Needed to make several keys for relatives. Went to Lowes who had this machine. Inserted my key, selected the number and style of keys I wanted, and within 10 minutes I was on my way! All keys worked perfectly when I tried them out! I needed to do very minor cleaning of the keys before using them, to remove small metal cuttings/shards that remained attached to the key blades. Id use this machine anytime I need duplicate house keys made!
