Decided to pick up paperwork rather than have it go thru post. Last time looked as if important documents may have tampered with.Were at the point where aside from government letting us down, a once highly reliable service is going down as well. Its not integrity, based on other reviews. Usually an indication of other underlying issue considering were dealing with the publics most vital and vulnerable items.The on foot post masters are awesome. Ive been making observations for years and um yeah. Looks as if FedEx UPS and other private companies will have to pick some slack. Not the first time capitalism has saved mail.I should hit up Mike Tyson and learn how to use pigeons.

The WORST post office Ive ever dealt with.The WORST mailmen/mailwomen Ive ever seen.They dont even try to deliver certified mail, and so it gets returned. Its happened 3 times. Trash.

Gezzzz would have been nice to have a mail person walk by and pick up the mail that has been setting out there since yesterday. This is NOT the fn first time. Oh mail lady was a cross the street from us today.

I never really go inside because they always take to long anyways . So I was there waiting line there was a gentleman working there older guy like in his mid 50s attending the customers with his mouth full of tobacco .Poor guy he was chewing away and he works for the government I took a picture of him chewing .they know they shouldnt do that while on the clock

Had a very nasty experience with the current manager “Cassandra” . Very rude and not in uniform. Could have been anyone off the street. Her or one of her employees stole one of my packages. I never had this happen before with a carrier. She should be fired immediately. She tried to give me a very bogus lie about my package with no proof to back up her false claims. Be very careful. USPS as a company should investigate her.

They rarely scan prepaid label items that you drop off so tracking is impossible. Last 12 months has been good but before that our delivery man reported 3 packages delivered to our local locked mailbox but we never received them.... tried to complain to the “postmaster” about a year ago but nothing changed.

I dont know what I have to do to get the mail man to take my outgoing mail. This is twice, obviously there is a letter going out thats in the mailbox with postage. The first time took a week for them to pick up. And even after a hand written not taped to the inside of the mail box. Now this is the second time going on day three. They put junk mail in but dont pay attention to the outgoing mail. This is not the first time. I had my bank card temporary shut off due to returned mail. Ive lived here for over a year... why are they returning my mail back to the bank! I dont tend to get upset but when I pay for a service I kinda expect a little more attention to details.

Made a complaint about lost and or stolen and mis-delivered mail and the supervisor there totally disregarded the fact and stated “her carriers would never do that”. This just shows the incompetence of how they run things at this post office. Especially if the manager there will not take responsibility to do her job and look into the matter. I wish they would be customer service orientated and not power struggle.

Constantly receive mail from other addresses and past residents. Tried talking to someone about it but they were no help. Also packages constantly arrived damaged or broken. There will be days that mail is not delivered to anyone on our street. When I called I was threatened to have my mail put on hold. The mail person is also extremely hostile and aggressive.

The female clerk behind the counter who assisted me today was very efficient. There was no line in the office either.

Mail carriers keep delivering other peoples letters and bills to my house EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Complained about it and nothing has changed. Makes me wonder where my mail is going. Please get it together.

Dont forget a pen when you go there! When I asked to use one the loud clerk said Why dont you guys bring your own?. Really? Ive never been to a place of business that asked customers to do that. I usually have one on me but I didnt this time. Other than that I am usually in and out in a timely manner and treated nicely by the other 2 clerks in front.

I was sitting in my house this morning at 7:34 and heard something fall hard outside, I looked over my shoulder and saw the postal worker walking away. This is unexceptionable that postal service does not know if that package was breakable this is not the first time this has happened. Last year I placed an order that had some items that should have been handled with care however, when I received my order two of the items was broken and I had to contact the company for replacement. This is not fair to me or the company something has to be done these workers need to have pride in there work and not disgruntle and taking it out on the public. I think I they should hire more workers so that this doesn’t happen in the future.

Friendly and helpful service clerks. Explain services well and are very nice. Postal employees have a hard job and I appreciate their service to our community.

I dont know why people rate this Post Office so low, I think they do a great job overall. Its not an easy job, I give them credit. I rarely have problems with my mail when I go to my PO Box. Maria is the sweetest there, shes great!

