be disappointed.

Josh and his crew were simply outstanding from start to finish! If I could give them 6 stars I would!! My Audi broke down with a suspected broken timing belt (per the tow truck drivers) which obviously could result in severe internal engine damage. The first place we towed the car to would not explore an engine fix (potential bent valves, piston damage, etc...) and told us to simply get another car. I called Josh upon a strong recommendation from my long-term mechanic and Josh immediately put me at ease with his willingness and confidence to explore the damage and even provided a worse case quote if a full engine replacement would be needed. Still a much better option than if I had to simply replace the car without attempting a repair. Josh dug into the engine damage, looking at every possibility to repair the existing engine. Although Josh did inform me that the damage extent would require an engine replacement, his professional guidance and obvious, sincere desire to help us with our situation, and his confidence in being able to perform the full repair at an extremely fair price, allowed me and my wife to make a clear, informed and confident decision to have Josh perform the full engine replacement. He assured us that he first evaluated the existing condition of the car to make sure the engine replacement cost would be worth it, again allowing us to be confident in our decision. The expertise and professionalism and the sincere care we experienced from Josh and his crew was exceptional. I would recommend Josh without hesitation!

I needed the rear main seal replaced on my VW CC. There were some engine codes and PCV that needed attention, as well. Josh was very candid about the range the estimate could cover depending on what they uncovered once they dug in. He recommended replacing the clutch while doing the rear main seal. They ended up completing the job at the low end of the estimated range. They cleaned the engine and there is no more leak or engine codes. I highly recommend Silver Arrow Service, especially for the German imports.

Silver Arrow is one of the best repair shops in NH. I take my 1965 and 1999 Mustangs, my 2010 Chevy Silverado and my wife’s 2003 Sequoia for all our repairs. In all cases they have beat the competition hands down. The quality of the service they provide is outstanding. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and would not go anywhere else. Both Todd and Josh are true professionals when it comes to automotive repairs. They’ve been servicing my 2003 E320 for over 10 years now. They never “find” problems that don’t exist and only repair what’s necessary. I can’t recommend them more for automotive service. After every service they perform my car feels like it just left the showroom. The real proof is my car has 223k on it and you wouldn’t even know it

First went to Londonderry Ford. Bad decision they use to be good. Had leaking Radiator and broken wiper assembly on a 2015 Ford F-350. They wanted 1500 dollars for new radiator and 250 for new wiper assembly. Online found out known defect in radiator driver side radiator seams. Plastic/aluminum problem.Called Silver Arrow on Londonderry rd and spoke with Josh. He looked up pricing while I waited on phone with him. Overall price was about $700.00 less than Ford. He gave me an appointment for the following Monday. When I got there met another customer with a Porsche and he gave them very high marks. Found out later they work on high end sports cars like Ferrari and Lamborghini as well. Had one Ferrari out front and one Lamborghini motor rebuild in shop. Guy knows his stuff! Comes across very honest and responsible. Also treats your car like his own. Final results top notch!

Ive been bringing my Mercedes C63 here since it was new. My car now has almost 135,000 miles on it and the vehicle has had the best care and service from the owner, Josh. He has been the exclusive mechanic to my car for well over five years, and I would never compromise by bringing it to someone else. He is quite literally able to work on any make and model, including exotics. Everytime I go to have service done at his shop, he has either a Ferrari or a Lamborghini with the engine out doing a comprehensive and detailed job. Obviously hes doing it right, if its a different exotic car every time I return for my routine maintenance.

I started going to Silver Arrow Service after a rather bad and drawn out experience at another nearby shop. Silver Arrow Service is a very ethical shop. They will treat your car as if it is their own car no matter what kind of car it is. They are equipped with the tools and knowledge to handle any vehicle from a daily driver to even high end Italian exotic cars. Jobs are done on time as promised and communication is excellent.Josh and Jeff are both well seasoned professionals in the automotive field and both very friendly guys. Their years of automotive experience and hands on knowledge allows them to take on projects other shops would turn down. Even oddball or rare car brands do not intimidate them. They are also very passionate about cars and the automotive industry. This makes me very comfortable with them since I am a car nut myself. I trust them with all my vehicles. Shop pricing is very fair here. The entire repair process has always been transparent here. They will show you bad parts on request and show you potential future issues to keep in mind.Another huge thing that I like about Silver Arrow is the fact that no body work such as priming or paint spraying is going on inside the shop. No over-spray to worry about getting all over your car. Also since coming here I no longer get mystery dings and paint chips on my cars. They also do not leave out rare or collectable vehicles outside overnight at this shop.

Josh and Jeff are the best. Theyre incredibly skilled mechanics and really nice guys who care about their customers. I brought my Volvo S60R to them to fix a fuel delivery issue. After bringing it to two other shops (one of which was a Volvo dealership) they fixed the problem and my car is running better than than ever. They even followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was still running fine.Whats really unique about this place is they work on every kind of car. When I arrived, they were working on two Lamborghinis (a Murcielago and an Aventador) and a classic Volvo restoration. It doesnt matter if you bring them a $3000 daily driver or a $300,000 supercar. Theyll treat your car like its their own, and provide the highest quality of work and customer service.Im now a customer for life. I cant recommend these guys enough!
