The staff here is very professional and helpful. We had a great experience with them. When our car was totalled they even sent us links to similar used cars for sale in Lincoln. When they disassembled the car and it was waiting for review, they put the pieces in the trunk on standoffs to protect the interior.

Their message updates kept me in touch with when and how my car was doing in the shop - that, and my car was ready to pick up in half the time the repair was estimated to last. I had a great experiences at Glenn’s! My car was involved in a hit and run recently and Glenn’s had the cheapest estimate to fix it out of the many businesses I went to. Everyone was very professional and very kind! They lowered the price on fixing a small extra dent outside of what happened during the hit and run when the cost was compared to other dent removal places. On top of that, they finished my car before the estimated completion date, cleaned the outside and inside which was very dirty after a recent road trip, and gave me 4 free coupons for ice cream! Overall a 10/10 experience and would recommend to everyone!

Amazing service! I shamefully but admittedly left my Honda Civic a mess when I took it to Glenns CarStar. They fixed all the damage to my front bumper and it looks good as new! But they went above and beyond with the detailing they did on the rest of the car, inside and out! They cleaned all of the trash and mess that I left on the inside, unrelated to the accident. Glenn’s carstar gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I took my car in after an accident and they gave me an estimate using used parts to save their insurance company money. I asked to see the position statements saying that it was ok to repair the vehicle using used parts and they never showed it to me. After dropping my car off over the weekend they magically found an additional $2000 of damage which totaled the vehicle. They then said my engine had leaks on the valuation even though it had been inspected by the dealership two months prior and they found no issues. This lowered the value of my vehicle significantly. I will never give these people my business again. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written and I feel it’s deserved for such poor service. They also hung up on my multiple times.

As an extra they have progressed with communication through technology, as one would hope in these times. Now heres the cherry on top - the aptitude and attitude of employees is Top Notch! Friendly, informative, and solution oriented which is very helpful during what can sometimes be a stressful situation. My car was hit with enough force it was very close to being considered totaled. Luckily I’d had previously had a car repaired by Glenn’s Carstar so I knew that’s who I wanted to evaluate the damage. I was not disappointed. I picked up my car this afternoon and it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The gentleman I met with took the time to go over everything & made sure I had no questions.I really appreciated how I was kept informed during each step of the process via texts and phone calls. I walked in for an accident repair, they were very courteous and told me about how long it would take. I good order. I asked him for an estimate on my hood as the clear coat was coming off. They quoted the price, it was very reasonable I told him to go ahead and repair it. It turned out beautiful. I highly recommend this business.

He continued to keep me informed throughout the repair process, even telling me there could be a delay with the parts my insurance company had them order.I was pleasantly surprised to get a call mid-afternoon Friday that the parts had come in earlier than expected and it would be done by 4:30!! They even fixed up my bumper by cleaning up the rock chips on the underside (only they could have noticed them, but it really adds to the value of my car).The owner personally showed me the work and I have to say I admired the quality and shine of my new car.Amber reminded me to make sure I had everything out of my rental car as well. They also finished the work on my car sooner than expected and even let me pick it up after hours to avoid me missing work. #1 best place in Lincoln to take your car. Needed body work on two cars after a deer decided he didnt need to cross in the deer crossing zone the DOT set up for him! If I had a complaint after the repair it was fixed at no charge. Thats the kind of customer service you dont see anymore. They even work closely with Enterprise to line up a rental car if you need it. 5 stars really isnt enough!

I had to have my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica (the very first auto that I purchased strictly on my own, and paid for) in to have the door on drivers side and the panel fixed. My van lost out to a retaining wall at a drive-thru coffee shop. Glenn’s kept me posted every day how things were coming along and I got it a day early. Amber called me said it was ready but I didn’t have time to get an Uber and get there before they closed. Amber was so kind, Glenn’s ordered an Uber to pick me and Amber stayed late so I was able to get my van. The paint job was spectacular, couldn’t see where anything had happened to it and the scratch I had in the driver’s door is gone. What was a big shock was when I got into the van. The dash was clean, mats, the floor AND the panel...EVERY knob sparkled. I felt like I was in a new van. The whole inside shined!!! If you are looking for a thorough estimate go somewhere else. Guy doing estimate missed a cracked windshield and damaged tonneau cover. When I questioned the missed items guy got snotty with me. Still didnt get put on the estimate. DO NOT GO THERE! Insurance companies love them for their cheap estimates!
