Wow. Had no idea this place existed. Driven through this area so many times. Beautiful place to play indoor basketball and volleyball. It had and outdoors beach volleyball that was fully occupied 8 courts in total. At the time we went, it was crowded and it was hard to find a parking spot.

Easy to get there, enjoyed watching the basketball games, and easy to get out.

We were all packed in like sardines, it was Very sweaty and food was expensive. Everyone looked like they were having a good time anyway.

The ticket holders were very polite and helpful.

Worst gym in DFW I think. No room for spectators. Your basically elbow to with everyone. Not kept clean. Not enough time between games for warm up. Expensive. Poorly managed. Now here a second time. Lighting is insufficient for playing basketball.

Great place for athletes to train. Theres basketball and volleyball available.

Nice facility for sure. Clean, cash only when I went for a volleyball tournament. Snack bar has lots of options, also cash only at the time.

Small, crampted, not enough seating, concession stand line in the way of basketball players, one restroom needs to be revamped.Sorry!

Walls were damp with condensation (February). Floors were damp and potentially dangerous.

The walls were slimy, per the players who had to run into them during the game. The courts with the sport court surface kept becoming damp/wet during the games.

We went to a basketball tournament at the mac last weekend. About 50% of the people in the stands wore masks. Some people didnt even have them around their necks--how did they get in??? Fans were stuck sitting on bleachers with no social distancing--no spacing whatsoever. They did not adhere to any guidelines for crowd capacity at all. The place was packed and they never asked people to put on masks. I have been to Grapevine Mills and Game On in Ft. Worth where none of this has gone on. COVID 19 is real and the state mandates masks and social distancing. How do they get away with this irresponsible behavior that puts money first?

Yeah, so apparently the floor leaks from below. Not a good look for a basketball court and tournament. Parents and athletes dont seem too happy about having to worry about their child braking a hip on the ball court.

Oh my goodness- we live this place. Volleyball skills training that is phenomenal.

Clean gym, COVID protocols screening and excellent gym

We were there playing in a basketball tournament today. Its July, and 100 degrees outside. It was at least 95 degrees inside the gym at 4pm. Miserable. Even unsafe. If you look through reviews, this is an ongoing issue here

Way to crowed during this time of social distancing.

Bball tourney, facility nice, but it was almost as hot inside as outside. Not good for players or fans.

If my child has games Friday through Sunday. Why do I have to pay each day, let alone pay to watch my child play anyway? This place is a ripoff in my opinion. There should be a set price or something to allow me to watch without spending $90 to watch my child play sports.

The courts are fine. Typically hard to find someone working there if you have questions. Seems to run on auto pilot. Once you have it figured out and find teams and leagues it is better.

9/14/2019 For the last 2 weeks we have been attendees at The Mac for basketball tournaments. During the morning games the buildings AC worked and provided a comfortable environment for your guest. After 12 pm, the AC was shut off and the building became unbearable. I witness Pregnant moms having to sit in front of external fans to keep cool just to watch their kids play in your Tournament. 2 weeks in a row is ridicules. If you are going to be holding an event, please make sure your AC is set to be on for the duration of the event. At $12.00 per person this should not be an issue.

For $12 a ticket the air condition should work. We did not come to sit in Amazon rain forest level heat and humidity.Concession girls are awesome, those two stars are for them!The refs should be ashamed of themselves. Zero integrity or consistency. Shameful, really.

Management is awesome. They sometimes are hard to get a hold of but will help you out with anything and work with you if you want to rent out portions of the gym. Floors however are filthy. Almost always sliding with the dust preventing proper grip. May need to take your own initiative to wipe down before play/practice.

Huge complex! My son had a basketball camp here for 3 days. Coaches did A great job with the campers

Not too much effort to enforce social distancing right now. Other places have the bleachers removed, but not here. Otherwise decent facility.

When you go to tournaments frequently you learn not to expect much... However this was a great place to play at... Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad to say either!!! I like how the courts were super close so you could watch multiple games at the same time!!!

A good place for basketball tournaments, but The MAC needs to fix the air conditioning. The players and the parents need to stay cool.

Needs better insulation to maintain issue temperatures. Bathrooms are always dirty. Needs an ATM or card readers... Its 2018. Needs more seating. Walkways too narrow.

This place should do their homework on these refs before hiring them, Ive never seen so many incompetent refs @ 1 facility..... & no we didnt lose its the principal of good sportsman ship....

Good place but watch out for basketball tournaments that run short running clocks. I.e. 15 or 16 minute running clock for high school divisions. Running clocks should be for 20 minutes or more to get monies worth.

I am never able to spot any staff, may be they arent wearing uniforms or marked shirts. Many times i have seen this place left unattended, can be a safety issue. They dont even have a reception desk.
