My steep gravel drive required some maintenance and I called LP Stewart and Sons. The drive was uneven and down to mud in some spots. When I asked if they were going to bring a skid loader to even things out, Scott seemed confused and now I understand why. The driver, Millard, did a fantastic job just dumping the gravel with the truck, no skid loader. He was an artist at spreading gravel! The driveway looks better than when it was new! I will definitely be using this company again.

Ordered rock on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Very professional and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I live on an acreage with a long rock driveway which was in need of repair and new rock. After calling several places for price quotes, I decided to go with L.P. Stewart and Sons. I will be a returning customer for a variety of reasons:1. The skid loader conditioner corrected the low spots and ruts, which were puddling up with water after a rain.2. The attention to detail and care I witnessed, was as though the worker (Kevin) was working on his own driveway. This made me feel as though this wasnt just another job, but something that had personal interest in getting the driveway perfect before rock was applied.3. This company VALUES their customers. From Scott who dispatches in the office to the drivers, they went above and beyond to get us the product we wanted and to deliver it to the exact location. We recently moved to the area, we have ordered from them twice now and they will be our go to in the future as well.

I called Stewart for some rock on my driveway. Scott was very helpful with helping me pick out the type and amount that I might need. He said it might be a couple of weeks because of the number of customers ahead of me. He called the day the load was to arrive and when I got home it had been delivered and spread out over the entire driveway. I had very little to move by hand. It was a job well done and I would hire them again.

They are a great company, not a huge company so hey, if someone is sick then they cant come out. They have done a wonderful job for me twice now. Our driveway is 1/4 mile long and it had two drain pipe problems. They fixed both in one day and made the driveway great again.

Jim is great to business with. We have dealt with them for over 20 years.We ordered rubber mulch for landscaping and they called when it came in and loaded the product for us when we got there.

These people are terrible to do business with. The first time they were scheduled to make a gravel delivery they failed to deliver because one of their employees called in sick that day. Seriously, one employee can shut down your business ? Then they also failed to call to inform me that they weren’t going to make it. I had to call in to find out. We rescheduled for the following week. When they pulled a no-show this time, I called in again and they said two of their trucks broke down and they wouldn’t be able to make it again. Again they didn’t call to inform me. I had to call in to find out. If you need driveway gravel don’t waste your time with these clowns. Save yourself the aggravation and call a real business.
