I came here a couple weeks ago for my first wax and did not have a very good experience. Vonnie was my esthetician and came into the appointment 20 minutes late and very disheveled. She barely spoke to me at all throughout the appointment, despite the fact that I told her that this was my first time and that I was nervous. She did not do any prep work and just went straight into the wax without even acknowledging me. After the wax she didnt even clean all of the residue. She dabbed one spot and then through the cotton down and said, Here, you can do it. She then told me to peek my head out if she missed any spots otherwise come out when Im done. She did not give me any aftercare instructions, and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. By the time I got home, I noticed several areas that had short, broken hair instead of being waxed clean, most likely because she tried to wax large areas at a time and would use the same strip without new wax for any areas that she thought she missed. Ultimately I was not pleased with my experience, especially for the price I paid and dont think that I will return to this salon.

Vonnie waxed my eyebrows and did an AMAZING job. She even took the time to fill them in after and highlight under to give it a nice look. The minute I came in the receptionist asked what I was here for. Lots of communication and they don’t keep the the customer waiting. Great price too. I’m definitely coming back to get lamination done!

Vonnie is the best I have ever gone to for eyebrows, lashes, facials, and waxes! She has you leaving Elle feeling like Beyoncé. My lashes always stay on much longer than they have any other place I’ve gone to and my eyebrow tent lasts so long! Every time I get a wax it never even hurts and she never misses a spot! I always get compliments on every service she does for me!!

We had Erika do 6 girls bridal makeup on 5/22/21. We were all SO happy with the quality and Erika was so fun to be around. She worked so well with my sister who is disabled. I was very impressed and the makeup was absolutely amazing. Thank you Erika! Also a special thank you to Lyndsay for working around the clock to make sure someone was available. They really care about their clients and about the quality of services provided. I will be using Elle esthetics for anything cosmetic that I will need in the future. I had booked a 60-minute facial for my mom as a Mothers Day present and unfortunately, her experience was a disaster.The second we walked in that door, we were meet with an unwelcoming stare and an uncomfortable sense of judgement from the esthetician, Vonnie. My moms appointment was at 9:15 and she was brought back to do her facial at 9:20, and finished her facial around 9:55 and came out around 10:05. Keep in mind we booked a 60-minute facial, and the entire process of her changing, getting set up for the facial, and the facial itself only took 45 minutes. On their booking site, it says their 60-minute facial is personalized for your skin needs, and includes a cleansing, exfoliation, mask with steam, extractions (if desired), massage, and moisture. My mom got a basic cleanse, a mask we were charged extra for (without letting her know it was extra) and a weak massage. The esthetician didnt even properly clean off the face mask and my mom had to ask her to clean it completely off. After we got home, my mom had to continue cleaning off the residue from the mask. Our interaction with this esthetician was filled with attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall rudeness. Our total was $75 for the 60-minute facial that was cut almost 20 minutes short and the additional charge of the face mask that should have been included with the facial. When this issue was brought up to the esthetician, she tried to explain that the 60 minutes includes changing time and preparation for the facial, which made absolutely no sense because with changing time and preparation, the facial was 45 minutes, which means the actual skincare must have been a mere 30 minutes. She gave us a $20 discount but honestly, I wont be recommending this salon to anyone and would strongly advise to steer clear of such salon.My mom left feeling unconfident, unsatisfied, and ashamed of herself. I have never felt so guilty bringing her to such a disastrous business.

Savannah is literally the sweetest person I have ever met. Not only doesn’t she make you feel beautiful but she always makes sure you are 100% happy with her work. I have never walked away from an appointment with her dissatisfied with how I looked. She did my wedding hair and makeup too and I looked flawless! 1000/10 stars. I have not been there but I can see you from the ladies they know how to take care of themselves and they definitely do so what I would say to my sweet love is shes out in that area to go apply there she would match right in with her beauty and theyre all very very sharp and very very ran in the spot and I think that that would be great and fantastic so I hope to meet it and help to meet them with my honey

This was my first time coming in to get a lash lift + tint, and the experience that I had was very uncomfortable. The way Savannah did my lash lift in under 20 minutes, and i did not even seem satisfied with it. Doesn’t that seem to fast? Anyways, I scheduled for a lash lift + tint, & it seemed to me that she only did the lift , and not the tint. Don’t waste your time here. They seem like they don’t care, and they do not communicate with you to make your trip there feel comforting.

Lyndsay brought back my confidence with the eyebrow lamination tint, and eyelash tint and lift! Such a beautiful salon, and relaxing too! 10/10 Im hooked!

