Love this place! Staff is friendly and on top of things. The front desk always greets me by name and tells me to have a great day when I leave the facility. They stay on top of cleaning and have plenty of cleaning supplies around the club. This place is a great place to workout. I dropped my phone in a machine and they took it apart to make sure I got it back that’s true customer service.

Rude front desk.. Rude service manager..i was asked to refer thier website and promo emails for monthly details. I was requesting info on personal training. But was rudely told it is costly and advised to join gym first.

I’ve been to probably close to thirty 24 hour fitness in CA, NV, AZ and TX now over the past 10 years. I know things have changed within the corporation. This location one of best 24 Hour Fitnesss I have been to!

Wasnt enforcing a mask policy at all. Hardly anyone was actually wearing a mask in the gym. Honestly, compared to other 24 Hours that enforced the policy, it made me pretty concerned. Recommend finding another gym that actually enforced a policy requiring masks.

1st visit back since they were able to reopen. Cleaning was being done before and after Spin class 🚲 (Cycle for some 🤗) ...50% capacity and people were adhering to recommended CDC practices. Thank you for helping us ALL be safe!!

I love this gym. Great staff and equipment, my only issue is the fact that theyre not FULLY enforcing masks and this is due to management caving into the anti-maskers, thus strengthening their cause. All in all, I do love this gym.

Didnt realized how much 24 hr fitness played such a big part of my life until it was taken away for several weeks. Really glad to be back and feeling better about the results. Improvements made are an added bonus.

Like other 24hr gyms mask is only enforced upon entry. The 30 min shut down for cleaning interrupts ur workout and schedule. Why not clean while people are inside instead of workers standing around bs w each other. And i guess u need a special membership, have to work there or know someone to be except from getting kicked out for the cleaning. A girl walks in at 1220p they close at 1230p and open at 1pm shes still in there. They kick us out at 230p except for her shes still in there.WTH, other than that great gym

Super spreader gym. The management doesnt seem to care, the staff has tried to get the people in the gym to wear masks but without management support, its hard to do. When you are bankrupt I guess it doesnt really matter. If you are looking to get covid, I highly recommend this place. Its a health club without the health part of the club.

ONE HOUR IS NOT LONG ENOUGH!!! Yeah I understand the situation but man, you close my location and have me drive out my way for one hour of musical chairs, fitness edition.. Everybody scrambling for the same equipment til we give up and go home because our time ran out. Texas Family Fit, 4 min from the house, starting to look really good right about now..

I’m from Houston and I generally go to Sports and some Super-Sports in Houston. However, my membership wasn’t working out here in this Lewisville location, but when I let the counter personnel know that I wasn’t from here, he let me in for no charge. This gym was very clean and well kept. I loved how they had a nice setup for the Olympic lifting and tons of very well-maintained stair-steppers.

Great location, All good here as far as the workout, just miss the sauna 😶

I just love my new fitness center. It’s perfect with all the cardio and machines I like to use plus I love the functional training area for stretching and core work. Best part is I can go anytime I want based on my crazy schedule since it’s never closed.

This 24-HR Fitness location is pretty great. I workout here regularly and am always greeted with enthusiasm when I walk in. None of the trainers really hassle me, which has been my experience at different gyms. Since I only use the weight lifting and cardio equipment, I can’t speak for the other amenities.I can also say it’s a pretty clean gym. Weights are always racked, the restroom and locker room areas are always decently clean, and there’s never an awful “gym smell”.Keep up the great work!

The gym is nice and clean, and schedule a 9min workout session is sort of ok. Though they do not enforce much the mask policy, lots of people not wearing their mask as it is a rule to be inside the gym and they are allowed to do so. A bit tiresome to be telling someone here and there to put on their mask if the staff does nothing to make them wear it or escort them out of the club if they don’t follow the rules

Went in with a 3 day Visitors Pass.. really just needed it for a day. It was super easy to sign up online and redeem at a computer inside. I didnt have to do a tour of the facility or sit down with anyone for the membership talk. I was able to come and go without any hassle. Location was clean and looked well kept. It was also very empty, probably because I went in on a Sunday night.

They have good workout equipment plus basketball, racketbal, hottub, sauna and heat room facilities.

This is my current gym, I have tried out several. In terms of overall cleanliness and quality it is average. I really just am sold on the ability to get a quick run in early or late at night. The classes are fun as well. I have been going here for a few months and it has fit all my needs so far.

I just moved to the area and I stopped by this to see the gym and do the free pass that I filled out online but they wouldn’t allow me in. They stated members only. It’s sad 24hr closed many locations but turning down potential customers. No where on the websites it states members only. Very rude. I will never go back. Thanks for the lack of professionalism.

