I live here and theres so many things, just so many things I could say and prove that would make anyone run for the hills. Do not move there! Literally anywhere in the whole world would be better then Peyton park apartments

These apartments are garbage, they’re money hungry, paint over mold, & just literally will fine you for any little thing, you can’t have anything on your porch other than chairs & there is a limit.Also way over priced, they try to hard to make the outside look good rather than fixing actual problems. :) :)

I have called the managers office twice to try to get information about renting am apartment. No one has yet to return my call.

I have lived here for 8 years. My basic problem is that we are senior citizens and they have raised our rent $400 since we have lived here even though our income hasnt increased. No extras.

Took my cousin to apply for an apt. The rent is very reasonable for Lebanon. Staff is friendly and understanding. This would make a good first apt if you are new to the area. Rent is around 650- to 750 for two bedrooms . One bedrooms are also available.

Just like one person said. How you going to tell me how to park. They dont want to do there jobs. So they trying to make you park so they can ride by and stoke your tags. These people are making rules that dont help nobody but themselfs. The apt. are nice but that women over there in rollinwoods need to stay over there. They giving that women to much power. Its fine over here.

There is a lot of partying going on. They don’t enforce the rules after hours at all. You have to pay $75 just for after hour maintenance which is ridiculous. We pay so much and all the do is drive around and find ways to charge people more money for their rent $25 for a piece of paper that is outside the dumpster is kind of pointless. Parking on the weekend is nearly impossible for residents you have to park on the opposite end just to walk to your apartment. There are cars that do not move and they just sit there. I saw someone pull their car up front in early hours and they were only in their apartment for maybe 30 minutes and their car got towed. But they don’t tow none residents when they come by during business hours and stay for periods of time. The office people are very nice but they don’t enforce anything and it feels like they target certain people of this community and a lot of residents have notice it.

The rules are unreasonable! You cant back in a parking spot. Thats crazy. What if you are having car issues ? You cant get a boost due to vehicles on each side. What if the wind gets up an blows trash? You still get a fee added. Stuff was broke and reported for months an finally got fixed after 4 months. You have parking permits but as soon as the office closes every parking spot is took up by non residents an nothing is done due to the office being closed. This is suppost to be a home for people but its more like a compound due to the new rules. I know quiet a few ppl that been residents for years thats moveing as soon as leases are up. 1 couple has been the at least 9 years and now moved due to all of this. Yes the office workers are very nice but if theres rules they should be enforced 24/7 not just during office hours. If cigarette butts are found you get a fee added to rent, are DNA samples going to be took to fine the correct resident? You cant just ASSUME they belong to any one resident an charge bogus charges to people your not 100% they belong to. As far as the apartments themselves they are nice an reasonable priced, my only issue are the rules they put in place are only in forced during business hours. And also I know for a FACT when trash is emptied by the trash man trash does hit the ground at times so the resident shouldnt be fined for the trash mans mess.

Peyton Park Apartments has friendly, accomadating staff. The maintainence staff has always taken care of my concerns in a timely manner.

A family member recently moved to Peyton Park and had nothing but good things to say about the staff. When we visited, the grounds look nice and well kept. (Including the playground) They have laundromat onsite as well as there are w/d hookups in the apartments. My family members apartment was suprisingly spacious for a 2 bedroom and I love the fact each unit has a small back patio. Needless to say, im a little jealous! lol

Just visited s friend. Seems like a nice complex, apts are set up well.

This place has different cultures food

Went to visit a friend made it there before he did. So while we waited in visitors parking one lady calls police. She was acting all weird and so we moved spots away from crazy lady then management sent someone on cart and had them watching us. We wasnt doing anything wrong but was sure made to feel that way. So from now on they can visit me at my house.

They need to change the way you have to pay your rent. They charge me an extra convenience fee of $18 its not convenient for me cause im on a fix income and dont have the extra 💵. I dont have a checking account i only have my government card. And then you have to pay it on line. There are a lot of older people that live here i bet they dont even have internet. Why cant they just go back to money orders?

They do not care if you have an ESA ( emotional support animal) they will still make you get rid of them.
