Tony and Greg did a great job. They were professional and very courteous. Barely knew they were there. They showed up on time and finished when they said. We had 18 windows replaced and the new ones look great. Tony even went out of his way to clean out the gutter he noticed was clogged up while he was installing one of the windows. All in all we are very happy with this company. Before they left they cleaned up everything and demonstrated the operation of the windows and best way to clean them. Thank you for a job well done.

I will echo the sentiments of pretty much every other one-star review for this company. I am called about every other day by this company. They ask for someone who isnt me. Ive told them each and every time they have the wrong number and to not call me again. Like everyone else here, the calls do not stop.

North Country has been a pleasure to work with! Their staff was great at the Home Show, and I had a rep at my house in about 2 days after I called to set up an estimate. Their windows are awesome, but what got me were their rates! RBA windows had given me an estimate that wasnt even close to what I got from North Country, plus, my new windows look better than anything anybody else had to offer. Everybody else offers lots of frame, but smaller glass. These windows save the view!5 windows took less than 2 hours to install, the installers were quick and thorough, and everything was cleaned and straightened so you never even would have known they were there. As a matter of fact, my wifes friend was over later that day, and she couldnt tell we had windows replaced. The new ones were that great a match to what I had.

We just had all of our windows, garage and patio doors replaced and we love them. The installation crew were always on time, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything passed our inspection. We were told that it might take up to a week to install because of the large order but everything was finished in three days. We highly recommend North Country Windows and Bath if you are looking to replace your windows. Top quality product and beautiful.

They are pvc vinyl Solace triple pane windows.I read many, many reviews from window replacement companies, and along with a recommendation from my parents who used North County for their new patio doors, we chose themThe installers, Tony and Greg, were top notch and very efficient and knowledgeable. They both have YEARS of experience under their belts.Joe, operations manager, was pleasant and flexible with our schedule.They team cleaned up everything both indoors and outside and left nothing behind. And we were able to pay with a credit card which was a bonus:)We would definitely recommend North County windows.

Amazing family owned business kind staff

We had our 39 year old bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. The entire process was very organized and professional. Due to water damage and a leaky toilet, the job was extensive. Our installer, Niko, was amazing. He had the construction knowledge he needed to start and complete the job, which included new plumbing, the walk-in shower, a ceiling tile, new toilet and removal/replacement of the flooring. The entire job took 2 days and was absolutely perfect. I would recommend North Country to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. Ill be calling them again when were ready for new windows.

They randomly called me. Asked for a man who I did not know. This wasn’t the first time they called me so I said this is not him and could you please take me off of your call list. They yelled sure and as I was apologizing and trying to explain why I wanted off of their call list, they hung up. Pretty unprofessional.

We used North Country Windows to replace most of our windows in 2000. Due to a remodel, we needed to replace a patio door with 2 side panels we no longer needed with windows instead. We were so happy with the windows they replaced in 2000, we called them for a quote. They were prompt in sending someone to consult with us. We discussed our needs, they quoted on the spot and arranged everything. They delivered exactly when they said they would. The installers were friendly and professional and did quality work. We will be needing to replace 2 more patio doors and a front door. When we do, we will call North Country.

Had a great experience working with North Country Window to have windows and an entry door installed from a very patient Sales Rep and finance person to the delivery and installation. Delays were expected due to COVID-19, which didn’t disappoint, but communication was always open on the status. Now everything is installed and well worth the wait. The installation team was very professional and would take the time to answer any questions I had. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend working with them.

We have a mid-90s home with builder-grade windows. Each year we work with North Country to replace a set of windows in a different room. This years replacement was the most dramatic change yet. We have three large, nearly floor to ceiling windows in our living room that had the seals broken.. Every day we would have to pull down the shades in an attempt to control the solar load and our AC would fight to keep up. We had our new triple pane low-e windows installed two days ago and my family cannot stop commenting about the difference in temperature in the house. I can finally leave the shades up and enjoy the view once again. We look forward to seeing Derek next year and identifying the next to be replaced. Thanks, North Country. This company illegally cold-called a number on the do not call registry (donotcall.gov). This violation has been reported and will subsequently fined after review by the FTC. To protect against future breaches and fines please cross reference your call list against the do not call list.

They installed windows in my 1920’s house which is a big accomplishment itself. They also worked with me on price and were very accommodating.