Always a good experience. And there was a long line and wait over 10 minutes probably but is always very good

I like the post office. The ladies are nice and helpful. I dont know if its this post office or the USPostal service but my package is going around in circles.

-- I just moved here to Lemoore and the first impression I got from the staff was rushed and unprofessional. I had better experience living elsewhere; apparently they dont like taking priority mail boxes or the ready post boxes to ship. They gave me the wrong information about arrival dates and times especially if the package is getting shipped international or territories of the United States.

The Problem with people coming from a Big Town Post Office They want that same kind of rush here in Lemoore. Just to let you know to Those we are a small town and our post office does the best it can. if you need that rush feeling drive up to Fresno.

Lemoore postal service is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have a local business downtown and Ive been going round and round with them for about a year and the blame is always pushed around. Last time I spoke with Diana, the postmaster, several weeks ago it seemed as things were getting better, I was actually getting mail Monday- Friday at my business but I shouldve known it wouldve been short lived and it was! Ive called the district twice and by my 1 star rating its obvious nothing has changed. They are terrible and by the looks of their overall rating, im not ther only one who feels this way. Good grief, who do I go to above the district?

Worst USPS EVER! Please do NOT give them your business! Went to go pick up my package because it was marked insufficient address on the tracking number, and they told me to leave because they were about to close (in 15 minutes) and they claimed they did not have my package. They had it for another 3 days before sending it to the return address! When the sender called to complain to the PostMaster about having to pay AGAIN to ship this same package that they could have given it to me because I tried to pick it up, he put her on hold for ten minutes before saying yeah, theres nothing I can do, sorry. and hung up. Do NOT give them your business!!!

I was hesitant on visiting this USPS due to bad reviews ive read online but i tried it out just to see for myself and i was not dissappointed. They are very helpful and very professional. Other customers might had bad experiences from previous employees but the people in charge right now are awesome.

This place used an incredibly hard to get anything answered correctly answering machine. 1hr later and completely frustrated Ill drive to Hanford before I even attempt that again.

Rude and bad costumer service. one clerk gave me a box to use for FREE and said Hear, this box is free and then after using it, they said that it wasnt free and charged me $7 for it even after they told me it was free. DONT TRUST THEM

Delivery man knocked once then walked away. I yelled after him but he ignored me. Then I get a text saying the package couldnt be delivered and a return slip had been left. There was no return slip.

Our mail gets mixed up with neighbors at least once a month, have issues with our Netflix returns making it back to Netflix and now I ordered a package that was sorted thru the Lemoore USPS sorting facility only to have it sent to Hanford even though the address was correct. Now Hanford sent it back to the Lemoore sorting facility and instead of sending out for delivery or even call my number thats listed on the package, they decided to send it back to the sender. Thanks for screwing up a birthday present there Lemoore Postal workers!

Delivers mail late and has poor customer service.

I cannot stand this post office. I am currently in the midst of recovering my 5th misplaced package by them. I live on base so between the poor delivery from out in town in Lemoore and on base it is a JOKE! I am not kidding, I have had to fill out 3 affidavits to the companies stating i have not received my purchases, the other two were luckily delivered to my house by the people who received them at their house. They told me they lived no where near me and the street names werent similar or the house numbers. I have contacted both post offices and as politely as possible explained whats been happening. Marc answered my call from the Lemoore Post Office and he kindly informed me that the person on my route has been doing it for a long time and rarely makes mistakes, a day later I was handed my missing package from someone on base. Please consider making changes to better the service because it is poor!

Not sure who is responsible for the mail boxes but there is one section that either was mot closed good or vandalized. I have a photo. Located behind the high school.

Again my package was delivered to the WRONG address. Wow 2 weeks after this rating, they did it again. Delivered to the wrong address again.

I swear the mailman is blind cuz we get everyone’s mail except ours.

Have had 4 missing packages from this post office i know someone there is stealing them or giving to friends do not get anything shipped usps or they wil take it
