Definitely some nice looking apartments. I have some in laws that live there . Quite neighborhood friendly folks .

Great safe environment they have added Neighborhhood watch to make the community safer and they have community events for the whole neighborhood

Management is key to a successful business and rollingwood has that!

Strange structure, very small dwellings, parkinglot clean,buildings well kept on outside, no hooligans running around , friendly neighbors

Ive never had any issues with this place. The management is awesome. Each time ive called for maintence they are always quick. Your not going to find anywhere more reasonable than this place

I have asked for the owners contact info along with the supervisor over Danielle many times. I desperately need this info. When I call the number provided, the name of her supervisor is not on that directory. I am not going to post all my issues here, because I am trying to get this resolved. I have been paying this rediculous rent for going on 3 years! My rent is now $924. I pay all this money yet I get treated with no importance. Every time I defend myself I get threatened with eviction. I am a single mother and I refuse to continue to be backed into a corner.

Nice apartments based on income. Look very nice. Watch out for brutal speedbumps they took out my exhaust

My friends live there. They say its extremely difficult to get any maintenance repairs done. Every time I have used their toilet it has been lose and wobbly despite months of asking for it to be repaired. When my daughter moved out the inspection was done in her presence and papers signed saying stating all damages were from normal age and wear and tear. One year later she got a bill wanting her to pay for damages. She didnt take that lying down! She won too and didnt pay anything.

Now with the new management, they do not even deserve one star. Constantly adding new fees and charges while increasing rent and taking away services. Horrible. Stay away from these people because there are cheaper and nicer places and people in Lebanon.

Do not live here. Way way too high for what kind of apartments it is. They will not fix anything.

No ones ever in the office and they don’t answer the phone or emails I haven’t seen my deposit from when I moved out over a month ago and left it in perfect condition the place is ghetto and falling apart