This company really met my needs they listened to what I wanted andit turned out perfect. They get 5 stars from me and anytime I need a fixer upper this is my go to place!!

10 years ago North Country installed my sliding glass patio door. Of course they call a few times a year to offer services, but have also returned several times over the years and fixed even trivial sounding problems. Door is always kept sliding, locking and well screened for enough time to get my moneys worth.

I had a door replaced by North Country Windows and Doors. They handled my account very professionally and delivered a high quality product. They worked hard to help me consolidate several bills along with my new door and brought my monthly payments down at the same time! The installers were friendly and a joy to watch as I asked I’m sure what were some pretty dumb questions at times as they were working. I will definitely call them again in the future if I feel the need to change any windows!

Horrible experience waited forever to have incorrect windows arrive ..after they installed one partially we realized they were not even close to a match to our other windows. So we had one partially installed window where a two part was to go After a couple months time as well as many many phone calls and texts and hearing “the check is in the mail” false statements we were able to drive an hour and a Half to pick up a refund. So we then had a non matching window partially installed with no trim in the outside or inside and after a couple months the window has condensation in between the lanes so it is faulty. We contacted the company and after sending them pictures that they requested they said they would order a replacement. We even offered to pick it up and reinstall ourselves so we waited Two months. Nothing.. I contact them to see if the replacement is in and they say too bad you have been refunded we aren’t doing anything!! So why say you would..oh and it’s because of the virus? Nope sorry brought it to your attention before things shut down. Stay far away from this company!!

We have been customers of North Country for 10 years. They have installed nine windows, one exterior door and vinyl siding. All the work has been professionally completed. The workers are friendly, technically skilled and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for windows, doors or siding. We just had two more windows installed. The workers were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I would give it zero stars if I could.We contracted/paid for siding in January of 2018. After numerous delays, excuses, wrong siding ordered, they completed the job in May. Needless to say, the job still is not complete. The quality of work is deplorable. The way it was installed and finished, the door they installed incorrectly, the windows that were not leveled when we were told it would be taken care of are beyond annoying. Even after contacting the company numerous times, we still are waiting on the fixes. Today, Holy Saturday (April 20, 2019) at 5:30 p.m., they show up to put on the gutters. Nothing against these guys as they did a good job quickly. BUT REALLY? Who knows when the additional fixes will be done. Not sure what our next step will be regarding this company.

We had several windows installed in the daylight basement of our home. The wood grain matched very well and the install only took about 3 hours. The triple pane blocks out all noise and cold weather. Installers did an excellent job.

My custom made windows turned out great. We’ve had them for more than 5 years now and no issues or problems.

Thought I would have my windows ,doors and siding by now. Began this process back in August. Cant put up my Christmas decorations yet. Would be nice if this company would stay in contact with updates but not a word. My husband had to call them and at first their excuse was we are too busy. Then they said the items had not shipped from the factory yet . So here I am, stuck making payments and Nothing to show for it. They couldnt wait to get our money. But no contact since!

What a pain it was to get different companies coming to your house with windows estimates! We found North Country Windows at the Omaha home show. When their rep showed up, he was a breath of fresh air. Everyone in the office (schedulers, money people, reminders) were soooo easy to work with. The installers were also very easy to work with and they had a big job to do since 1/2 our house is 100 years old and the other 1/2 was built in the 80s. We LOVE our new windows. These are the people to go with when you need excellent service.

There were other factors to be considered when we put in a patio door where there had been just a small window. Vent needed relocating and the electrical outlets also needed relocating. We also wanted an outlet outside. All of these issues were coordinated with putting in the slider. The door is easy and energy efficient and looks nice. We got everything we wanted .

I purchased a few windows from North Country about 17 years ago. I was told the windows would be guaranteed for life. I thought that was too good to be true until today when I had trouble closing one of them. I live in Omaha and 1 hour after I called they sent Bob out from Lincoln and not only did he fix the problem but he washed all panes of my window!!! I was totally impressed with the service! I couldnt help but notice when looking at the reviews that all of the 1 stars are because of constant calling for telemarketing. Well, these calls have nothing to do with the quality of their windows or service, so in my view should be disregarded. I would advise these people to get caller ID and dont answer if that is really true. I would highly recommend North Country!!! 5 STARS!!! Thanks Bob!!!

