Completely unprofessional. Your call is filtered through a call center. I live in Lincoln, NE, and when I called they asked for zip code. They said great, let me get you to a tech then had me hold and then said we do not have a tech in that area and before I asked for what time frame I was hung up on.

This is a great company. They have tremendous experience working with older chimneys and fireplaces. The owner even came out to examine my chimney because of how old it was. He worked with Jacob and Michael to help replace some areas that were just worn down and falling apart.He didnt just dictate either. This guy got down with his workers and helped out. He looked like he was having the time of his life to be honest. He pointed out some things to me and to Jacob and Michael as he did the job. The guy really knew his stuff. The great thing was I got the benefit of three workers for the price of two and the work they did was amazing. I wanted to ensure that I got a job done that kept the look of my home, and they did just that. Having his expertise there was awesome, and he kept my house look just like it should. This was just an amazing time.

Was hung up on by the office with no explanation as to why they would not service my house beyond We dont have a technician to help in your area. I live literally 5 minutes away from the location listed on google so I have no idea what area of Lincoln they would service if any at all.

They promptly responded to my service request. When I first called their customer support, I informed them about my concern. They told me the possible causes of the problem as well as the solution and the cost. When they came to my house, they performed an inspection and determined the root cause of the leak. They fixed the issue and charged me with a minimal fee.

This is not a local business and I was told they do not service my area hung up on after a woman requested my zip code and asked which website referred me. I think it might be some sort of scam.

Called got a call center asked for zip and where I found the website and then.. disconnected

I called twice, and was hung up on both times even though they say they are in Lincoln Nebraska and service Lancaster county, they do not.
