The owner is very. Helpful knowledgeable and always kind to my family. Every time. I have flat or anything wrong. With my tires he immediately takes the time to get the service done I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. I’m always 100% happy with the work he provides here. Will come back. Here I recommend here for tires. And nice wheels also .

Worse than an unscrupulous loan shark! All I needed was a lousy “lug nut” . They had to buy one from a parts house next door. Guy working on my car said he paid $5. The Sorry SOB of a manager charged me $9. This, after I purchased 2 complete sets of tires from him just last year.I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with that ripp off artist again. UNBELIEVEABLE

I’ve been going here for the past 3yrs. Once a year I have to get tires for my truck and wouldn’t take it any other place. The owner has always giving me great deals on my tires and has stood behind the price he gave me from the very first time. The owner and staff is very friendly and accommodating to my busy work schedule. They always get me in and out in a very timely manner. I’ve also witnessed them taking care of our fellow senior citizens which I highly respect! Sometimes people just aren’t happy no matter what. Please don’t believe the very few negative reviews until you experience this tire shop yourself. They are a wonderful group of hard working honest and extremely polite people at this shop. Speedy, friendly, and professional. Other places were charging $40/tire for installation, and TD only charged $25! Definitely coming back for future tire needs.

Just need a popped tire fix. I took it to other places and they refused to fix it because of my tread and were focused on selling me new tires instead. Stopped by here and they took it no questions and fixed within an hour for a great low price! Highly recommend this place for all tire needs and repairs!

Lousy service they told me to wait 30mins before checking to see what I came in for. They had two guys available and the manager set in the office watching videos on his phone. I do not recommend them AT ALL.

Worse place for mechanical work! I was charged 248.00 and the owner couldnt tell me the problem. Which he said they could fix. My break lights wouldnt turn off when I turned off my truck. Owner wouldnt give me my money back. He didnt have a diagnosis! I have to go elsewhere and pay another fee. So, maddening!To George you want to make it right give me some of my money back! 200.00. Also, when you were trying to fix the electrical problem you took out my trailer fuse. I had to replace it and buy a new correct fitting brake switch. If you would have put in the correct brake switch my truck would have the tail light problem fixed! It wasnt an electoral problem! So, if you want to make it right do it! Dont act like your concerned on here and in reality your not!

Went in to see about getting a flat fixed. Rude and indifferent. Employees complaining about other employess at front counter. Took my tire and left..dont need this! Never again.

I got Brakes Pads and Rotors. Oil Change and Wheel balance, rotation in 2 hrs. Great service and good people. Would recommend Tires Direct to all friends and family.

The workmanship is alright. If you have alot of time, it is ok. Had my tires being rotated and comes a tire truck delivery, so my work is held back until the guy unloads off 18 tires...

I have had great service every time Ive been here... first the Mercedes air pressure fixed; in and out service. Then the range rover had what we thought was a nail, they found a metal stick pretty much... and patched it and sent me on my way... 10min wait that was all!! Ill keep bring my bosss cars and mine here as needed.. thanks

Go somewhere else for Mechanic Work!!!! My daughters car was having steering issues and I took it to Tires Direct as I had used them before for Tires and had good service but NO NO NO not a REAL Mechanic Shop!!!! They told me that the Power Steering pump needed replaced along with the Rack & Pinion. ok fine....but THEN they call and say oh youre going to need to replace the water pump as we see moisture (was not leaking)....and it will be only 175.00 more since we already have it opened up. I hesitated but said ok since it would be cheaper than if I waited till it goes bad. Then they do the job....$1100.00 dollars later and its fine for a few days....Now we have leaks.....we take it back....they said the Rack & Pinion needed to replaced AGAIN!!!.....Get the car back....heater is not working and its leaking from the area of the water pump.....Take it back again....Oh its leaking from the Timing Chain but we can seal it....Put BARS Leak in it....didnt tell me that either...just said we can seal it.....and charges me $60.00 more for the sealant....Leaks again a couple of weeks later....Oh you have to take it to someone who does Timing Chains but we can seal it again. Ok at this point Im done. The owner of the company I work for used to have his own mechanic shop so he went over to the shop to verify the issue.....Had to teach them to use DYE to find leak....which ended up being the Inlet elbows above the water pump...in which they broke but would not admit. I finally took to a REAL shop and they found the issue and repaired and found tons of MUD in they coolant system which had to be cleaned...so here goes another $353.00. I reported them to the BAR and of course they refuse to reimburse the $353.00 to correct the problem they made for me. So Please avoid this place as they will take advantage especially if your a woman.

USA Tires are AWESOME! The steel belting was coming through one of my tires on my horse trailer & they fixed me up quickly. They were way less expensive than anyone else I called & were very friendly & polite. Did I mention fast? I drove in & they were on it before I even walked in the office to pay! Great service! My horses & I thank you USA!

They were very cool, made my tire a quick and simple transaction, didnt try to sell me new tires, just repaired as needed, in and out 15 to 20 minutes, very fair cost.

Totally scammed me. Just decided not to tell me they don’t have the tool to complete my alignment. They adjusted toe, left the rest out of alignment and charged me full price. Will never go back to them again. They new they could completely finish the job. Just wanted money for nothing.

Lies about prices. Lists tires on Craigslist for 689 installed, go into the place and guy tells me 920 and cant go any lower. If you look at their ads on Craigslist and try to buy the tires they list, they will either tell you they dont have that tire in stock or flat out refuse to match the price when you go in. Avoid falling in the trap. I got a quote for the same tires $200 cheaper from another shop. So they can go cheaper they just wont.

Recently had a flat due to a screw puncturing the tire and took the vehicle here because it was convenient (close proximity to home and late evening hours). The counter staff was nice enough and tended to us without any appointments quickly.The shop was unable to patch the tire because the puncture was too far down on the sidewall so the staff suggested getting a set of replacement tires for the drive wheels - no issue with that. The shop had a set of two decent Goodyear tires in stock and was able to install them within an hour.The tires sold to us are no longer made by Goodyear or sold by any other tire dealers that we could find. This seems to explain the date on the tires indicating they were made in 2012. It seemed that these tires were mostly sold by walmart. These were likely bought cheap and resold by the shop at a 20-30% markup.The major issues came the next day driving to work and the low tire pressure indicator came on. When I stopped to check my tires I found that the two new ones were at 50psi (which was the max for the tire) and the 2 original tires were both 10psi under the manuf requirements.The lack of attention to detail is a huge disappointment for the shop. I like to go to local businesses but I do not have the patience or time to deal with incompetence. When you can not properly do the main thing your business is designed to do - perhaps it is time to analyze your business practices.Perhaps this is a one time case of improper training, however I will not recommend or return to this place for any service.
