We are super excited to move in in November! For the past few weeks, we have been working with Brad, and he has been super helpful. He has kept us updated, is quick to respond, and has always answered the phone and our questions if we have them. You can tell he really puts his all into his job! Everyone we have spoken with has been great and responsive!

I came to take a tour of this apartment because I was selling my house but I would definitely recommend this property. The staff is so nice. I was greeted by everyone even maintenance. The location is amazing and the inside is beautiful.

Lived here for 7 months before I had to move unexpectedly, and I was sad to go. My apartment was a great living space, good value for the expense, and the grounds are great for walking pets! I for sure recommend anyone teetering between this and any other complex to go ahead and choose Hamilton Station!

This is a beautiful apartment complex and everyone that works here is very friendly and understanding! This is my first apartment and the staff here made the process a breeze. I have been here about 6 months now and I have rarely heard my neighbors around me so the insulation seems to be great.

I have lived here for two years and just signed up for another year. Ive lived in a few apartment complexs in my life and Hamilton Station is by far the best. The size of the units are larger than other apartments in the area for the same or less cost. The management, maintenance and grounds crew are all top notch. If you are looking for a nice place to live in a great area then choose Hamilton Station you want regret it.

My son lives here and the property is beautifully maintained. His apartment is nice and spacious. Looking forward to the completion of what appears to be their expansion and the introduction of new businesses as well as a train station Im told is slated to go in there. Classy place!!

Very nice apartment complex just on the west side of Lebanon within a quick drive if Interstate 40 and nashville. The staff is very friendly and helpful, well maintained units and grounds with the added benefit of a small dog park.Located right next to the brand new Music City Star stop makes it a perfect location for people commuting into nashville.EDIT... 2 years later. The apartments here are very comfortable and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping the units up. The grounds have been very well maintained with 1 exception. Renter beware if your new apartment will be anywhere near the trash compactor. This is due to the fact that a couple times a year it breaks, and when it does it can take weeks to be fixed. So while it is down you end up with over flowing open top dumpsters and the lovely aroma of trash which is completely unacceptable compared to the price you are paying to live here. Overall not a bad place to live just try and live away from the compactor.

Without a doubt the most poorly insulated apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I live on the second floor of my unit and morning,noon,and night all I hear are my neighbors all around me performing day to day tasks in their apartments. I can hear my neighbors above me vacuuming their floor, talking, and even flushing their toilets on occasion. The outside of the apartment looks nice and pleasing to the eye but I believe you pay too much for what you actually get in return.

This apartment feels like home! It did the moment I walked into it. It has been a pleasant experience from the start, with warm, welcoming and friendly office staff there to assist you. This has been a nice transition from living in a house where I had lived for the last 12-13 years. It is quiet here and very comfortable. Love ,love love these apartments moved here about two years ago from Memphis and I couldnt have found a better place to stay. I love the staff and anytime that I have had maintenance issue they were very prompt about getting things fix. I strongly recommend these apt. Really feels like home.

I enjoyed my stay at this complex, building 19. When I had the final walk through with management on October 3rd. I was at peace knowing that the management firm was fair and honest with me.Thanks

I live around the corner so I use the Hamilton Station depot for my commute. From a distance the Apartments look lovely . I do worry sometimes as kids from the Apartments roam through the parking lot of the train station and vandalize, loiter and litter ... its only a matter of time i feel before there is a theft on the property . There is one Camera there ..... train patrons that stay late have to park around it to get some sense of security .

I dont live here but I would! I visited a friend and it was very nice, clean. apartments and the complex both looked fancy. Trying to find the specific building was a little confusing, but I got there hah.

Apartment layout is great for the three bedroom.Since we moved in just over two years ago, lawn care and the trimming of landscape has really gone downhill. Grass gets high for days on end without being mowed.Trash in hallways needs to be blown out and pressure washed more often.The office staff can be friendly, but get the impression they think they are doing us a favor by allowing us the honor of living here.Need to strongly enforce the smoking rules.Finally, they let the pool get out of control over the 4th of July Weekend and had to shut it down for a day and 1/2. They could have stopped this from happening if they were more on top of the pool during the week.Lucky for them it was a rainy/cloudy weekend.My honest opinion is they dont have the income to pay for the services we contracted for in our lease. Or, they just cant hire the right people for the jobs needed to meet the expectations advertised and agreed upon once our lease was signed.Hopefully, they will step it up. Too much competition to act like this is the only/best place in town to live.

I lived at Hamilton Station apartments for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. The apartments themselves are spacious, CLEAN, and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help us with anything we have ever needed. We had very few maintenance issues over the years but when we did they were at our door within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend these apartments. We only moved because we bought a home. If we are ever in need of an apartment again we will definitely turn to Hamilton Station.

My husband and I have lived here for the last 4 years and recently renewed our lease for a 5th year. The office staff is amazing and goes out of their way to be helpful. Cecily (office manager) runs a tight ship, which is much appreciated because she wasn’t here when we first moved in and conditions then were less than stellar. We’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance call. I have nothing but great things to say about our time here. The pool is great, there is plenty of parking and Lebanon PD keeps a close eye on the complex after dark. I would recommend Hamilton Station to anyone.

I lived here with my ex place was nice as far as the apartments went but management wasnt great and the maintenance people who work there all smoke pot and I personally know this because I have seen them doing it. Have a hard time controlling people smoking under your patio so had to keep windows closed on nice days I complained to management about it and nothing was done. I also had a problem with people smoking dope under my apartment as well and on more than one occasion had to slam my windows shut to let them know their smoke was flowing into the apartment above them. I have moved out now and I do not see the situation of management enforcing any kind of rules they have in place there.

