Ive never had any issues here until yesterday when I used their computer to access the internet in order to print a return shipping label. I got way overcharged & I opted for the e-mail receipt but never got one! I went back to UPS today & explained the situation & they told me to wait & see if the amount changes. Seriously it has posted already & just want a partial refund because it does not cost $15.16 to access the internet & print a label. So morale of my story dont use the computer to print at UPS unless you have money to burn & dont want a receipt.

I was shipping a stroller to someone which was very daunting to me because it is so large and heavy and I had no idea what to do with that. I used an app to sell it so the shipping method was unusual and both gentlemen that helped me were super patient with me and all my questions. The experience could have been very poor but the workers at this location were so helpful.

Update 8/27: We have a new mask mandate in Lincoln. Husband went in, one employee was masking his neck, one employee masking properly. 3 other customers with no masks on. I emailed store again and received a response from Bailey, the manager, that they were “enforcing the mandate as it is written”. I am not sure what this means as you cannot maintain 6 ft distance indoors in this small space, especially when a customer has to walk up to a maskless employee. Very disappointed and taking our business to another location.Original review: This UPS store is always fast and courteous, but the last 3 times I have been in there, the employees are wearing their masks on their chins. We have a mask mandate here in Lincoln, so I find this very disturbing.

I live in NY state and asked my son-in-law in Lincoln to get a large painting to me! The challenge was that the painting was in Lincoln and measures 6’ x 4’ !I called UPS on Cheney Rd and they said they’d pack and ship. They packed it in several layers of cardboard, styrofoam, and shrink wrap, giving the painting a TON of protection. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and made it easy on my son-in-law when he dropped it off. The painting arrived in 100% perfect shape and we are thrilled! I can’t say enough about the folks at this UPS Store! Thanks again!!

Just dropped off an item to be returned to Amazon in Lincoln, NE on the corner of 40th and Old Cheney. Go in there quite a bit and usually the employees barely notice my existence, so had to leave a review today.The guy with the blonde, curly hair who helped us was totally awesome! He took the time to explain things and even came over to guide us on the computer! Didnt get your name, but thank you! He needs a raise!

Unprofessional customer service. Do not guide customers properly. Two dollars charge to print a return label I was first told using my cellphone. Before that I had to bring my credit card but I was told I would need to log in Amazon website using my user ID and password. I had to do that requesting new password. After having print out return label I was told they would take care of everything. After an hour upon checking my credit card account I was very upset to see I was charged $9.95 two times totalling $19.90 dollars in stead of $2 dollars I was told at the start this whole returning process.

This is not an actual UPS-operated store, even though the name would imply it. Any High-Value insured or specialized shipping cannot be done here, apparently, and they will refer you to the actual UPS-owned location at 33rd and Cornhusker.Update/reply: I was not shipping to a P.O. box, but was attempting to drop off a prepaid High-Value shipment that required a signature. Since your employees are apparently not UPS Customer Center representatives they would not accept the package. This makes this location potentially unsuitable for business users. If your employees were incorrect, as you replied here, they should be informed so more folks dont have to drive across Lincoln for no reason.

If I need to drop off an item for returns, I have no problem with the place. Unfortunately, when I use UPS to ship, its never easy. Not only was the staff unable to help me ship a package using the recipients account number, when the package was returned to sender (but the store, not me), they never called me to let me know. I had to learn from the customer that they never received the package. The employee at the store lied to my face and said they called me twice (never left a message and it didnt show up in my call logs). Horrible customer service. Avoid UPS at all costs!

I used this location to ship out this jl audio amp that sold on eBay. we shall see if arrival is on time and in same condition as when I boxed and wrapped it. which is perfect cond. And ships in a timely manner so funds will be available. will update if need be. but was in and out of store location in 2 minutes. so that was nice. printed and paid for own label at home. very convenient. thanks

The nice young lady who helped me decide about how to send my packages was alone in the shop Monday morning, September 24. She handled with tact and friendliness the clients who had to wait a bit. She also, I believe, packed and shipped for me a very special, old, oddly shaped, large photograph. The package arrived at my home in NC today in great shape. I just wanted to commend her for a job well done.

The service here is always awesome. Very friendly faces and the employees take great care of their customers. At this UPS Store, they treat me like family. They take great care of my items to ship and make sure I get the best service. They can handle any situation, large or small, and put a lot of work into making sure each customer is happy. Ive come in several times with questions and they are more than happy to answer everything. Thanks for the great service!

Very simple and straight-forward to work with - simply uploaded documents that I needed copied along with instructions. Received phone call confirming receipt and my order was ready for pickup. Price very reasonable - Ill use them again!

Tried calling this place twice today Tues. Was on hold both times for over 15 mins and no one ever answered the phone. Tried pressing numbers for options but that didnt work either. Is this store no longer open? Tried calling 70th St store & dtn Q St store. No answer. No appointments available on website either. SMH....

Had to take a package in for a return -no cost to me , so I was dropping it off, but I did happen to comment that I was surprised that they were closed early on Black Friday. I said I figured they would be open early but not closed early and the clerk just looked at me annoyed and said Yep , and then she turned and walked away ! Didnt even ask me if I needed anything else !

Horrible service and unfriendly staff. If you value your items, do not take them there as Donna does not want to take the time to pack it and shell let you know that in no uncertain terms. I was told that shipping my items would be too expensive and that it would take her a long time to pack it. I was quoted a sum of over $350.00. After being treated so rudely, I did not want that woman anywhere near my items so I went down the street to FedEx and I had a great experience. They were friendly and packed my items with great care all for $141.00. I will never use UPS again due to the poor customer service and outrageous shipping fees.

I ship items there every week and they are awesome! Even called usps once to get a refund for me, and cancel the shipping when the client who the package was going to changed her mind about it being shipped and wanted to pick up instead.

Paid extra to get 3 day select shipping because I needed it there by Friday. After finally getting a tracking update its scheduled for Monday delivery. Fail! Not happy to pay like $20 extra over standard shipping for nothing.
