Extremely professional and quick service. I’ve been told I can’t give blood because my veins aren’t big enough. The nurse who took my blood did it painlessly in one shot! Definitely recommend.

Don’t go here for anything if you care about social distancing and taking precautions with Covid-19. First, you have to touch about 3 door handles to get in. Second, you have to check in via kiosk which is not being sanitized between uses. Third, the wait room is not set up for staying 6 feet apart from other people. Fourth, employees did not direct waiting room patients to keep their kids from roaming all over the room. Fifth, horrible ventilation that is likely harboring air particles in the same rooms all day. Wish I would have gone somewhere else.

I had a great experience. Not sure what’s with the negative reviews but the iPad check in was super simple and the phlebotomist got my very difficult veins on the first try. I’m used to being poked 5+ times every time i get my blood drawn so i was very pleased.

For only one person running the location my experiences have been pleasant. She does her best and tries to get patients taken care of along with answering the phone and greeting people. Definitely a multi tasking job. Needs two people. Disappointed there isn’t a Omaha location anymore. Staff was knowledgeable and answered questions. If she didn’t know the answer she found someone who did. Very helpful.

Staff is so friendly and helpful

Idk who all works there, but when I went in there Tuesday around noon, the lady that I did my drug test with was exceptionally rude. The only reason I give it two stars is because I was out of there relatively quickly.

Overall I was pleased. The check in process is a little confusing but the staff helped me get checked in and explained things well. I had no issues. She got me in, in a timely manner. I don’t understand the negative reviews, the staff was quite polite and professional.

I did try to schedule an appointment and found out that you need to schedule online. But it does appear that this lab also accepts walk-ins. Very professional, much better experience than I used to have at Quest. Staff did a great job.

My doctors office sent me to get labs drawn. Zero customer service from the front desk upon checking in. Then, when I told them I didnt have insurance they treated me like a complete p.o.s. Kept giving me different reasons why they couldnt draw me. I called the state and let them know how I was being treated and that they were refusing my draw. The state lady kindly spoke to the employee. After that, labs drawn and out the door. I only gave one star because it wouldnt let me give zero.

There were 2 employees and no patients so it was nice and quick. The staff was friendly and professional.

Do not like new system for appointments. Tried to make an appointment for a blood draw for two hours. The first lady didnt bother to tell me it has to all be done online now. Left a message and after waiting for two hours had to call again. Could have made appointment in less than a minute had I been able to directly call the location we use. Very inconvenient and frustrating!

Rolls eyes at people, hangs up on people over the phone. Snaps back at people who are having problems with the machine.

This office doesnt answer its phone. No info on requirements for getting a pre employment U.A. THAT HAS A 72HR.TIME LIMIT. (THANKS FOR ADDING STRESS TO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION.)Nope. Come to the office, then we will tell you what you need, and when you dont have it, then well send you away.
