Great job of taking your money and leaving stuff behind. Customer service is lacking compared to the past as well and having their wash people use their elbows to “knock” a mirror in seems disrespectful!

Stopped here on a road trip. They did a great job of removing all the bugs. I also took full advantage of the free vacuums.

I frequent this place often as I like to keep my vehicle clean. I had some questions concerning some build up of dirt that has been difficult to get cleaned off. I asked for some help with this particular spot and I was informed on what to use to take care of this. Customer service is important to this business. That will keep me coming back!

Even when the line looks long it doesnt take a long time to get through. Memberships are the way to go. I wash my car every week when I have a membership and it works out to be cheaper than gas station washes. Thats super handy in the winter when your car gets coated in salt from the roads. Vacuums are so handy. I hate looking for quarters for car vacuums so having these just available is much appreciated.

My sister has a club account with them which is very handy for her as she has a few miles of dirt roads to drive on every week and they keep her nice vehical looking its best, the guys wipe it down for you and there are good vacuums you can use too, its also fast.😊

I had never been to this jet splash and didn’t even know it was here but they were amazing, I had drawn flowers all over my car with car chalk paint that I knew would be hard to get off, and I was half expecting them to tell me I can’t go through, but they were very kind and didn’t charge me extra. They were even kind enough to tell me if it didn’t come off the first time that they would let me come through a second time for free, they spent extra time on my car spraying it off by hand and did the best that they could. I wish I had had cash on hand because I wanted to tip them for being so kind and going the extra mile to help me, when I come back I will definitely be sure to have extra cash for a tip because they were amazing.

Always a great experience. I am a premium car wash monthly member and would be happy to give a fifth star if jet splash would offer a multi-car memberships. Because, right now I’d have to pay for separate memberships. I am sorry I do not have the answer or solution to offer, but, I’m confident you can figure out something mutually beneficial . So I’m driving clean everyday regardless of which vehicle I choose, Without multiple full price memberships. Hope this inspires growth and change. Keep up the professional business:

This car wash is one of the best places in town, I think that the brushes that are in the car wash are softer than the basic ones that are at gas stations and other private car washes, although the prices are pretty high for washing your vehicle that is why I only gave them 4 stars due to the typical high prices, they do have an option for buying monthly subscription for $20.00 a month for unlimited washes witch I think is kinda high

I have to start by saying that I have a membership, and I really like Jetsplash service... Except this location. I started using this location since it is closer to my house. It seems the kids who do the prewash do half the work the other locations do, and my van never comes out quite clean. No matter, I have a pass, so if it takes two runs through, whatever.This morning, I showed up at 10:15, 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, only to find that not to be the case. There were people shovelling the drive, so I figured they were just running behind, so I parked to wait. 15 minutes later, everyone was off to the side of the wash chatting, so I figured they would be opening soon, so I waited some more. By 10:45, they had still not opened yet, so I flagged down one of the kids who worked there to ask if they would be opening soon. He said I dunno, maybe not til after the snow stops... We might even open at all. So, I asked if there was anyone there he could ask... Instead of responding, he just walked off. I called four times to get a definitive answer. It was almost 11 by this point. No one answered until the fourth call. The person who answered the phone told me they didnt know when rhe store planned to open.. Maybe at about 11. I ran an errand, and drove by 1 more time, only to find kids still chatting, and the carwash still not open. Im not sure if we will continue to he customers after this.

Nice easy way to get your car or truck clean. Vacuum area also has air guns yo blow the dust off before you vacuum the interior.

If you have a full size pick up truck, they dont wipe off your back window!

I have been a member for years and have noticed that they are not wiping the door jambs like they used to. Just a quick wipe and off you go. I always tip. Might cut back on tipping.

Jet Splash has five star service! They went above and beyond to help me replace my membership card after it was stolen. I was very impressed with the on-site staff and the off-site management. This is the place to go!

Fairly long line on a beautiful winter day. Everybody wanting to get the salt washed away. Surprised how fast the line moved. Did a good job!

Good wash. First time I went they force closed my auto mirrors but i missed the signs so no issues. Like that they wipe it down after and their vacuums work very well.

The location is convenient for me, but the wash isnt very great.When entering the wash people will rinse off the car with pressure washers. This is good, the people can focus on spraying off some of the dirtier parts of the car.When exiting the wash hot air guns dry off the car from above. They do a fairly good job of drying off the top of the car, but not very well at drying off the sides. I always need to do additional drying with a towel after the wash. Those towels I used were dirty after drying the car, meaning that the car was still dirty in spots after going through the wash.I went through the wash a few times, but stopped using it. The wash left some deeper scuffs/scratches on my car. Nothing major, but not something I want to have happen when going through a wash. Id imagine that if you went here every once in a while it would be fine, but for regular washes its just too abrasive on the paint. This is realistically a problem with all automatic washes that use brushes, so thats why Im giving it a three star rating instead of something lower.