Not a bad fitness place. Right now its probably a little bit crowded than usual, but all-in-all, good place. One of the things I like to see is that the employees go around wiping down the equipment. Cant say much for the rest rooms since they are not open right now.

I’m glad finally doors opened!! Well done 24 hours fitness well organized the entrance, (reservation system) and congratulations the majority of the guess swiped and clean the equipment after, of course always one or two that do not follow the rules.... i guess we have live with people like that.

Fantastic facility. Has 6 squat racks, 3 flag benches, round plates for deadlifts.

A/C not working in cycle room and group room, since weather warmed up. The rooms are damp and smell. Both rooms need to have temp regulated to below 74 and constant air filtration, so that members can enjoy optimum exercising conditions/atmosphere. If temp not lowered in group room soon, their new flooring will buckle. Except for this recent issue, this facility is exceptional.

Great staff that’s friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. I was new to the gym and the man who helped me was exceptional at his job, I have never had such a positive gym experience and I intend on starting a membership here due to the variety of facilities and machines. The towel service is nice if you just had an intense workout.

I came into this particular 24 hour fitness as a guest and this is my honest review as a first time guest. The locker rooms and the floor were both kept in excellent condition. There were plenty of activities for all people to engage in (basketball, swimming, etc). However what was extremely disappointing was how old so much of the equipment was an how poorly maintained a number of the machines were. If I were to pay $41 a month for a gym membership you better believe Id want good quality equipment and free weights. Additionally the organization of the weight machines was extremely chaotic and haphazard. As a heavy weight lifter I was extremely disappointed in what this gym had to offer but I have to give them marks for their cleanliness and the variety of activities there.

Matthew was great!! I came in looking to just try out the gym. I was blown away by the hospitality of this gym. I was given a tour of the club, which was very informative. Instead of just getting 3 day pass, I got a membership instead. Highly recommend. Ask for Matt and he will take care of you!

It was ok I didnt like that I couldnt shower and I wanted to stay longer then an hour. I prepaid a whole year and I feel I should as long as I want. Hopefully once they find out cure covid 19 everything goes back to normal

What a nice facility. It is wave lengths ahead of some other 24 hour facilities. Very clean and nice equipment. I travel all over Dallas for work and I love when I get the chance to stop in this location for a routine. Great staff, clean members, and nice updated equipment. Can’t beat that!

When their equipment breaks. They dont fix it for months. Currently their dryer is broken so their isnt any towel service. How come their payment system never breaks??? They should call it: 24 hour fitness super short. Cus they always trying to short you.

No more towels. Annual fee.???? after 3 months?? they never said anything about it. Machines are always dirty. Lot of the machines are broken pretty often. They would take months to fix broken machines. They do training sessions during busy times. Only reason why Im going to this Gym is because it is really close to my house thats all.. I would never recommend this gym. If theres other gyms close to your house, go to that.... save ur money... so expensive for what it provides.

Pretty good gym everything i need and staff is pretty cool about coming in late because thats when i like to workout.

The 4 rack platforms are very poor in quality since theyve replaced them. The sides are too soft and have too much give. For a person with a wider stance half my feet are on the wood part and the other is on the softer black part which makes me tip forward. Im afraid that it will lead to injuries. Please get this fixed before people get injured. The whole platform should have equal sturdiness not just the middle part.

High pressure sales pitch for personal instructors at pricey rates. First one free. However, the whole time I was pounded on as to the benefits of a personal trainer. Since I only had one freebie I wanted info on machines I would like to use. This was totally ignored. Was shown various exercises that a trainer would help me with. At the end I said, can you please show me this row of machines. Instructor stated she was pressed for time. The worst was that from the minute I sat down I explained up front how I could not afford it, yet she kept pushing. Love the facility. Bad experience with staff.

People often wear their gym socks, sweaty clothes and shoes after a full workout in the steam room which makes it smell awfully bad. Maybe providing a spray bottle with essential oils could help? Other than that its a nice facility.

DO NOT ASK FOR MATTHEW!! A few friends and I signed up for a 3 day trial, just for that…a trial! But when we came in and I mentioned Matthew that’s when things went down hill. After the quick tour my friends and I were ready to sign the waiver and just try out the pool/courts/and steam room, but instead it felt like Matthew was holding us hostage to sign up for a membership. We kept telling him we just wanted to do the 3 day trial for now and then we would make a decision, but he just kept asking us “what’s stopping us” over and over and over again. What should’ve took maybe 10 minutes took 30. He even asked why I looked so bored, and my friend told him that he was making it boring for us. Besides that, when we finally got done dealing with Matthew, we went to the locker rooms and the bathrooms were very dirty and had trash everywhere. (Not a good sign at all). I think overall I was just turned off by the pushy salesman when all we wanted to do was check the place out and use a 3 day trial membership… needless to say, this 24 hour fitness does not have to worry about me coming back!

