I had a good experience with them before the pandemic start. After pandemic started, I tried using JC plumbing and had very bad experience. I tried to install a vanity. The facet installed was not checked and the plumbing was not adjusted right such that flow of water was completely hindered in Jan 2021. After they left I called to try to get them back in to fix it, they said theyd get back to me. Then in March someone came in for from JC plumbing but they didnt do anything but an inspection. Called them again for the fix and left a voicemail, no reply. Until I called once more after six month of the initial problem they finally picked up and came out to fix the issue they created. Issue resolved, and then I got a bill to charge me extra hours for the issue they had.Also about the good review - got an email with invoice saying if you would like to leave anything not 5 star, please contact us, contacted them, and they did not reply. Next time they got smarter, an invoice without the link to ask us to review was sent.As they obviously do not want to talk about it any more, and decided to just ignore me once more, I can pay for for the problem they created, but others need to know they are not as good as they are rated in the review, at least not any more.

Called needing a water heater replacement. A little bit later we were up and running with our new water heater. Everything was well communicated, done quickly, and cleanly. Employees were professional and kind. I dont like having to have plumbing replaced and fixed but when I inevitably need it again Ill be calling JC Plus Plumbing.

It was very easy to communicate about scope, receive an estimate and schedule the work. They were timely and completed the work quickly and well. The billing came in an appropriate time period, was less than the estimate and was simple to pay directly online. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issues with the water heater and replaced it within a couple of hours! Called and booked an appointment a couple of days in advance, could tell that the technician was tired and had been working all day, but was very courtious and had a great attitude! Repeat customer, service is still good from when we used them years prior.

JCs is awesome!! Helped us get the required icemaker line installed so that our new refrigerator could be delivered. They were incredibly patient, and went beyond what many companies would to help me out.

Mike was extremely professional and he knew exactly what he was doing. Joel quoted me very accurately and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with JC plumbing.

Project was completed accurately and timely; prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Installed dishwasher and garbage disposal. Great quality work, Mike worked very efficiently, highly professional.

Had a copper pipe that was leaking right by the main. We had AHS warranty and JC Plus Plumbing was assigned. Called JC Plumbing that morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Mike was very professional and friendly. I asked a few questions and he was happy to answer them. Once he was done with the job, he cleaned up the area. Overall a very pleasant experience. JC Plus Plumbing had no knowledge of plumbing. They assumed since my home was old that my plumbing was old, even though my plumbing is exposed and clearly visible when they were in the basement. They were able to fix my toilet issue. But when trying to fix a faucet, broke something else they were not even supposed to check. When I tested both faucets, I found that they broke the other one and brought it up. Only then did he say that it broke when he was looking at it. He offered to supply the hardware for free since he was the one who broke it. However when they sent me the bill, it said the Company was not paying for the new hardware. The plumber who broke it would be paying for it. And that since the funds were coming out of his own pocket if I would consider to paying for the hardware!

This is a comment concerning Amber Fagans review. Ambers 2 handle faucet was leaking. We fixed both the hot and the cold side. It is our policy to do the right thing. We did not charge her for time or materials for the cold side repair because she said she did not want it done. We did charge her for the toilet repair and the hot side parts and labor. She never called us to say anything was wrong with our work. We do have over 50 years of experience in plumbing of all types. We did the best we could to please her.

We came across a frozen pipe this morning. After trying to solve the problem ourselves, it was unsuccessful and decided to contact our home warranty company. They referred us to JC Plus Plumbing. Joel was out at our house in no time and took the time to find the source of the problem. He did everything in a very timely and effective manner. Thanks JC Plumbing!
