Go early and you all good. I wouldnt suggest going any time after 11 as it get way to busy and way to messy. The morning staff are very polite and willing to help. Stay clear of the restroom its just down right nasty all the time.

Things were a little cluttered due to them recently getting a truck in, but I was able to get in and out with what I needed/wanted.

I love the dollar tree always find new stuff or some of the same stuff and staff has always been friendly

Very friendly customer service. Was standing behind 2 woman who were being disrespectful to the checker because they did not have enough money to pay for 3 of there purchases. The checker is being very nice and calm. Trying to carry on a nice conversation but they are just rude and ignoring her. She was the same bubbling customer service person. This is the Dollar Store on Lee Blvd.

Talk about being stocked. This place has everything your looking for. One of the employees there mentioned in conversation that she stocks every day at this location! Ive been to several Dollar Trees and this one by far is the most stocked and ready to do business. When someone needs to get checked out and they are in a long line they always call for back up cashiers so your not there all day. Great place to shop and I shop a lot!

Need random odds and ends for the house, party, holiday, birthdays, etc.. This is the best place to go. They have a little bit of everything, although dont expect name brands to be here, nor grocery items.

This store is a mess!! Merchandise scattered. New boxes of merchandise on the floor unopened. No greeting from staff.

Great place! Lots of new items in the nail and makeup and frozen foods departments. Staff friendly and helpful when I had to exchange a few items I bought last week. Ill shop there again.

By far the worst Dollar Tree Ive been to! I LOVE me a dollar store and I will stop at any I see. I have been to all the dollar stores in Fort Myers & Lehigh Acres. This dollar tree ALWAYS has open packages. Which is fine if its not a perishable good. Food & drinks are ALWAYS open and EVERYWHERE. I do not need a half drunk bottle of soda when Im reaching for a candle. Come on people have some decency, you should know better. I went when it 1st opened and maybe because it was new customers trashed it. It has gotten better since, the cashiers no longer look like they hate life but the aisles are still a mess. Dollar Tree in Fort Myers on 41 in the Target plaza is the BEST. They are always clean & the cashiers are friendly. I try to avoid THIS particular Dollar Tree whenever I can, try the DOLLAR SKY right in the strip right next to dollar tree. Its in the same plaza as that has that taco truck.

In this Dollar Tree the staff is nice but the shelf by late afternoon are empty as soon as the product is on the shelf ITS GONE !!!! . . . Then you have wait for them to restock the shelf again !!!! . . . .

I got some silly string for a birthday party here. A dollar a can. We had a great time with it. I will be using this store for all my disposable party supplies. When you try and get the same thing from other stores, that want easily 33% more for it. Make those dollars out of sense peeps!

Dollar Tree needs tremendous cleaning outside as well as inside, trash containers overflowing, sidewalks and gravel landscape just full of trash, scum on front doors, they need serious powerwashing, and then keep it cleaned. Now inside, shelves not stocked very well, new merchandise still in boxes piled on carts or just on floor, hire more people, better wages and hold employees and managers accountable for their work for the day.

This location is fairly new to the area, so it is often times quite busy during most hours of operation. They keep a varied and wide stock of trending, holiday and many household supplies a family would need. They also have a freezer section with food items, that not all locations carry. Of all the locations in the area, this would be my choice and go-to. It is clean, well stocked and organized, and the employees have always been friendly.

The customer service here is excellent. They really will work hard to make sure they get you in and out as quickly as possible yet give you great customer service. I am talking about the one located on Lee boulevard in Lehigh Acres.

A true Dollar store. Great deals. But the store needs to hire more help. A lot of empty shelves, and stock sitting there needed to be unpacked. Store was a bit messy and only1 cashier. But I do like shopping there. Please hire the help you so badly need.

My moms phone got stolen here and they couldnt do anything to help but it was our fault for forgetting it on an aisle for a couple minutes. They couldnt check the cameras but thats okay and I go sometimes and once the cashier was very nice and even gave compliments to some of the customers.

OK, I rarely go to dollar stores. I was forced to go here when I discovered that I ran out of coffee for the next morning, not feeling like driving to Walmart. There was one brand of coffee, and that was ok (and the coffee was ok enough this morning), but there wasnt really much in the store in terms of selection. Not a big deal, considering that there seems to be a dollar store on every corner these days. The unpleasant part, beyond the long wait in line, was the apathy of most of the service staff. (Why is an employee smoking inside the store?) The exception was Marta, who was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of a friendly greeting and a genuine interest in the customers. I may go back just to see her again. Dollar Tree should promote her to H.R. Management/Training so that the others can see the impact of an amiable customer service agent.

I love this place! So sad they only have one in Lehigh..... You can bring the kids give them a $5 and turn them loose. Super cheap and great selection.

Even though they were working on putting away the stock that came in, the store was clean. There was nothing to trip over or empty boxes around. I was greeted when I came in. The cashier and employees were friendly.

This Dollar Tree has a good Variety of items. And are usually stocked up pretty well.

The cart had a bad wheel and there were none inside the store to trade it out. A few things on my list were out of stock. But the check out was fast and what I did buy was a good deal.

I spent more time in line to pay then parking going in getting what I needed an paying once it was my turn

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food items are fresh. I did get a bad box of Popsicles once. It seemed like they melted and refroze. Many times its messy, but I blame the customers for that. CUSTOMERS BE COURTEOUS TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE STAFF. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS.

They are working so hard, this store is always busy, thank you for all you do!!

This store is always disorganized and dirty. Today my four year old nephew slipped in chemicals in the back of the store that some one just left there. His entire backside was drenched in this chemical. I go tell an attendant and he is like oh. After he finished ringing up a few people he goes back to clean it up. Not even two minutes back there he is called back to the register to help with ringing people up. Like no-one else there cared there was chemicals there that others can skip in and get hurt. My nephews clothes are ruined and his backside is red from the chemicals and from falling.

Prices: Nothing over one dollar Store is cramped. Too small for customer traffic. Waiting lines. Hard to find someone to help you.

Empty shelves, chaotic, boxes standing around, merchandise laying around, fallen down... Got only one third of merchandise i came for... Store lost out. I like Dollar tree, they have great prices especially when it comes to cleaning products!The cashier was friendly.

You will have a wait at checkout.