If I could give zero star, I would.I was there last week to workout but about third of the people who were there didnt wear mask. Im not going back to this place.So dangerous!!

A 5 star gym with amazing and nice equipment. The gym is always clean and well kept. Atmosphere is amazing.

Them closing every hr is really an inconvenience My workouts are 45-50 plus light cardio and if found it to be impossible. When i spend 10/15 minutes waiting for a machine or spot to workout. To many ppl not enough open. Lose the hr time limit or do less closures throughout the day.

Honestly we go here for my daughter. She attends the Safe Swim program that they have. I cant really comment on the gym other than to say the parts I have seen are clean. The machines never look to be full. Everyone seems to have a good workout.

Equipment is extremely clean and very well kept. I can get to a station and use it like 90% of the time. Wonderful gym and a great place to work out at. Membership fee isnt the lowest but its totally worth it

Initially I had a not so pleasant experience at this establishment, but after voicing my issue/complaint, I was astonished to hear back from the general manager, Jeff, almost immediately! This location is the best in the DFW area and I only say DFW because I havent tried any other gym outside of North Texas, but Im sure they would all too fall short of 24 Hours Fitness - Castle Hills! I had the pleasure of speaking to both Jeff and another manager, Cassie, today about my concerns and I left almost sorry I had to even address the issue because of how comfortable and professional Jeff and Cassie made things. They started by letting me know I was heard and that they take these types of things very serious and wanted to get the full story from me before they took any action. Not only did they allow me to express myself, but they showed empathy, asked questions, and paraphrased what I had said to make sure it was properly documented. This made me feel valued and that they wanted my business! Jeff even stated that his main priority is his customers satisfaction and doing what is right for the store! I cant tell you what a relief it was to have management step in and reassure me that I had no need to worry. I know Jeffs employees are a direct reflection of himself which is why after meeting him, I understand just how/why this gym is the BEST!So all in all I would definitely recommend this location not only because of the cleanliness or amazing staff! But because of the fact that in the rare circumstance that I would need to have something addressed, not only do I KNOW my feedback matters, but I also find comfort in knowing that I can look forward to efficient professional service more consistently then the bad!

I am a Canadian traveller who loves to workout when I travel and coming to 24 Hour fitness is always a hit or a miss.Ashley solved that problem forever with her kindness and knowledge at this location.She showed every quality that I look for in an employee when coming to a gym.Would recommend her and this location to everyone! Especially foreigners.

Half of the stuff is broke, towels laying on the floor, if you look close the equipments you will see they have not been cleaned for ever. All kinds of people from the streets here! The staff have rude, dont care attitude from Manager to staff. I have been going here for few years. Disgusting. Save your time and money! They are sweet talkers to get your money in!

Signed up and was told there would be no annual fee. 3 months later they charge me a $54 non refundable fee. They said they could not do anything about it bad customer service!!

This is definitely a good new experience for me. Plenty of workout machines, and no one hogs the equipment. The price is fairly cheap, and I havent experienced any negative feedback yet.

I’d just like to say, first off, that I have tried so hard to like this gym. I really have.But it is getting to the point where I want to break contract just to leave this shitshow of a gym.My biggest question to you is this: why do you have “training” going on in the racks at the busiest time of day?It blows my mind to think how many people you are alienating when you do this. Do it somewhere else. You can. The exercises are extremely simple.Also, your trainers are soooooooo self-indulged with improper notions of self-importance.Fix yourselves.

The gym has good Group X classes, which is why I havent cancelled my membership. However, Im really disappointed as they recently decided to eliminate towel service, yet, I know they certainly arent going to reduce our membership fees.

Horrible customer service. I asked for something, which they promised to do, and then when time comes they say oh sorry we never do that here. A lady signed me up and manager was like oh no we have no lady in the membership department, i dont know who signed you up and promised you.Have 4 guests who wanted to do a month but they insisted to pay for 2months or nothing. They just lost 4 people and may be more with their mouth talk.Why is there a annual fee when you are on month to month contract ?? They wont tell you about the annual fee, will charge you after 3rd month. If you go and ask, they will just show you the contract.Go to LA fitness instead. They are great and they offer guest pass at a guest price and they only charge you half of what 24hour charges you.

Good equipment with little effort made by staff or clients to rack weights properly. They do keep the general area clean. Have fun digging that 10lb plate out from under a 35 and a 45 though. Dont like that they have group training that gets priority on equipment even before the class starts.

