I grew up watching movies and TV shows where there was a neighborhood barber that you could go to, where the barber knew what haircut to give you, would have great conversations (if you want conversations), and gave great haircuts. I spent a few years getting haircuts just wherever and always felt leaving a little disappointed because the haircut didnt seem to fit me. But I finally found the barber shop from all the movies, I had a great haircut, Ryan knew what I needed, and had a great conversation with lots of laughs. Highly recommend this place

A real barber shop! The barbers are skilled and listen to the customer. The cuts I have received are well done and careful. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. The shop looks like it came from the 60s, because it did! This is my barber shop now.

Ive been going here for over 10 years! Great two guys, giving grood regular cuts at reasonable prices.

Every time I’ve come here the results have been exceptional. Its reasonably priced, the guys are nice, I don’t have to chit chat if I don’t want to, and the results look good. It’s pretty much the only place in Lincoln I’ll go to get a haircut now.

First time in the Captains Chair. Walked in a little before 9am. Was greeted immediately and was sat down in the barbers chair. Cut, neck shave and eyebrow trim. All in less than twenty minutes. Great conversation in an old school barber shop. Highly recommend!

Not suitable to cut African Americans hair. Bad hair cut!!!! Taper not low enough and other made look bald instead of a brush cut from Afro. I feel as if they knew they quality would be poor should have advise us from the beginning!!!!!

This is one of the few true barbershop experiences left! Great for a quick cut over the lunch hour or to relax with a hot shave. Hot towels, hot lather, and a good ole fashioned straight razor!