I have lived here for 2 years, and I have really enjoyed it. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance is quick to respond. The only downside I have had has been by neighbors (beside me and below me), they were absurdly loud, and they got violent on more than one occasion to the point where the police were called. Other than that its been great. Well lit at night, plenty of parking, well kept pool and fitness area.

Nice apartment on the inside is about all you get out of this place. I broke my lease last month and they said if no one rents this apartment then you will still be responsible for the rent for Oct and November which is fine. I paid a $150 break lease fee. I was just informed that I will be responsible for over $2200 for the months of October and November. Keep in mind my rent was $935 a month, which the total would be $1870. So there is $330 that they added on that they do not tell you about. A fee to keep it clean while you are out, a monthly late fee even though I broke my lease, and they charged a water bill that I paid for. Oh and to top it off they are not giving me back my $300 deposit. Yet my bill will still be $2200. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

Moved in two months ago, and I LOVE it here. The staff is so friendly and personable, they fix any problems or concerns you have immediately, and its just beautiful here. Clean, friendly, safe, and beautiful place to live.

Very expensive for what you get compared to similar apartments. About every 3 months the trash compactors break. They bring in a dumpster that quickly overflows. Then there becomes a massive mound of garbage right in the front of the complex. I really feel sorry for the tenants that live right next to the disgusting mountain of trash, the smell must be unbearable.

Horrible customer service. Lazy maintenance staff and even lazier property manager. Our a/c and heating has gone out twice. My husband needed a loaner key while his house key was left at a car dealership for several days. We were told we couldnt have one and we were even willing to pay for the loaner. The doors are only able to be locked from the outside due to their expensive FOB system. We complained of people smoking from their balconies and that is against the lease contract and we were told in order to make a valid complaint we must do so in writing... to be ratted out. We pay good money to live here and it is a shame that the property is so poorly managed and the customer service is so poor. Dont waste your money here.

The apartments are too expensive for the area, every member of their staff will give you a different answer to questions you may have, and you will probably be charged for things you did not do when you move out. Also, DOG POOP EVERYWHERE! Very unprofessional. I lived there for two years, and would not recommend Hamilton Station to anyone. I dont write Google reviews, I dont complain about most things, but this is a particularly crappy operation. AVOID THIS COMPLEX.

I would not recommend this complex. I lived there for four years and they want to charge me for carpet damage not wanting to replace the cheap carpet for the next tenant. They advertise as a luxury apartment the breeze way was awful never cleaned,trash stains, tobacco stains and mud stains in breeze way. I was told the key charge would be refunded when you turned your keys in that was a lie they kept the money.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I enjoy the neighborhood but I cringe at the staff. With the inconsistent rule changes to the terrible customer service. Crystal that works in the office has an I dont give a shh look on her face to all current residence when we ask legitimate questions. But when I see her dealing with potential residence she is all smiles. I would NOT recommend living here until new management and maintenance is put in place.

The walls are cardboard thin and apts. Are cheaply made. THE NOISE IN THIS PLACE IS UNBEARABLE. Very bad construction. They had two major water pipe leaks within a year of living there and had shut our water without even notice to the tenants. If you are next to a smoker, get ready to live with it in your apartment. Beware of this place. Also bad internet and phone reception, lots of construction, tiny pool, and no professionalism in the office at all. There is nothing good about this place.

If youre looking to move in this complex, dont. Their maintenance is awful and the ladies in the office do not care or do anything if anyone needs something. I called four times and went down there once because I had a problem in my apartment and after telling them I was leaving the country for two months early the next morning, they stated that maintenance was coming in my apartment while Im not there. Hallways are always dirty and never get washed, this place is simply poorly administered.

Apartments are nice. Maintenance is a little lacking, but nice people live here and decent amenities. Front office staff varies from excellent to horrible. Rules change frequently in the pool area, from no food to no alcohol to no drinks except water. Always a great experience among residents, not so much with front office personnel. Moved out and was blamed for stealing light fixture globes, later to be found placed in the dishwasher by maid. Arranged with front off to leave furniture for the next people taking over the lease (friends), half the furniture went missing in the 2 days it was vacant. Again, we were blamed.

They let the people take their dogs out to pee right outside the units, the breezeways are disgustingly dirty. You can no longer take coolers to the pool, so no way to refresh yourself, even with nonalcoholic drinks, and there seems to be quite a few more insects running around the common areas......could be from the rain.

I had gave this place a 5 start review when I moved in, now I am giving it a 1 star after moved out. Two months prior to my lease was up I received the re-new notice, I went to the leasing office and talked to a lady who worked in one of the desks behind the wall and told her that I am not going to renew but didnt find any options to select not renew in the notice, I asked her if it’s ok that I just check the month-by-month options, she said it’s fine and she’s going to take care of the paper work. Then few weeks later I stopped by the office again to make sure that everything’s ok regarding my move out. The receptionist checked her computer and said they didn’t have any record indicating that I am going to move out at the end of my lease, she asked me to fill another form, I asked if it’s still ok for me to move out as schedule and she said yes and made a note that I had a conversation with the office the month before, then after I moved out I was charged for one month’s rent due to insufficient notice penalty. Here are the total charges on my final statement: Cleaning $180, Insufficient notice Penalty $1982, Painting $425.07, Toilet Set $80. If the representative gave me the correct information regarding the penalty I have no problem stay there one more month to avoid the penalty. I cannot recommend a place that makes money by taking people’s deposit.