These are your best option if you cant handwash by yourself. Always clean and functioning properly, with a wipedown dry at the end..

Called cops on me while parked behind the car wash. Im a out of town medical professional & was eating my sandwich while on my lunch break. Cop said I could stay & to enjoy my lunch. I understand if you are scared of strange parked cars but 911is for emergencies, you wasted an officer’s valuable time.I would never support a business who calls the cops on strangers with zero interaction. The cop told the employees called.

If the people spraying the vehicles off the whole time your sitting there rather then talking and spraying the concrete they might actually get more tips

Great friendly staff. Wash does a great job! 4 star instead of 5 due to the wipe down process could be more thorough. My back window on my truck hardly ever gets wiped in the middle....right where I see it. Overall great speedy service! Recommend it.

As far as the car wash is concerned it does a pretty good job for the guys that wiped the vehicle down they slam your doors every time.

Some of the rudest I mean absolutely rudest people work here!!!! The people at the front are always friendly however after that the people are absolutely rude in the car wash at all times directing you in however the people outside are great... you better rethink some of your employees jet splash! Brandon was his name definitely not worth investing into employees like this!

It was okay. A lot of people go here as the line was long. My vehicle was still a little dirty when I left. I think I prefer the place across from Gateway. Its a comparable wash but the people seem to care more. I will say jet splash is newer and shinier. Back to my wash there...my vehicle still had some mud which after being covered in water froze solid to my wheel wells and within a day it caused me to be unable to kick off the snow so my tires were then grooving the impacted snow in my wheel wells.

This car wash really gets my car clean. I had almost given up on car washes when Jet Splash was recommended to me. They do a superb job--much better than other local car washes I have tried.

Every location is great. I go through them all 70+ times a year with my truck that is now 10 years old (yep maybe 700 total) and have never had 1 bad issue. Simply the best in town.

I use the unlimited plan. I really like the soaps and rinse aid.

Brooke my mirors and caused a flat tire. The need to clean their driveway and to hire more responsible people. I showed the manager the damage and he kept denying it even though I showed him the nails and the dent chain

This would be the first time I went to this kind of carwash. The lady in the booth was kind enough to explain how to go though the whole car wash. It was confusing at first, but it wasnt as bad as I thought. If you were go to this kind of car wash, I would recommend NOT to bring in a vehicle with a part about to fall off cause it will fall off if you go through the tunnel. What I also find interesting about this kind of car wash is the people at the end that dry your car. Overall it was interesting, but a little expensive.

A few years back. Someone drying my truck broke my side mirror and denied it. I ended up replacing it. Costed $60. This bald headed manager came out to me cussing a storm at me. Wished I would’ve called the police to review the security tapes. It would’ve showed the guy break it. And whoever the owner is wouldn’t even return my calls lol.

Absolute rip off. As we drove through the soap got on the car perfectly fine, but after that everything shut off right as the car got up to it. There is now soap stains all over the car. Worst $9 Ive ever spent. Would recommend any gas station car wash over the BS any day.

I had a membership here when I lived nearby and it was great! They take their time to make sure your car gets clean and there are tons of membership perks (besides just getting your car washed all the time - which is pretty great). I want SOOO badly for them to open a location in Omaha!!

Disappointing. Numerous areas not cleaned by the brushes or the wipe down crew: window corners, large swaths of sidewall, hood, around wiper arm on the rear window. I specifically asked (and paid for) extra effort on the muddy wheel wells. Unsuccessful. A car wash will do fine as long as your car is fairly clean to begin with. If your car is dirty, wash it yourself.

Lines were long on a reasonably warm/ dry day in December, but the line moved quickly. The detail/ dry staff were very cheerful and pleasant.

I paid for the ultimate Wash. My vehicle was still dirty on every panel. theres cheaper automated washes that do a better job. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I would give them a five star if it were not for the one time we went there and my husband checked his car a couple days later and noticed the scratches and there was no other place but the carwash he could have gotten the scratches. They are all the way from Hood to the top of the car to the bottom of the car and think with the roller that goes over the car. Went back to the carwash they said they cant be held responsible.

Nothing like paying $17 for a, frankly, sub-standard car wash and having the teenager guiding you into the tunnel sneer at you and make faces through the windshield because the sign behind him is screaming at you to stop and put your car in neutral and he continues to wave you forward.Perhaps the employees and electronic signage should be on the same page?- former car wash worker

Love the place.....but as the weather gets colder they need to make sure employees arent leaning against vehicles with zippers and things that could scratch paint.

You get what you pay for. We all have heard that statement, and here it couldnt be more true. If youre going crazy for paying $6 for a carwash then just wash your car at home, but if youre comfortable paying $20-30 for a very good carwash then you can get it done here.