Only gave one star because I cant choose zero. I literally dont know what in the hell these people are talking about who are giving it five stars. It is disgustingly filthy, never clean!! The machines, water fountains, and toilets are always broken, and if something breaks either it never gets fixed at all or it gets fixed 6 months later. I am a member almost going on 3 years, and I have finally had enough. And you have the decency to raise my rate, for WHAT???? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?????

Im guessing that there is a different staff in place now than in the previous reviews because I didnt experience any of these problems. Everyone was so nice & friendly when I walked in. The manager, Mario, was super exceptional! One of my girlfriends had her membership at this location & wanted to do some classes together so I had to upgrade my membership. Mario showed me around, was very friendly, & helped me get my membership upgraded for the best promotion they had at the time. I feel like he went out of his way to keep me a happy 24-Hour member. He was quick, efficient, & genuinely interested in my best interest as a customer. I love the layout of the gym, the equipment is great, & the locker rooms are phenomenal. I agree with previous statement of employees not so welcoming although there is one girl(Hawaiian), forgot her name who always seem to be in a happy mood which I appreciate. The manager or service rep just sucks and doesnt want to help you, if you want to cancel or put membership on hold, they try to haggle you. Really makes me not want to go there, but its close and convenient. Its kind of pricey too, which I am looking for an alternative. Employees need customer service training, they see you standing there needing something and continue to yap to each other. Need more staffing if thats the case.

Its just ok now...It used to be really nice, but the upkeep is pretty poor. Staff is nice, facility is nice and its big. Not the cleanest, but thats partly because the people who are members are pigs. Ive never been to a gym where people just throw clumps of hair into the shower and leave it, then just throw their towels on the floor for someone to pick up. Its not a bunch of teenagers, either. Ive never lived on other countries, but maybe its a cultural thing. Might make me change locations to one without a towel service tho. Towel service is an awesome thing, but people are not.

I am a fitness newbie and the 24 Hour Fitness made me feel really welcome and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. The place is also very clean.

One thing I love with these guys is that they are well equipped with top notched training material. I also like the fact that the trainers are professionals!

Horrible Horrible Customer Service!! They cheat you, they hide facts from you while you sign the membership. Dont trust any of their word. They are there for money making. All their facts are sugar coated. Just be aware and be cautious. They are not even courteous. I just feel like they are running money making scheme and laid out a perfect trap for me.

Large, open, airy atmosphere. Machine repair has slipped. Half the treadmills have a button or two not functioning so busy hours can be difficult. Most of the classes are high intensity, not for moderate, stretch outs, or beginners. Be sure to pick up towels on the ways in as none are available in the dressing rooms. Enjoy the stretch areas, saunas, pool, & whirlpool to round out your workout.

Great Vibe. Helpful staff. Updated equipment, reasonably maintenanced.It offers towel service but had a mysterious sign explaining that they needed approval to replace a broken dryer and thus the towel service would be unpredictable until that got resolved.

Has all the things youd expect out of a 24 Hour Fitness, but could definitely use an update to its equipment. Very easy to see they are many years old - from free weights and machines to cardio equipment. It seems every other day a different piece of equipment has an out of service sign taped to it.

Great clean gym. Love CrossFit/Squat racks section.My biggest complaint is that staff need to intervene when people are dropping weights in machines for no good reason. Some idiots see CrossFit people dropping barbells with rubber plates and they think they should do same thing in machines with metal weights.

Best 24 in the area. So glad to be moving closer and away from the Addison location. Bathroom is kept clean and machines in working order.

May be the nicest facility Ive ever been in, and Ive seen a few. The crap reviews must be really old before some changes must have been made. The manager helped me get in touch with folks putting together a raquetball league. Everyone was really nice.

Its ok, the place is clean, however lots of the machines are broken. The displays dont all work or they reset in the middle of your workout. The staff is super nice and helpful.

I really appreciate the high intensity of the workout. My body still feels activated two days later.

Kids Club is great, my son is always asking to go. The gym is very clean with plenty weight machines, benches and cardio equipment.

Its starting to be very gross, unclean and janky. Back machine has not worked for years and they dont replace. Its a super sport people. Bathroom toilet has been broken for over a week and they dont even shut the door so you see the toilet full with pee and toilet paper. My towel tonight was even dirty that I used. Very dissatisfied especially considering its supposed to be a super sport. If it wasnt so close to home Id cancel immediately.

Location fairly new, but some equipment is not as clean as it should be. Also, more than half of my visits have consisted of an encounter with an inoperable piece of equipment. Overall, not bad.
