I have used this wash several times, I have a company car and have to wash it weekly so I am familiar with a lot of car washes in the area. I went to this car wash a couple of weeks ago and the price said $8.00 but my card was charged $9.00. I was in the area again and have had poor luck with the Super wash up the road so I decided to give this one another try. I swipe my card and select my wash. It tells me my transaction is complete but the wash is in use. No, the wash was not in use, the bay was empty, no marking/ cones that it was broke or not in use and the refund button does not work. So I got charged for a carwash I never even got.

Your rightmost automatic washer doesnt work. It charged me, I only got 1 short blast of water (for about 1 second) then it shut down.There wasnt anyone around to fix things and no phone number to call.You probably shouldnt be charging people if the equipment isnt working.