Signed up for a free estimate from Fremont Days. Tried to cancel the day of, which I know is shady, but we didnt want them in the house with strep throat floating around. No one in the office to take the call after noon on Friday,so we left a message. Husband went to pharmacy to get medicine, they showed up slightly early and I didnt hear the door so the employee called my husband, yelling at him, saying when I knock on your windows, youd BETTER answer your door and tried to continue to yell at him in a threatening manner so he hung up. We will never attempt to do business with these people again.

Multiple sales call and told multiple times on do not call registry. WE DID NOT CONTACT THEM. Sales rep on the phone said I didnt call you the computer did when I told them that the company could be fined for calling someone on the do not call list. Will never do business and reported to the FTC.

UPDATE: 5/10/19: After my posted review below, the company maintenance manager Joe reached out. He came to my house and inspected each window and returned to complete the repairs himself. The windows look 100% better and I’m no longer ashamed for people to visit my house and see my windows. I’ve updated my review from one to two stars because of the length of time it took to get the repairs done, And the lack of communication in the beginning.It’s been a year and a half since I used this company to install 9 new windows in my home. The sales person and the installers were just in it for the commission because when problems arose neither of them cared to return a call. I’ve had their “repairmen” out at least 6 times and the issues still exist. The only thing that has changed is the aesthetics of the inside of the windows keep getting worse. The communication between the departments at this company are non existent. Terrible!!!

I have been called numerous times. I have asked to be removed from the list numerous times. I am not sure this company is very reputable as I imagine if they were, they would be able to survive off of referrals

If I could give a zero I would. Save yourself money and aggrevation and go elsewhere! We had their top windows and doors installed and after nearly &18,000 there is NO IMPROVEMENT from what we had. They are still drafty. The demonstration they give you is not true! That bulb they use to heat the glass is way off. I put thermometers in front of our windows when then sun was shining. Here are my results. At two foot away the temperature went from 78 with no sun to 98 after one hour of sun on window. Four feet away after an hour it was 85. Even ten feet away is was 94 which shows why our air ran constantly. And the trim around the window was horrible. My 15 year old could do better than the eyesore they put up! Customer service was horrible! It took forever for them to attemp to fix it! I asked for a refund or partial refund and was told no! These windows are absolutely horrible and very inflated prices!

This company will not stop calling. They have called me multiple times, and each time I tell them I dont even own a house, and Im not even in their service area. They still keep calling. I dont want to have to file a formal complaint, but if I have to, I will!

We have had so many problems with service. 1. After they receive feed first half of check we had to call several times just to get an install date as we were concerned that we were already paying on the loan but never received any product or even a date to advise when out would be installed. Then we finally got a date scheduled for install, no one showed and no call. Second install date, crew arrived late and went to lunch an hour later stating work would be completed that day. Of course it didnt get finished and werent going to return to complete job until almost a week later (with some windows in without insulation...in the summer). Talked them into coming back 3 days later.2. During install, workers removed window and left opening unattended without notifying anyone or securing area, toddler almost ran out opening.3. Installers damaged screen during installation. Advised would have replacement 2 weeks later. We are on 2.5 months later, a large number of phone calls later, and still havent received screen. Everyone seems to point fingers at others and gives excuses or states its on is way to being delivered and never shows. No one seems to have any concern to resolve issue or provide any customer service.4. During install, one contractor obviously had no idea what he was doing, and attempted to nail window in by shooting air gun into window frame rather than into wood to firmly hold and attach window. There are about 30 (not exaggerating) holes in the window frame that had to be puttied over to hide holes.For being such a pricely expense you would think they would take better care of their customers, but once they received their check from the bank we have had nonstop problems. Recommend going anywhere else just to avoid the hassle of dealing with these people. If you do go with them, Good Luck!! Product otherwise seems good...so far.

The windows are good windows, but you will pay a ton for them and thats all you get. We paid approximately 650 per window installed and got the top of the line for maximum energy efficiency. They messed up a couple items on installation and had to do a return trip. Getting the return scheduled was a huge pain and the first time they were set to come they cancelled for cold...but failed to inform us of the cancellation.In the mean time, I discovered that there was a constant air flow around one of the windows. When they came to do the other repairs, I asked them to address the leak. They were unwilling to touch it because that was outside of the window frame, they will only address things inside the window frame. So, I have super high efficient window 3/4 inch away from a hole in the wall... Cant wait to see those improvements on my energy bill!
