Was there once and second time was not so attentive and extra effort to try and resolve a customers issue. Just straight up forward to book for appointment. Not a friendly enciroment for me. Will check out other shops for now.

I took my 1964 1/2 Mustang which had been garaged for the last 12 years to Duncan Automotive to get it roadworthy again. Chris and all the other employees at this shop, were wonderful. They kept in constant communication with me, did a great job for reasonable price, and I will always bring this car to them anytime I have an issue. I highly recommend them.

First time I used them. I was there about 30 minutes. It was great the couple of people I interacted with were courteous and polite.. Ill use them again. And anyone in the area, I recommend they give them a try. Theyve been established since 2003.

The folks at Duncan Automotive in Lincoln, CA were very helpful and professional. They performed a diagnostic test and replaced some parts while I was visiting family. They pushed me up and got the job done in the same day with only the essential repairs so that I could get home safely. They sent me out with some good recommendstions as far as parts to be replaced and watched over the next few months. Very professional, knowledgable and overall good people.

Power control module update for my Honda CRV. I didnt know anything about this thats necessary from time to time. My car is a 2014 and it wouldnt start until this update was performed. I highly recommend Duncan Automotive and found them to be friendly, honest and dependable and close (less than 2 miles from my house).

Recently had to smog my car which required a shop with a star rating found the service quick and very courteous.

I scheduled a 125k service and they didn’t have a curtesy shuttle for a single older lady . I was told that I had to find my own ride. Sorry but you lost my business not very friendly at all. What a disappointment.

I had a problem with the headlight assembly on my Ford Ranger. I bought it from original owner and it came with the problem. Duncan’s was over $100 less than another local shop plus they were able to do it while I waited. They ordered the part on Monday and installed the unit the next day in about 1/2 hour, very reasonable time. As always, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Thx guys, I’ll be back (this is my 3rd great visit).

They do a great job. I brought in my 1990 Suburban because the rear door lock was broke. Chevy no longer makes the part they needed to fix it so they did some welding and it works. Great to talk with and the prices are competitive. Still bring it in for regular maintenance and whatever else goes wrong. You can trust these guys.

Dont waste your time or money here. Took my truck here 3 times and none of the things I brought them in for were fixed.

It is completely unfair to describe a repair as just a seal, particularly if youre talking about an automatic transmission seal. Some are easy, others can be a nightmare. Todays automobiles are more complex than the Space Shuttle ever was.The Space Shuttle, Challenger just had a seal leak. Columbia merely had a piece of foam hit its left wing. ...Did you you know that the fluid in your power steering can reach nearly 2,000 PSI? Peanuts compared to diesel fuel pressure, which can reach nearly 40,000.Did it ever occur to you that an engineer may have been at fault for a seal the has a propensity to leak? It happens quite frequently.

Acting on a referral, over a year ago I went to Duncan automotive to disconnect an annoying alarm system on my newly purchased,used truck. He gave me an estimate of $180. When I asked what was involved in disconnecting the alarm system that required over 2 hours labor (at the time at $75/hr), he said, alright $120.I approved the work. I later found out from a click and clack friend on mine that looked under the hood, all disconnecting required was cutting a wire, not difficult access.I was foolish. I also dont recommend him. My sister, having independent of knowledge of my experience, has received very high estimates, and not chosen to use Duncan Automotive.