Had my eyebrows microbladed by Haleigh a few months ago, and I absolutely LOVE them! I get compliments on them all the time. Just recently went to her for teeth whitening. I’ve never been a smoker and brush at least twice a day, and I was SHOCKED at the difference! Haleigh was amazing. She didn’t only brighten my teeth, she brightened my whole day! I have had multiple different services with Lyndsay and Amanda and I can’t thank them both enough.Amanda has gotten me in on the same say for a massage because I was in so much pain and really gave me a ton of relief.Lyndsay procedure was for micro pigmentation eyeliner- top and bottom. To trust someone that close to your eyes with a tattoo gun, has to say something. She has the most professional process and really explained the post procedure steps very well! I’m so happy with my eyeliner!

I have been going to Elles for a while. It’s nice that they have moved locations to expand their services. I get everything done here from waxing, to eyebrow tinting, holiday party makeup and more recently my hair colored. Everyone is so friendly and making an appointment is so easy! Will not be going anywhere else. Oh did i mention the salon is decorated cute? I swear straight out of a Pinterest.

I just got done with my facial from Vonnie. I’ve never had anything like that done till today. If you’re considering going to get a facial with her or going to Elle in general, DO IT!! Always clean, welcoming, and the staff makes you feel comfortable and does a top notch job. 100% recommend!!

Lyndsay has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now. I have had them waxed, tinted and most recently got micro-pigmentation done and they are perfect every single time. Lyndsay is fairly priced and always on time, and the salon is super cute and always clean. Its also super easy to book with her on the app!

I cannot emphasize how amazing Lyndsay at Elle Esthetics is with microblading!As a middle aged woman, let’s say my eyebrows were not only sparse but merely non existent! I’ve had bangs for decades just to hide what I’d attempted to pencil in! I went to Lyndsay for the first time a year ago and have since grown out my bangs. Really disappointed with this place. I called and asked if I could get a Brazilian wax done today, and they said they had an appointment available in 15 min. I left the house immediately, I live 8 minutes away, pulled up and the esthetician, Savannah I believe, was leaving saying that she had her own appointment to get to. I called at 12:32pm. The conversation lasted 1 minute, and I was told I had 15 minutes to get there. So 12:48pm was the time I was supposed to be there by. I was literally getting out of my car at 12:50pm and just happened to see her locking the door to leave. So was my Brazilian wax going to last a total of 30 seconds? Confused about that, but not confused in knowing I won’t be back. Don’t tell a client to come if you know you won’t be able to accommodate them. AND it was my first time coming here, which is a really bad look.

Lyndsay and the crew at Elle do fabulous work. Every service they offer is done at the utmost quality and they are highly professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in for a dry-cut and expected to have my hair styled the same as the photo. I only got a cut, but was not given a hairstyle because the hairdresser only had 15mins with me.I only ask to have the end curled inwards, but instead she explained to me to do it at home. $20 just to have the ends cut and it wasnt straight.

I had went in today to get my eyebrows waxed for the very first time. I was very nervous for how they would turn out but they turned out better than I could have imagined.The person I had them done by was Taylor.She was very nice, took her time,and was very social. I would definitely recommend her !!!

I got a lash lift and tint from Taylor Byers. It was so easy to schedule online. Everyone at the salon was friendly and its a cute and clean salon. The process itself was quick and easy. My lashes looked amazing and the lift and tint both lasted for a little over 2 months. The best part was that the service was very affordable at Elle compared to other salons that offer lash lifts and tints. Thank you Elle Esthetics and Taylor!

I cant recommend Lyndsay or her microblading/pigmentation enough! She is an absolute professional and her level of skill and training blew me away. Id been wanting to get this procedure done for years, but always had reservations after consultations at other places. Lyndsay really listens and tailors your brows to your exact preferences. I have sparse, fine eyebrow hairs, so any slight mistake would have been obvious, but my brows came out perfectly symmetrical and even better than I hoped for! Couldnt have asked for a better experience overall.

I had a terrible experience getting my lashes done here. The lady who did them did not seem to care about me as a customer at all. My eyes ended up burning every time I got into the shower and then I got two styes, one on each eye, all because she was extremely careless in her application. She used cluster lashes and stacked them on top of each other. I have talked with many beauticians and they all FREAKED when they saw how terrible the application done to my eyes. Even one lady who I go to regularly for facials said she knew a few other people who went to the SAME lady here and had the same thing happen. Professionals who do lashes do not use clusters (VERY RARE) and if they do they do NOT stack them on top of each other. I now am going to someone who does single lashes (which is VERY common). She is not worth going to. She even gave me an extremely uneven brow wax and I had to wait till one of my brows grew in so my eyes didnt look uneven. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They do not take care of their customers. Very unprofessional.

Had an awful experience at another saloon and needed my hair fixed. They were able to get me in the next day, and did a great job covering up my previously awful do. However the prices are a bit steep and it was really unprofessional of the other hairdresser to have her kid running around the saloon with customers present.
