WOW WOW WOW, My Lexus looks better then the day I bought it from Carmax. I will be letting all my girls know to go see Caliber Lincoln for their auto body repairs.

I took my car in to be repaired, everyone was very friendly and very professional. Desiree was really good about keeping me informed as far as the status of the repairs and when the car would be ready to be picked up. The timeline was very reasonable.

This location of Caliber Collision is great to work with. Went for an estimate, scheduled a date to bring the vehicle in for repairs, a rental car ready when dropping off my vehicle, they called with updates to the estimate and their findings. Car was ready within the week. Very smooth.The staff is excellent and efficient. George was excellent! You could tell the front office enjoy working together as a team. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable.Have been to other Caliber Collision locations but I think this one has been my favorite so far.

It was a busy time for them but they kept me updated as to status of repair. There was major body damage so it was extensive work. It was done when promised and the finished work is excellent. The car looks brand new. Highly recommend.

I had an accident and chose this shop from a list provided by my insurance company. From the moment I met the staff and saw the clean facility until the work was completed, I knew I was in good hands. It was truly amazing to have such a professional and knowledgeable team take care of virtually everything, from communication with the insurance company to having a rental car on site to informing me of every action taken. They made sure to check the car for any unseen damages also. The finished repair was top notch and the car returned beautifully cleaned. The staff is friendly, efficient and honest. I highly recommend this shop and will not hesitate to return should the need arise.

I have used Caliber Collision for many repairs and they are always great BUT the location in Lincoln blew me out of the water. Fantastic place to have your auto body work done. Very clean and professional. As nice as they can be. The car was returned cleaner than they received it and what a nice thing to do for us. Highly recommended for sure.

They took care of a repair from being rear ended. I found them through my insurance but would gladly go back. They sent text updates while progress was being made to my vehicle and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen to my car.

It was like working with friends. The people are so kind and down-to-earth. I was updated regularly and they graciously went above and beyond to help me out with a couple special requests. I hope I never have a need for more bodywork, but if I do I’ll be back to this Caliber for sure.

I took my 2013 Toyota Corolla here to see if the damage to the front / side of my car could be repaired and paid for by myself or if I should contact my insurance company. Their initial estimate was more than my deductible. I worked with my insurance to file a claim and Caliber Collision was very informative and helpful. I had to schedule repairs a couple weeks out but they finished all the work within a week. Everything was like brand new when complete. Andrew was great to work with.Thanks again! My vehicle was damaged in an accident. This was the other insurance companys body shop. I took it there, they saw me quickly, and provided me with an estimate. They worked around my work scheduled, and my vehicle was fixed earlier than was planned. The repairs looked great, no problems. Andy followed up with about a week later to check on the vehicle, and reminded me of their warranty for their repairs.This what I would expect from someone working on my vehicle. There were no worries or stress. They were honest and upfront with their information. I will recommend them to my friends.

Caliber collision in Lincoln is awesome Ive dealt with them a few times on different vehicles . Jean is awesome she is very Helpful. Everybody in the office is very nice. I highly recommend this place to anybody that needs repairs. Also if you dont need repairs and just looking to rent a car their rental car place is very accommodating.

There arent many things worse than having your car in the shop for body work. However, Caliber Collision in Lincoln, CA made it as easy and comfortable as possible.First, they were very easy to schedule. When I brought my car in at the appointed time, they were ready to get right to work.Second, the car was ready before they had committed. Nice. This was the easiest repair job that we have ever had - and just a few miles from home!

I have been driving since I was 16 years old I am now 59 years old and had my first accident. Someone sideswiped me on the left rear quarter panel. The damage was pretty extensive without going so far as to be a total loss. I have a 2018 Honda Accord Touring in the color, Kona Coffee. Kona Coffee is a dark brown flake paint. The paint is matched up perfectly. Body panels are just as they were OEM. You cannot tell where the repairs were done. My car was ready a week ahead of time and Thomas was great.

These guys are great. They bring it to the next level. I would not ever use any other shop. I drove from Nevada to get my car worked on here

Professional staff great results

This shop is the bees knees, elbows, and wrists. Robert, Brandon, Shane, and Jojo took care of my pickup like it was their own. They even vacuumed up my dog Rustys hair from the backseat.
